I haven't been to a Chili's in a few years. I remember they had amazing chicken tenders and queso. Today I did the 3 for me. I ordered the dip trio, an up charge, and chicken crispers. The dip trio had the queso I always loved, but the guacamole was already turning brown. Chips were cold and tasted stale. Next came my chicken crispers. They were hot, but that's where the good ends. The asparagus was cooked perfect. Lightly spiced and a little on the crisp side the way we like it. The server, Josie was friendly enough, but very difficult for us to get over making us wait so long while she socialized at a different table. And then walked in away. Really good quality food and really good price especially post Covid. Being ignored for 10 minutes will not stop us from coming back here, although it did dent her gratuity. Rating Chillies for what it is. A chain bar and grill. Family and I go pretty often and for a reason. My favorite the burgers. Have not had a bad one yet. My wife try's something different almost every time. Burgers to the fajitas and the chicken tenders she always is happy with her choice. This was my first time going to this location of Chili's before. I visited Sunday evening May 1, it was around 6 or 7 PM and there was a group of 6 of us. The good: Waitress was bubbly and attentive. She was very prompt with filling up our water glasses. There wasn't a long delay between drink orders and taking our food order. Food came out in a timely manner and was hot, at least mine and my boyfriend's food was. One of our party said his burger came out lukewarm. An order of White Spinach Queso was ordered and we as a group split it. It was very cheesy creamy and delicious. The normal chips and salsa was also a hit with the table. My boyfriend and I split an appetizer as we weren't very hungry. We ordered the Triple Dipper and got a choice of three appetizers: the Crispy Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers, Southwestern Egg Rolls and Fried Pickles. Everything was cooked well. My favorite of the three were the Honey Chipotle Crispers, which was essentially a chicken tender. The size was not as large as Raising Cane's but bigger than a nugget from Mcdonald's. The Southwestern Egg rolls were too spicy for my liking, and the Fried Pickles just left something to be desired. I think the pickle itself was too floppy and not crispy enough. We were seated immediately, I had the carnitas fajitas and the were pretty good. The meat was tastefully seasoned, hot out of the oven with grilled vegetables and all of the fixins, rice, beans, guacamole, and flour tortillas, One son had a grilled cheese. It's been awhile since we've been here. The food and service were really good. John, our waiter, was very friendly and attentive. We had gone there right after the UNR/UNLV game (we were so thirsty. Was not paying 6 bucks for a bottle of water at the game. lol). He must have refilled our water glasses 4 or 5 times and he kept checking back with us to make sure everything was ok. My meal, the guiltless sirloin and asparagus, was great, and they did not skimp on the asparagus. My sirloin came out a perfect medium but the asparagus didn't have the ends cut off so when I got down to the hard stuff I just left it on my plate. They tasted really good, though. My husband ordered the half rack of baby back ribs, which came with a side of mac and cheese and a side of fries. The mac and cheese cup was only half full, which sucked, and the fries was a decent portion. He said they all tasted great, but wished the mac and cheese cup was fuller. I have eaten at this Chili's location years ago, but now it is close to where I work so I decided to order food to go. Navigating through their website to order was easy. I selected the time I wanted to pick-up my food and paid online. They have designated parking spaces for those picking up To Go orders. For reference, these spaces are on the side of the building facing S. Virginia Street. As soon as I parked, I checked in via the confirmation e-mail and entered my space number. Almost immediately my food was brought out and I was on my way! I ordered the Brisket Burger with loaded mashed potatoes for my husband. Normally I would order fries, but I was afraid they would not maintain their integrity for the 30 minute drive home. The loaded mashed potatoes were a great substitute and my husband thoroughly enjoyed his meal. I love the Chicken Crispers at Chili's, so that is what I ordered along with loaded mashed potatoes. Delicious! Everything was packaged well, and despite sitting in traffic for 15 minutes, arrived home still warm and tasty! I'm pretty sure most of their food is pre-made and they're just professionally re-heating it, but I really enjoyed those fried chicken bits. Unfortunately, the batter that they use on these has changed. It resembles more the McDonalds mcnuggets now. Very bready and not at all crisp. Borderline gross and unpleasant, and the meat was bone dry. I liked that they were willing to substitute some of the wing-sauce, and I tried the mango habenero sauce, which also was fairly gross. Very salty and bitter. I regretted the entirety of my order. Again, I couldn't blame the service, as they were perfect, it's just the institution obviously doesn't care about the quality of food. I could taste that at some point, some executive decided to save a penny and cut the quality of the ingredients even further than what they had been at. Fried chicken is one of the simplest things to get right, and they couldn't even do that. This was the only thing that kept me coming back to Chili's, and now I doubt I ever will again. read more

My buddy and I come to chili's every week since we'll before Covid-19 hit, we usually order from the "3 For Me" or the "$10 lunch" menu. Can't beat the price and the quality of the food. Compared to any other place or fast food restaurant chili's has the all beat. The staff treat us like family, Paloma, Brie, Jake, & Austin are excellent, they always get our orders perfect and even don't mind when I ask for something a bit different. We are sad that they've changed their original chicken crispers, now they only have the extra crispy ones that we don't care for unless they sauce them. Their southwest chicken soup is the best, full of meat, homeny, and a little spice, but not too spicy. It's my go to soup when I'm there. It has been a while since I ate at Chili's. Tonight we went to chili's with friends. Our server, Brie, was great. She gave us a few minutes to look over the menus, and took our orders momentarily. Orders came shortly after while we were sitting at our table chatting. Meat on burgers were just right, and not salty either. I ordered the Swiss mushroom burger, and it came with the fries on the side. I was so hungry that I forgot to take pictures, but the meal was presentable and delicious. This is the second time I ordered delivery using grub hub and items where missing. This time only 2 out of 5 items where in the bag. The restaurant crossed out the items on the receipt with a yellow highlighter. Yet only 2 items where yellowed out. And they let the driver take it like that. I wouldn't order on line again. We ordered drinks - I had a 'rita and my friend had one of those tropical tall glasses of yummy. He brought them right up and we ordered chips and salsa to start. There really is SO much great stuff on the menu and we were starving. We had a few chips and were ready to order our burger & fries (cooked to perfection) The Brioche Bun was so fresh, as were all the ingredients. I had jalapenos on my burger, and it was the right amount of spice and crisp with the pickles. Fries and Ranch were crispy and delicious as well. As busy as he was the bartender kept his eye on us, and came back acouple times to see if we needed anything else. 2 drinks with 2 burgers, plus chips and salsa for $45 - Can't beat it. Just a nice place I occasionally come and eat at for those nice little hangouts with either your family or friends. Great alcohol selection if that's your cup of tea if I may say for a restaurant. Plenty of choices to choose from and depending on how you stand on it; their mixed drinks are superb. Being able to casually drink and you can enjoy the flavor without that burning sensation. The food here is okay, but that's what to expect from a nice casual diner chain. I will say they are better than most and the food doesn't taste like it came straight out of the microwave.
