    Nashville hot mozzarella sticks

Food was amazing! The mozzarella sticks were huge, and their service was good. I wish they made another chili's near me because we have to drive like 20 something miles to get there. But it was pretty amazing, can't wait to come back again! :3

Monday evening early dinner. I ordered the chicken fajitas. They came out quickly. Hot sizzling goodness. I do think the chicken could have had more seasoning, but it was still good. My waitress did an excellent job. I did see a sign on the door advising reduced hours. The waitress mentioned they were short staffed.

We ALWAYS stop at this Chilis on our way home from Cedar Point! This location doesn't always get a great review, but it's a chain restaurant, and it's always been good....hence why we keep coming back. Happy Hours appetizers and drink specials are on point. Margaritas for $4, including an extra shaker. You can't beat the deal. We had the spicy shrimp tacos...hold the cheese please and of course they came with cheese, but an easy fix. My husband had the loaded burger and no complaints. We will be bs k the next time we head this way.

Staying at the Kalahari Resort for the night and didn't want to spend tons of money on their overpriced food, so, went to Chili's and had my expectations blown out the water. All my other experiences have been very underwhelming, tried Chili's for the first time in Michigan and their Mango Habanero chicken strip things were awful; then the Chili's in Canton, OH gave me a lackluster overcooked cheeseburger. This place however gave my partner and I our food at an extremely fast time as well as [at least in my case] a perfect burger and side of fries. The server we also got was full of extroverted positive energy and constantly checked on us and gave us updates on our food/drinks. Wish I got his name so I could publicly compliment him...the little kiosk we paid on had the name "Ryan" at the bottom left so maybe that was his name? I don't know, delicious quick meal and really nice server. Only complaint: The host that gave us our 10-15 minute wait time took my name and number and while my partner and I say in our cars waiting; almost 20 minutes went by with no text of any kind so I went in to see if maybe the number they had was wrong or something but turns out the host simply clocked out and forgot to text us that a table was open.

We discovered Amigos a couple years ago, when seating was very limited, but they recently expanded and the decor is more inviting and authentic. We've tried a lot of things on this menu and have never been disappointed. Our food has always been fresh and plentiful, served with a smile. Two things I can ecstatically recommend: their house guacamole and their margaritas. Their hearty and bold guacamole is made fresh to order right at your table and it's become our favorite guacamole. We love their mango margaritas. We have found chunks of mango in ours, and make certain to always get the rims coated with tajin because they use tamarind to get the spice to stick to the rim--so tasty! This is a really enjoyable restaurant we always look forward to visiting!

The most unexpected thing however was how much seasoning and flavor they used on their chicken and other meats. Absolute game changer. The restaurant was clean and while was packed, had enough space to move around and you didn't feel like you were sitting on top of each other. Our waitress was very friendly and brought us a round of Tequila which was new to me. Overall I will definitely be back.

06/25/25 update…read more Dinner tonight. Guisado is a dish that they do very well here. The restaurant was consistently busy with no tables being available on a couple of occasions. And to their credit, three people, including the owner/manager, were bussing tables as fast as possible. But consequently, it was hard to "flag" the waitress, and I only did so as she forgot me on two occasions. But I am a patient person...just hungry. COMMENTS: * A basket of chips and salsa (VERY GOOD) is $3. Profit margins are slim. They are worth paying for. * The AC was "barely" there. When it was in the upper 80s outside at 6 pm and cooler than it was inside, a HVAC mechanic was desperately needed. According to their Facebook page, this has been going on for a couple of weeks. It is either the landlord of a largely vacant strip mall (with a couple of anchors opening, which may help), causing the problem, or it is a triple-net lease, in which the restaurant is responsible for paying for the repairs. It's an expensive task. * Again, patient, but I wish that the waitress had checked more than twice - once to serve and once to refill a pop. Then, as the tables were still in some demand, "Let me cash you out..." It felt a bit like the "bum's rush." However, the food is good if you enjoy Tex-Mex cuisine. I will return - it may be at a different time of the day.
