Poor service ,our waitress just walked by and tossed our chips on the table ,she didn't acknowledge us ,also she was very rude

I had a extremely bad experience at chili's, we went there to have dinner because my son is getting deployed, we were waiting for our food for more an hour and a half. the waitress JENNIFER lacked empathy was very unprofessional and was not doing her job. The whole time we were there she was no where to be found, we had to approach the hosts and other employees to check on our food/drinks, finally the manger on the clock came over his name was Matt and was also rude towards the situation and unprofessional he was sarcastic and he was no help He said our food had been sitting there and was cold and mentioned that he had to re order it again and I did not want to wait another hour since we had been waiting so long that's ridiculous. I hope no one gets treated this way i have never been treated this way in my life I felt humiliated and ignored I hope chili's works on training your employees better and treat customers with dignity. Never coming to this horrible place, very bad customer service! read more

So I don't really expect much from these places. On two occasions the food was alright, the burgers aren't anything to write home about, especially since they use that weird smelling mayo that soaks into the shredded lettuce. However the appetizers are pretty good, and Chili's does have some good specials from time to time, I tried the Long Island ice tea and its pretty strong, so good marks on that. The only issue I've had with service is the frequency of refills, and maybe the place is a little too understaffed. read more

There were no drink prices, so the whole time our group had to ask, "How much for this one? What about that one?" It defeats the reason for a drink menu. They don't even know the price until they ring you up. They lost our money because it's so frustrating when people have secret prices. We don't create mystery bills. The restaurant was also dirty. And it is obvious that everyone there hates there job. I don't blame them though. Whoever is in charge of the secret menu and the cleaning need to put some effort in. read more

Party of four showed up for lunch on a Friday. I've seen so many ads for their lunch combos I'd figured they would be able to get a party in and out during a typical hour lunch. Boy was I wrong. We ordered two plates of tacos, a burger, and a salad. It took almost 30 minutes for our food to arrive. Taking into account the few minutes drive time there and back, that left us with less than 10 minutes to eat. The food was fine. Not spectacular, but they shouldn't advertise their quick lunch combos if they can't get you in and out. read more

Pretty average if you ask me. I honestly didn't find anything that impressed me. I mean the customer service was great and the blackberry tea was great but, that doesn't make this place a 5 star place for the yelp community right. We used to go to Chili's on a weekly bases but after the last few times, we doubt that we will be going back. When we arrived today, just about every table was dirty. I understand after a lunch time rush that we would be surrounded by dirty table, but not acceptable during the entire time we were there. Not one table was cleaned off the whole time while we were there or at least not by us. We had to wait well over forty minutes for our lunch and there were only a few other customers in the place. Nothing like sitting around a bunch of dirty tables with stack of plates while your eating. Our waiter was nice, but never checked up on us to see if we needed anything else. Our drinks sat empty. I had to wave him down to get a refill. The hostess seemed like she hated her job when she seated us. She just threw the menus on the table and walked away. On a good note, the food was good. No complaints there, but Chili's needs to address the overall dirtiness and lack of customer service. read more

Too bad Zero Stars is not an option. The food here is not prepared like the other Chili's restaurants I have been to. Ordered the Onion/Jalapeno Stack-it came out soggy-twice. Garlic bread was soggy. Poor staffing waited 1/2 hour till this one table got cleaned....would have been nice to get the manager to help out bussing tables.

First impression: there was a wait time when there were open tables in open areas. I used the restroom while waiting and one of the stalls in the women's didn't have a lock on it. Also there wasn't a bag in the women's receptacle so the disposed feminine hygiene products in there were exposed. Second, every drink order took about ten minutes to get to the table. The bartender was too "behind" to pour a draft beer within a minute or two. My friend got a kids grilled chicken that looked like it had been picked off a buffet platter. So dry the kid could barely eat it. My enchiladas were also crunchy from sitting under a heat lamp. It tasted good once you got to the saucy parts, but the beans and rice started to crack under the heat. Overall it wasn't terrible, but I've seen better from Chili's. read more

Horrible horrible will be contacting the franchise about this issue my family and I encountered. We got there it was 9 of us and they told us it would be a 30 min wait another family that came after us and they were being seated the lady felt bad because she seen we had already been waiting for a while and our wait times were similar so she told the host that she felt bad and he told her we have a larger party than her when the whole party wasn't even there yet!!the host then proceeded to tell us it might be another 30 minutes until we get seated after waiting for an hour i ask to speak to the manager Matthew twice no where to be found.. This waitress had the nerve to say "this family is done with their dessert and all ready to go I don't want to tell you it's 15 minutes because I'm not sure" my family and I took off my daughter fell asleep and didn't get to eat dinner. Not sure if it was discrimination because it sure did feel like it but I'm not coming back!! My husband and I always eat at chili's! Not typically this location but we ordered the same thing we always do on the 2 for 22 and were shocked as to how much guacamole we got with our appetizer. I usually add my salt pepper and lemon and mix it up and I was surprised as to how it looked like it was already halfway eaten! We are always served with the guac to the top and this came halfway gone already mind you all I did was add some spice and mix. We haven't even had any yet!! So I ask and the lady tells me it's only supposed to be a scoop depending on how they scoop it. Well then take it back and tell them to give me a better scoop!! Anyway aside from that I had steak corn and fries. My plate was soaked with juices from the steak and corn and made my fries all soggy!! Also my husband got the margarita chicken and he said it tasted like they just soaked it in some juice. It was very slimy and watered down on the flavor. I literally had some of the worst service in all my dining experiences. On my top worst this experience was number 5. This place used to be my fave. Two low points: our chip basket sat empty so long that I began to assume they were no longer bottomless and our server was so lame that someone else had to start our order, bring our appetizer, another person brought our meal, someone else took our plates and brought our check. The wait time was 45 minutes because we had a party of 11 you think when they sat us down we would have had silverware! No. Our appetizers came without silverware delivered to us by the Manager. When the meals came out for some reason I was brought Chicken fajitas not the Steak and Shrimp I ordered well done not burnt. Food final came Streak burnt the party next to us said what's burning?? MY FOOD! Charcoal black. My party was half way done with their food I just cancelled my order. It wasn't the waitress fault for the burnt food, maybe the missing silverware. Horrible service. I am the biggest tipper i know and i walked out before seated. I walked in and there was maaaaaybe 10 people in whole place, half the place closed off at 9pm for "cleaning" and the hostess says itll be 10 min and ignored me as maybe 6 or 7 employees just talked and giggled. I never wrote a review before. If the place suck, I just don't come back. This time I really want everyone to not waste their time. My husband, myself and our two girls walked in, there were five employees, it's slow and people were eating and drinking. No one needed help except us, the walked in. We waited to be seated. And that's the problem, we waited and waited and waited till my daughter needed to go used the restroom. While we waited none of the five employees would look our way and even walked passed us like we don't exist. By the way, it's a slow slow lunch time and the served customers did not need serving. Had reservations for 5 for a party of 20 it was 6 when we sat down. But once we got served food was good. Just a long wait.

Slow service people seem annoyed when you ask them for utensils. My order was brought out for me and my kids a total of 4 missing with out napkins or utensils . So when I asked about it still about 5 - 8 min wait on just utensils and still about a 10 min wait on fries maybe more worst service I've ever gotten from a chilies wouldn't recommend this location to anyone . read more

I really like this particular Chili's and come here regularly with co-workers since it's a reasonable value and so close to our office. The food is good (I generally order their quesadilla explosion salad) and the wait staff is always friendly and attentive. If you check in on Foursquare while you're there, you can also get a free basket of tortillas and salsa. Woot! read more
