Very bad take out experience. Had to wait 15 minutes past our "due time". Dinner salad was the size of a side salad and the bread was burned. Chicken sandwich was over cooked and it tasted like it was cooked in rancid oil. The only good thing I can say is it was hot and the salad was cold. Last few times we dined in the service was super slow and they got our order wrong. We will be looking for another chilis to frequent even though this one is close to our house. read more

Decided to give Chili's a try again after less than stellar experiences in the recent past. We got two "bowls" of chili and a mushroom Swiss burger with fries. The "bowls" were more like small cups (can't imagine how big the actual cups are) and the "chili" was basically chopped up hamburger meat with a little spice in it! As bad as the chili was the burger may have been a little worse. No further description...just not good. Really sad experience...more just disappointed than mad...stay away if you can. read more

We have tried to give this location multiple chances but every time we've been here it's horrible. Tonight was the cake topper....a waitress served a burger to a young man behind us, he touched it and discovered that it wasn't his so she picked it up and proceeded to try to serve it to my husband! I stayed at the Hampton Inn next to this Chili's for two nights and ate at the Chili's for both evenings. Both times I visited, the service exceeded my expectations, even if the food didn't. I have the same expectations of food quality for Chili's as I do for Applebee's or any other chain dining establishment, so the scale really only runs from zero to three stars. As far as food goes, one night I ordered the Shrimp Fajitas, which were quite good. The next night I ordered baby back ribs, which were disappointingly tough. This was surprising, since I thought ribs was a Chili's specialty. The service, however, was far beyond expectations each night. My server both evenings, Britt, was spot-on checking in on me and her 'partner' double-checked me when she saw I needed a brew fill-up. We have eaten here a hundred times yet never thought to write a review. It's a Chili's. They do keep changing the menu which gets a bit frustrating just when I find something I LOVE they change it. They new Pick 2 or 3 combos are a bit hard to decipher but maybe that just me (they have a column marked 6,7 or 8 but really need to put a $ sign in front of the number so you know that food in that column is that price). They also have specials on the website but then you see nothing in the restaurant about it and if you ask they say yes they have that available but aren't promoting it. What? ok. I do like their Lighter choices and the caloric content of items is easy to see which makes those of us who are watching calories easier to make better choices. Went on a Friday at 6 pm. We were seated immediately and the waitress came over within about 2 minutes to get our drink order. It took about 5 minutes to get our water and about 10 minutes to get a bottle of beer. We ordered our food and another group was seated at a table right behind us. After about 30 minutes, we got our food and the table behind us got their food a minute after us. Keep in mind we ordered 15 minutes before they did. When the food arrived, my fries were room temp and my chicken breast was too. My wife ordered a chicken sandwich (without honey mustard) and her food arrived room temp as well and WITH honey mustard. The table behind us that got their food a minute after us and received steaming hot plates of food (burgers and fries). I didn't finish my chicken because the inside was cold. I also got the jalapeño cornbread. The taste was decent but it also arrived at room temp and soggy. I ate half of it. The jalapeños were fresh though. We were just eating with a friend, when he tried to order a couple drinks for us and was ignored. I complained to the manager and the bar tender there (Kelvin) started arguing with me and started calling me a liar and threatened to "beat my ass" in the middle of the restaurant. Bartender was nice, but I ordered takeout online, got there within a decent time frame from when I ordered it, and it was stone cold. Ordered extra tortillas which I couldn't tell were missing till I got home, and all the sides and condiments containers were smushed inside the box on top of my meat. Besides very slow service, manager even checking on us because drinks were empty and forgetting to bring the refills and cold soup for two other people and my main meal was cold then I would not recommend this place even during lunch and place was less than half full during this time. We stopped by yesterday afternoon on our way back from the San Antonio Zoo. I wanted something easy off/then on the highway. I saw Chilis. we stopped. about 1:30 pm, walked right in. it was nice and cold inside, I wanted couple glasses of sweet iced tea before we hit the road again. We ordered skillet queso, and drinks , tea was so watered down, looked like apple juice. meals come out fine, food was ok. what i was surprised at was the 1.99 table entertainment. I googled what that was, its for the games on the tablet. Yes my 2 boys played with it, they never saw a sign, its not posted on the tablet. I took my niece to the restroom, on the way to the restroom I stopped to look at the ads running across the other tablets, i never saw a sign. whatever, it was 2 bucks, but it would have been nice to KNOW.. read more

This Chili's is terrible and I recommend to avoid. The only reason I've gone back is because it's 5 minutes down the road, but I will never go back again. On separate visits inside and a few to-go pickups at the restaurant I have seen the following:1) my wife was delivered raw chicken in her chicken salad. The bad part was that the chicken was sliced and when the waiter delivered it we could see it immediately. 2) For lunch, we have had 40 minute waits for our food even after telling the waitress that we were in a hurry. 3) I once had a huge dust bunny fall in my food from the light hanging over the table. I looked up and it was obvious that no one had dusted the lights in months. Went back a little time after that and they still hadn't been dusted even after we had said something. 4) they don't often clean the floors during service so if you get there late for lunch or dinner, be careful about where you step, especially in the bathroom. 5) once picked up to go and as I sat waiting in the car, noticed the staff was having a beer party that was overflowing into the parking lot from the back entrance; loud music, tons of cases of beer, staff members just hanging out and drinking in plain view of the parking lot. This was at 5:30 in the evening and it took 30 minutes after I got there (an hour after I called) to get the food. Needless to say, the food wasn't very good. Strongly recommend to stay away from this place. I get dragged in from time to time about once every 6 months over the past 4 years and have not had a good experience yet. We stopped eating inside here because of the terrible service. We decided to try the curb side to go. We had good luck a few times until today. We sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes. Tried to call and got hung up on. Tried to call back and got put on hold for 5 minutes during those 5 minutes my hubby went inside and got the food and came back to the car and I still didn't get an answer. No apology for the wait and was told we needed to check in. Not our first rodeo, I'm not dumb plus their app tells you when you get there and already checked me in. I had the notification that told me so. So our food was cold and nasty and still no apology. I've had previous decent experiences with their curb side but I won't go back to this location. Well, I know there's a whole bunch of Chili's around the states, but this one is always good. I like the chips and queso, and they also have great chicken (meaning chicken fried steak and chicken crispers). It's a BIT pricey but worth eating at! Then to order food add another 25 mins. As i write this I'm eating chips n salsa because who knows where our food is. But, it's been a long while. Just visited this location. We ordered off the Fresh Mex menu and were pleasantly surprised, the food was really fresh and tasty. I ordered an adult beverage from the bar (something with tequila, ruby red grapefruit and sprite) and it was delish!! The waitress Deedee was fantastic!! All I can say is just because chicken isn't pink doesn't mean it's fully cooked. I got a bacon avocado grilled chicken sandwich and from the outside the chicken looked cooked but it wasn't at all. The chicken crunched a little biting in to it and it was tough I then got my aunts opinion on it and she told me to stop eating it immediately. Too bad I had already eaten enough that I now have really bad stomach pains and am feeling extremely nauseous. *Update* While I was in my hotel room vomiting and in pain my aunt went to the restaurant with the undercooked sandwich and receipt to talk to the manager about the issue. All we got back was a $25 gift card that was going to be MAILED and an I'm sorry. Apparently we had to go back the day we got the food in order to get money back which is a bit ridiculous given the fact it was late when we got the food so I wasn't going to go all the way back there and I was too busy trying not to be sick. Our food was cold and when sent back it took over 10 min to get it back. It originally took about 20 min to get our food and the restaurant was not very busy. My husbands fries were not good even though they brought 3 different batches. Two different managers got involved. When they brought his burger back, they did not take off the tomato even though he'd previously requested it. The server never apologized for it, just blamed it on the kitchen. My chicken quesadilla explosion salad was okay but the quesadillas were stone cold and they told me that's how they come. Not a good experience at all. read more

Normally I like Chili's but this one was hands down the worst one I have been to. Our waitress didn't seem to know what she was doing, she took forever to get our drinks to us and then had to come back and verify what we ordered. 30 minutes later we got our food but it was cold! I ordered the chicken sandwich and my husband ordered the grilled chicken and both were cold. Didn't bother sending the food back since they'd probably get it wrong or forget the order all together. Quality of the food left something to be desired as well; it seemed like it was just microwaved and thrown on a plate. Service overall was piss poor and food was horrible.
