First time visiting under the new ownership, it was amazing! Service was super fast, perch tacos are perfectly made with blacken perch, pico and a sauce you could never have enough of, and served with chips and pico. Fries are well made, similar style to McDonald's. Burger was well made as well, 4 options of their smash burger patties. Highly recommend their peach sangria as well. I went for Mother's Day, five months ago, and was extremely disappointed (I did post a review). I believe in always giving second chances, unless it's really a bad experience, and went back this week after the summer season. I absolutely love the location and with so much potentiel, was pleased, this time, with the food. The food served was definitely better. I ordered the Habanero Mac and Cheese, was basic but good. My mother order the clam chowder (large bowl) and a perch sandwich (large pieces). The French fries were different and definitely better than the last ones, that were awful. I will go again, just because there are few places to sit outside, on the water, and enjoy the atmosphere. read more

We were there for Christmas in July ... my husband got sick( burger) my granddaughter( chicken tenders) got sick. my buffalo chicken wrap was awful! pretzel bites were great. The tables beside us had left full plate of shrimp screws and a wraps not eaten. Was very disappointing. The area and atmosphere is great. Drinks were great. But that was it. As many people as they turn over there in a two hour period ... better quality food would be nice. read more

Pro: The food was amazing! We had a group of 7 and no one had anything other than an amazing review on the food options, delivery, and flavor Con: Probably some of the rudest staff in a local restaurant I've encountered. From the grumpy attitude and snippy responses from the host seating us, to the creepy manager than only seems to pay attention to the tables with young women. We'll probably be back just because of the food quality, but hopefully they improve the service. read more

My family of four plus a fur baby docked our boat here for dinner. There were open slips, which was great, since this isn't always the case for boaters. Probably room for about 20 boats to dock (I'm just guessing). I love that we could sit outside with our dog and my boys and husband had fun playing corn hole while we waited for our food. The food did take a bit to come out (with the exception of our appetizer which came quickly) but we were happy to enjoy the food, each other, and the outdoor games in the meantime. The food was delicious, flavorful and tasted like it was made from scratch, which I love! The drinks were also delicious. Our service was excellent. I would highly recommend this place. Went back early June this year, I have to say it was greatly improved. Had Chicken Ceaser Wrap, not a lot of Ceasar taste but chicken was hot and juicy, still very tasty. Wife loved her burger service was good, One note. I don't like to knock entertainment, it's not easy to get up in front of people and play and sing. BUT the guy they had was depressing, song were a dirge, songs we never heard, sang so monotone it was plain depressing, come on dude beautiful summer day and you are bringing everyone down, pick it up a little be happy. read more

First time trying them via DoorDash and food was pretty good. Would have loved it if the pretzel bun was a little more crispy but I know that was cause of delivery. Had the beef patty with beer cheese which was delicious as well. Had the lakeside cheese medley which was unique but delicious. Types of cheese was cheddar, pepper jack, and garlic cheese. My wife and i have tried this place twice before last saturday. Both prevous times slow rude service. It was my daughter in law b day snd she picked this place. My wife and i said lets give it another shot. We came in through the patio. When asking the hostess about a table for 9 with 2 kids they said nothing available inside we would need to sit outside. When I asked to hostess because there was only one table inside taken and all the rest were empty. I asked her if there was a wait and she sarcastically said "didn't you see all those people you walked past " !!! When we went outside, they wouldn't allow us to move anything together. I wanted to break up our party. I could not believe hiw rude they were. We will never be back and i will tell as many people i can not to waste there money there !!! We have been here before. Great food crap slow service but food made up for it. This time we tried to get past the hostess and she would only seat us in a high back high top table in front of the live music. I literally asked can we sit at any of the other 15 plus tables that are open she said "no. This table only". She then told me she was a previous physical therapist and that seats with a back are most healthy. So to put this in context. This is a beautiful location. Great build out and amazing indoor and outdoor connection. The bar staff was friendly. So when the hostess told me she was the hostess and would help me and only she would help me... I was drawn aback but... also shocked as I am trying to not be mean but her orange bottle blond home job hair that looked to be days away from touching shampoo and her yellow and non existent teeth really gave me a hmmmm thought. She appears to be in crack / meth abuse recovery but I think certainly needs an NA or such meeting stat because the dt's are making her an evil wench. Sadly I'll never return. Management should think that a warm body is not really better than no one. read more

Went to Pipe Creek Wharf for dinner with 6 friends , 7 total. They had 1 table that would seat a party of 7. It was taken , but they would not move 2 tables together. They said it was too much trouble and since covid the health department " frowned upon it" . They did have tables outside, but the high winds precluded that option for a nice dinner. One drink at the bar then went elsewhere. It's a shame as the place wasn't half full amd my friends tend to over tip a lot!! read more

After being seated we were told if you want water it's right over there. waitress walked by and said "I'll be right back. Sat there for another 10 minutes. They've only been open a few weeks, at least I think that's what the server said Food was really good, Being able to dock right at PCW is the way to go. Service was great. But you can't hear yourself think if you are dining inside, we moved out to the Patio, even though is was 90 degs on 6/21/2024. And to be honest it wasn't much cooler inside. Inside was about 40% capacity Even the server said she couldn't hear what people were asking for when she was taking orders. Then, what I assume was the owner, seemed more concerned with a squeak in the door going out to the patio then the ability to hear inside. I will try it again, this time when they have the garage doors open, thinking this will cut down the the inability to think and carry on a conversation. Service was the worst part of the experience. The over priced drinks that we waited forever for were weak. I had to go to the bar and order another round because my waitress never came back. The food came out with our order missing items and wrong. DO NOT GO WITH A LARGE GROUP. THEY WILL NOT BE ACCOMODATING. THE MANAGER WAS UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. It took at least 10 minutes to be acknowledged by the hostess. After we ordered the food we waited 45 minutes to receive the food. Once received, the food was cold. The burgers had burnt spots and the bacon for the burgers was completely burnt and inedible. We will not be back! read more

Came here on a Saturday night with family and we were told it would be a 45 min wait, so we grabbed some drinks at the bar and sat by the beautiful dock area. The views are nice, but everything else was lacking. Wait time to be seated: - We were told the wait would be 45 mins, but it actually took about and hour and 20 after asking the manager to check where we were at on the waitlist. - The kitchen staff was hustling and the owner of the restaurant was eating outside with his wife rather than help the staff. I'm not sure how the restaurant functions, but most restaurants have their owners step in if it's obvious the place needs help. - The owner's friends were conveniently seated right away whereas others on the waitlist sat patiently. Staff/service: - Our server, Cole, was great. He was attentive and checked on us throughout the night. Food: - Unfortunately they were out of a lot of things on the menu. - I ordered the scallops with lemon risotto. The scallops and risotto lacked flavor and the veggies were coated in black pepper. - Others ordered the perch sandwich and burger, which were fine. Bathroom: - The women's bathroom needed some TLC. There was barely any toilet paper left, the trash needed to be taken out, and there were flies. I noticed the host that to refill the toilet paper. The view of this place was fantastic, especially on a nice summer night. Service was working very hard to ensure guests were happy. I was frustrated by the lack of help from the owner, especially since they were understaffed. We checked in around 6:50 pm and left around 9:20 pm. Understandable, but the bar was empty and the bartenders could've easily helped great, grab drinks, run food, etc. appetizer was great, main course was awful. Burger was bland. Fries were so stale and doused in so much oil that they were chewy and inedible. Menu is small and basic for the high prices. Quality isn't worth the coin. The patio is beautiful. Great view. Tried again for the second time yesterday because we had such great food and service. Well yesterday was completely different. There was a 1 hour wait early afternoon but there were 9 tables open outside and there was no on inside except for the bar. Eventually I asked for the Manager. He came out didn't introduce himself so didn't get his name. He told me that they make everything from scratch and the kitchen is very small and only fits 2 cooks so they can't fill their tables. No one ever apologize for the wait. I said well I could order a cocktail while waiting. He said we can go to the bar to order but no waited o on us there either. He along with the 15 year old hostess were clueless. Finally we were seated and received our drinks and finally our food. The filet, scallops and mushroom risotto were all amazing. I'm really disappointed I really like this place. Hopefully they will figure it out. So I dropped my last 5 star review to 2 stars because the food was so good. read more

After being seated immediately upon entering @4;15 we were given menus and silverware,dogbowl.People kept getting seated after us and getting drinks and such before anyone came to get our drink order.Never had anyone even come to our table,!,After 35 min.of nothing we got up and left.2 cars in parking lot when we got there full parking lot when we left.They appeared to cater to the big parties.We only was 2 people.No customer service good luck running a successful resturant this way. read more

The place is beautiful, the food was great and the service with Shacara was phenomenal! Tropical chicken sandwich and bayside burger was so good, salads were fresh! But again, the service is what made the experience so incredible! this place has terrible service. the bartenders are terrible. waited at the bar for 15 minute before someone acknowledged us. watched one of them pick there nose and then serve a drink and never washed their hands. Then we get seated and server never asked if we would like another drink. We ordered and the food was terrible and had no flavor. I had garlic bread with my entree and I think they forgot to season the bread. also the bread was as hard as a crouton and had no flavor. The steak by far had to been the cheapest piece of meat I have ever seen in my life and also had no flavor. the grilled chicken was very dry. after we were done eating our waitress never came back out and we had to go inside to pay. there is no AC either so it was very humid. the prices are terrible for the quality of food that they served. read more
