The TVs were all tuned to various NFL games. A group of Steelers fans were in the dining room next to our group watching and cheering their team on a giant TV. Becky and I wanted to watch the Seahawks. Mike, Director of the Carlton Oaks Country Club, was happy to put it on one of the many TVs for us. We wanted a snack, so we ordered the Potato Skins. Potato halves filled with cheese, bacon bits and chives. They are cut lengthwise in half for easier dipping and eating. Served with ranch and sour cream for dipping. Bottles of Tapatio, Tabasco and Cholula were provided if you wanted to spice it up. They were quite tasty and the perfect portion size. Price was right too! Because of the acoustics, the dining room can get a little loud. If you just want to chill and take in the view, step outside to the patio. Great views of the golf course. Service at the bar was friendly and on point. The large groups in the dining room were being well taken care of as well.

I have to start out by saying i am amazed at some of these ratings and the lies people tell. Let's start out with the restaurant ..it's clean and every time I'm in there the tables are clean the bathrooms are clean and the bar area is clean. Now the food , I love chili's food I love the variety of options they have to offer. The service in the restaurant , I have yet to be treated bad or receive bad service I was there the other day and my hostess was wonderful and very accommodating she was going to sit me at a table and i asked if we could sit at a booth and she accommodated us with a booth. Our waitress was very punctual and checked back on us. After our meal my wife and I decided to go to the bar and have a drink , the bartender I believe his name is Michael was so funny and very efficient he took our order and asked us if we'd like a menu and we told him we had just finished eating at the restaurants side. He brought us our drinks , came back and asked how we were doing and everyone at the bar was talking to him. He made it very easy to have a conversation I felt like i was at the cheers bar and Im sure by the looks of it everyone else was feeling that also. I can't understand why people need to lie about the place being dirty, the food being gross and the lack of great service. I come in here quite often and have never received that type of service. Keep up the great work Chili's crew you are all doing a great job!! read more

I went on to yelp to write a review for chili's and had to laugh at the comments from Bob P. I guess that picture fits him perfectly...lol . My wife and I stopped by to eat and as always the place was packed so we saw a couple of spots at the bar and grabbed them. The bartender which was Michael was the nicest accommodating bartender I've ever come across.!, he took our drink orders asked if we would like to see a menu , took our order, brought our drinks and was very personable . Our glasses were never empty !! And when he brought out our food it was all great!! Came back asked if everything was good. He is very easy to communicate with and I noticed (which must be his regulars ) didn't even have to say a word and he was putting new drinks in front of them when theirs were empty. My wife were very impressed with this young man and his ability to run that bar, keep up with all the orders, and still have such an up beat ,caring , respectful personality (I'd have to say his parents did a great job raising him) I hope management is treating him great because he is one classy bartender. And by the way Bob he didn't need to break a 5.00 bill for a tip we gave the well deserved bartender a few of them. read more

I've been ordering from this place for years for takeout. We went there for lunch on Labor Day and I was incredibly disappointed! We asked first if we could sit in the bar and the bartender told us "Sorry, there's no open seating." After that I approached the Hostess and gave her my information after a very terse exchange. I didn't understand how we may have irritated the staff, we had just walked in. While waiting, the bartender seated two couples at the bar where there would have been plenty of room for three (our party), but apparently we were not allowed. We continued to wait while three or four parties were seated before us, that got there after we did, same amount in party. Needles to say, we walked out. I was really angry. We walked across the parking lot to Olive Garden and were served drinks, appetizers and our meal order was taken before I got a text from Chili's that our table was ready. I will not be visiting that place again until hopefully that bartender and hostess no longer work there. Unbelievably frustrating!!!! You can order to go, but don't expect to be treated right if you want to eat in. I would suggest Olive Garden instead. read more

Went here twice the first time my steak came out raw, not slightly undercooked but raw, sent it back, a few mins later it came out again, still raw, sent back for a third time and guess what still super raw and cold in the middle almost frozen. Flash forward a few months decided to give chilis another shot ordered same steak med rare, after 40 mins steak came out extremely well done, it had a beef jerky texture to it. The waiter agreed with me but was too busy to catch the mistake before the rest of my party finished their meals. He offered a re fire but everyone was done so no dice. Went home hungry not the waiters fault but med rare is way different than well done. To their credit item was removed but there were several mistakes that night that warranted more than an entree comp, missed drinks, apps, etc...So who was the girl in her bra at the hostess stand directing the tables, this is a family place not hooters, she showed way to much for a "hostess" unless you guys are changing to accommodate that clientele. I give chills a 5 star!! I am very pleased with service, We walked into the bar area and sat at the bar . The bartenders name I think is Michael was very helpful he welcomed us in and took our drink orders and was very efficient . I noticed a lot of the people at the bar were interacting with him . This bar reminded me of the cheers bar..lol.. very welcoming and homey. After getting our drinks he asked us if we'd Iike to see the menus. We asked about items and recommendations and he gave us a five star recommendation it was delish! I was amazed at how well he took care of all the customers at the bar, which honestly where can you get this type of service now a days. We will be coming back !! 5 star service and 5 star food and great prices. Management if you see this review I think this guy deserves some kind of recognition for a job well done. read more

Chilis is a pretty good restaurant with yummy food and such, but the one big problem is that the portions keep getting smaller, like at the beginning of the year, the chicken crispers came with 5 strips with 2 sides for $10. Then a month later it came to 4 strips and 2 sides for $13.99 which I didn't let it bother me. But them 2 months later, it's now 3 strips with one side for $13.99! Who knows when they'll be only 2 strips or just one long strip. I know it shouldn't bother me but when I asked if I could get like one extra strip, they said they couldn't do that, and also my dad ordered quesadillas there and it used to come with 8 and when he got it, it only came with 4. I mean it's fine and all, but it kinda bugs me a little. read more

I was with my family, in this area. Everyone wanted to go to Phillis BBQ, and we made the decision to go to Chili's and i order a Triple dipper w/ slider, chicken strips, and the egg rolls. And my daughter and my wife ordered bowls. We told our server that we where starving, if it was possible to order right away. She took our order, and it took about 20 minutes. The bowls were okay. My order was terrible, my chicken strips were raw from the inside and burned from the outside. Same thing with the egg rolls. The sliders they where over cooked, and cold. I sent it back, and i told my serve if she could make new ones. And took 10 minutes after that, i ate some of them and i lost my appetite and i saved the rest for my dog. read more

This Chilli's could definitely do a better job servicing it's customers. After about 20 minutes of sitting around and waiting for them to get to us, I finally decided to go ask someone that we were seated but never given menus or asked if we would like something to drink. They forgot 2 things off of two separate peoples orders in our group and yah it was a group of 6 people, but 2 things is pretty much a crazy amount of stuff to just skip over after it's been ordered. At any place. Really if you're a Chillis, nobody is expecting the food to be amazing or anything, your strong point should be your service. And they seem to miss the ball on that here. read more

My friends wanted to go to Fillippi's pizza. We should have. Aside from the food not being very good this time...we had to deal with this: We still haven't heard from their office as to why our "rewards" points aren't being added. Why have a rewards program, if your computers at the table are down 1/4 of the time we're there. And when we email to have the points put on, and give the office the receipt number....merely here "We can't find that in our files." Well, learn how to do your program. You guys are ridiculous. We shouldn't have to keep hounding you to add our points. My wife has sent 3 different emails about it. read more

I had eaten there for lunch my steak was a little more well done than I expected but still good. The 3 stars because there was only one waiter and he did the best he could to help everyone but we had to wait a little to get our checks and I had ordered some nachos to go for my boyfriend. Which took really long to come out as well. By the time I got home and my boyfriend saw the nachos the chips were burnt and hard to eat. Also super soggy, and the meat tasted old. I've had good experiences here before but this time was just not one of them. read more

Went here today for a quick bite to eat for lunch. I was lucky to get in without a reservation. The surroundings were clean. I felt like I was sitting in someone's living room rather than a restaurant. I chose the chicken soup. Made with hominy and tomato in season and served with tortilla chips, the soup was over-bland and I couldn't finish it. I also got the grilled fish with garlic. It was just OK. I love coming here!! Ever since I've moved to town this is the spot!!! I went in last week on Saturday & it was extremelyyyy busy but the hostess got my in family right away. Our waiter "Celeste" was friendly & nice. She's such a sweet girl & it was nice chatting with her. My wife, Ann, and I have been making Chilis our go-to Friday happy hour for more than ten years. The bar service is so good that we feel like Norm on Cheers! Jen is awesome....she has our drinks ready for us seconds after we sit down. We haven't actually ordered a drink for years as Jen knows what we want and the order we want them in. From what I've heard since being a regular is the waiter does basically everything...seating, waiting, food running, and bussing you. Jenn in the bar by far is one of the rudest servers I have ever delt with. I have seen her many times be rude to others for no reason. I have had a couple times she was rude to my family for no reason at all. Ugly attitude and apparently mad at the world for being stuck behind a bar. Somehow, it took **20-30 minutes just to get our to-go order**. After being out in the sun since 8 AM, I was exhausted, hungry, and just ready to get home. We finally get home, open the bag, and realize **WE WERE GIVEN SOMEONE ELSE'S FOOD**--1 carne asada burrito and 3 rolled tacos that were plain and **drier than the Sahara Desert**. At this point, I'm pissed. I called to ask for a refund because I live far as fuck and I'm absolutely not making another **40+ minute round trip** because YOUR staff handed me the wrong order. I was told they couldn't refund me unless I physically brought back the food I never even ordered. Their other solution was to remake my food--which, again, would require me to drive all the way back. To make the situation even more frustrating, the **"manager" I spoke with was not friendly or willing to work with the situation at all.** There was no attempt to understand that I don't live around the corner, no apology that made me feel like they actually cared about the inconvenience, and no reasonable alternative offered. It basically felt like, *bring the food back or too bad.* How exactly does that fix the situation for me? **I paid for food I never received.** Now, instead of coming home after being out since 8 AM and eating the dinner I already paid for, **I have to cook AND spend additional money on food because your restaurant messed up my order.** Two bean and cheese burritos and a menudo are not worth wasting another 40+ minutes of my time, plus gas, to correct **your mistake**. I already wasted 20-30 minutes waiting for the order in the first place. The last thing I should have to do is open every container before leaving to make sure your staff actually gave me what I paid for. **Your mistake should not become my responsibility, my extra drive, my extra gas, my wasted time, and my additional expense.** Mistakes happen--I understand that. What made this experience so upsetting was **how poorly the mistake was handled afterward.** A little understanding and willingness to work with a customer would have gone a long way. Instead, I'm home, hungry, **cooking lunch after I already PAID someone else to make lunch**, and out the money I spent on food I never received. Absolutely ridiculous and terrible customer service.

Waitress was very kind and got us menus. It's a pretty straight forward menu with breakfast and lunch on one side and dinner on the other. I think it's all reasonably priced the only small complaint is burgers do not come with fries or onion rings and they are a $4.50 add on making most of the burger meals $15 plus. But I understand the current market is making things go up. My burger was delicious and cooked well. I got my eggs over easy and they did it perfectly. The jalapeño burger was good nothing crazy to write about though. The buffalo fries were delicious; it comes with blue cheese crumble and dip on the side which is perfect. Also bacon crumpled over the fries. Everything overall was great and for 2 people it was $60 total. Great bar/restaurant to grab a bite in and watch he game and support local business!

Their pizza was great. BUT the garlic shrimp appetizer had all of my taste buds. DELICIOUS!! Our waiter Michael was exceptional. Friendly and supper attentive. We even took the time after our dinner to tell the manager what a great job he did. Great vibes all around. We can't wait to visit BJ's again.... So many different options.

They're newly opened, so we expected things to be a little bit rusty. This new restaurant/bar set up seemed a bit confusing and there were no signs telling us where to go. On the side of the seating area, there was an area where they had an axe throwing game and more seats/tables. I did see a few children sitting at the bar stools at the bar, which I thought was a little strange. We went to the hostess style stand and a nice lady sat us at a table. The hostess told us to walk up to the bar to order our food and drinks. We looked at the menu for a few minutes and a server came up to our table. This was confusing to us because the hostess had just told us to go to the bar and order. We ordered our drinksfrom the server. My husband got an angry orchard beer and I got a raspberry ice tea. When the server came back, we ordered our food. My husband ordered the chicken tenders appetizer and I ordered the league club with fries. The server did not ask what type of dipping sauce my husband wanted for his tenders, which i thought was a little strange. My husband's chicken tenders came with ranch, which he doesn't like so we asked for honey mustard. My husband said the tenders were juicy inside but they did jot have much seasoning or flavor. My league club was a good size and I loved the bread. The sandwich did not have much flavor, except for the delicious pepper bacon that was on it. The tomatoes in the club were not ripe and the lettuce did not look fresh. The fries were so delicious and I loved them dipped in the ranch, they had a seasoned fry flavor. I would definitely order the fries again. I got half my sandwich in a to go box. We were bowling, so I was able to take my drink to the land we were bowling on. Overall, we would definitely come back and try them again next time we go to the bowling alley.

We were seated in the bar area, which concerned me a little because that often means the server is also bartending. That was the case tonight, but fortunately for us, Alyssa was absolutely fantastic! You would never have known she was also tending bar, especially considering the entire bar area was full. She was very friendly, attentive, and kept our drinks full throughout the evening. Honestly, this was some of the best service I've received anywhere in a very long time, and we eat out A LOT! Alyssa was so amazing that my husband asked to speak with her manager just to make sure she received the recognition she deserved. I'm sure managers usually hear more complaints than compliments, so it's important to give praise when it is truly warranted. The food was also extra good tonight. We ordered the Campfire Feast for Two and started with the burnt ends guacamole and chips. It was so flavorful and delicious, and the chips were fresh and really good too. My husband and I both ordered the New York strip, and both steaks were cooked perfectly as ordered. The salads were good, and we also enjoyed the asparagus and corn on the cob. We finished with the chocolate cake and vanilla ice cream, which was fresh and yummy too. Alyssa made the entire experience wonderful, and the food made the night even better. It was a 13 top that turned into a 14 top and Jessica had minimal support staff. She did great. The bill issue was easily resolved once we uncrossed the wires of two in our party having the same first name. The food was fantastic (and HUGE portions, for real, after the soup and a bite of salad I was almost full before the chicken parm even came out). Clean, quiet atmosphere, patient staff, relatively well stocked bar. Jessica served us on Mother's Day, as well, and did a fantastic job then, too! Thank you!
