Came here with a big group for my dad's birthday. Unfortunately they don't do reservations and you can only do the advanced waitlist with 4 or less so we ended up with quite a wait for a table. Our waitress was excellent and more than tolerated my talkative toddler who insisted our waitress should go by Adrien instead of her own name. Getting the food after ordering was quick, the spinach dip is a must try! The steak was cooked to perfection but I can't recommend the fire roasted corn which was undercooked and so so dry (pretty sure they forgot the creamy stuff). Price wasn't terrible but it would be nice if the kids Mac and Cheese was the same as the adult Mac and cheese, my daughter was not happy with hers. We do miss Macaroni Grill but we'll be coming here again. read more

Extremely disappointing experience, and the biggest issue wasn't even the wait--it was how the situation was handled by management. We were originally told there would be about a 10-minute wait, which turned into 30 minutes. The host eventually told us the delay was because our server was on break. We were given a time when she was supposed to be back, but we still weren't seated until more than five minutes after that time. When we asked the manager why we couldn't have simply been seated before the server returned so we could at least look at the menu and possibly get our drinks while we waited, her response and attitude were disgusting. She told us that it "would not look right" to have us sitting at a table without receiving service. The irony is that once we were finally seated, we sat there for about 10 minutes without seeing our server anyway, and we didn't receive our drinks until roughly 20 minutes after being seated. So after making us wait an extra 20 minutes beyond the original estimate because it supposedly wouldn't "look right" for us to be seated without service, that's essentially exactly what happened anyway. The server, at least, had a much better attitude than the manager, and our frustration was not with her taking a break. The problem was the way the restaurant handled the situation and, especially, the manager's dismissive and unnecessarily rude attitude when we asked a completely reasonable question. A 10-minute quoted wait becoming 30 minutes is frustrating enough. Having management respond with attitude instead of basic courtesy made the experience considerably worse. Definitely not the level of customer service I expect from LongHorn Steakhouse. read more

This was my first time at this new location. Must say, it has an impressive interior look/design......Similar vibes to Black Angus, Claim Jumper, Outback Steakhouse and Hickory Ranch. Service from Angie was excellent and friendly. However, the actual food/drink was hit and miss: 1. Delish Berry Sangria 2. Fab popcorn shrimp appetizer with a portion size large enough for 2-3. 3. OK Caesar salad that was nothing special 4. Great street corn on the cobb. 5. But, the biggest disappointment of the meal was the filet mignon. I ordered it Medium and it came killed,,,,grossly overcooked with no pink and no juice inside. And, unlike most filets you get at the previously mentioned steakhouses, this one was thin, lacking traditional altitude. I'm sure this is to speed up the cooking process,m but it was a miserable fail. Also super disappointing, was the fact that there was NO special sauces like the traditional Bernaise, Peppercorn or even wine demi. Why? Do you want us to put A! on a filet.....which is one step above covering it with ketchup. 6. This place is not cheap, as it cost me $78+, including food, drink, tax and tip for ONE person. Had a really great experience at this LongHorn Steakhouse for dinner last night with two great friends! My bestie and I carpooled to meet our other friend who had put us on the waitlist. Surprisingly, she got a table right away and I was glad they seated her even though we were still about 10 minutes out. Erandy took excellent care of us! She got our drinks in right away. I stuck with water, my best friend ordered a strawberry margarita, and my other friend got a Diet Coke. The margarita was huge and the presentation really nice--they poured it over ice right in front of me, so I got a video. My friend said it was a good value and she was feeling it by the end of dinner lol! We only ordered entrees and they were served in a timely manner. I went with the 6 oz renegade sirloin with a plain sweet potato and broccoli. Everything was wonderful! The steak was cooked perfectly. We recently visited LongHorn Steakhouse in Redlands and were extremely disappointed by the service and lack of management attention. We waited approximately 45 minutes for a table, which we understood. After being seated, we ordered our drinks and meals: chicken tenders for our son, two Outlaw Ribeyes cooked to our requested temperatures, and salads with two different dressings. Our salads arrived, followed by our son's meal and only one of the two steaks. The second steak was missing, yet we waited another 15 minutes without our waiter checking on us or providing an update. During that time, our son and I refrained from eating so we could wait for the rest of our meal. When our waiter finally returned to ask whether everything was okay, we had to point out that my wife's steak had never arrived. Failing to deliver the complete order, combined with the lack of communication and follow-up, was unacceptable. The experience became even more disappointing when we received the bill. The payment terminal, receipts, and my credit card were placed loosely and carelessly in the check presenter rather than being secured properly. When I opened it, everything fell out. This was extremely sloppy and unprofessional, especially at the end of an already frustrating meal. Overall, the service was disorganized, the communication was poor, and there appeared to be little management oversight. And when we finally got in there, we then realized why the wait was so long! The dining room only had booths! No tables! Hopefully that changes but regardless, they shouldn't have opened when they don't even have any other tables or chairs! Then we only saw our waitress twice. When we came and took our drink order and food order. Other than that, it was runners from the kitchen. Price was way too much for quality and quantity. One example, my daughter got Mac & cheese with fruit... she got a small cup of grapes & a small bowl of what was literal Kraft Mac & cheese for $8. That's crazy! Even our free bread was small, & came with no utensils to help cut or scoop bread and frozen butter. I rather go out my way to black angus. It's a way sketchier area but the restaurant is way better. But then... if this guy is just "this way" cool... but he was wayyyyy to talkative with my 4 year old daughter! He came to our table 7 times trying to "joke around" and talk to my daughter. My husband and my radar started blaring the second time he came around! And honestly... even my daughter felt the vibe.. she didn't want to talk to him! Take a hint my guy. After this... we left... we wanted to take our food but couldn't find anyone to give a to-go boxes for 20 minutes after we had already paid our bill so we just left. We decided to try LongHorn Steakhouse on a Thursday night, and it was busy. We used the "join waitlist" feature on Google beforehand--it seemed to go through, but there was no confirmation, so we weren't sure we were actually on the list until we randomly got the "table ready" notification. It felt a little glitchy, so just something to keep in mind. Parking was also a bit of a challenge since it's in a really busy shopping center, but we eventually found a spot. Once inside, we ended up getting lucky and snagging a two-top near the bar, which the manager confirmed was open seating--so we didn't even end up needing the waitlist. A super nice server cleaned the table quickly and ended up taking care of us. You can tell the staff is still new--some seemed a little nervous--but everyone was friendly and trying. We kept it light with drinks and appetizers. The Parmesan crusted bacon fries were really good--salty, crunchy, and cheesy in the best way. The wings had good flavor but were very salty--we had to dunk them in ranch to balance it out. The cup of shrimp and lobster chowder was decent and loaded with vegetables. The bread was just okay. The bar area has a few TVs and a fun vibe, and there was a constant wait the whole time, so it's definitely popular already. Called ahead at 4:40 pm for a table of 6. Was told it was a 60 min wait. Cool. We got there @530 and was officially checked in. We watched as party after party went ahead of us. We don't usually complain but an hour went by to 630- they said another 20 mins. Great- then another 20. We finally got sat @725. Almost 3 hours after i called to add our name and waiting 2 hours in the lobby. The restaurant itself is small. There was a whole open area by the bathrooms where they could've easily added more tables. I was going to give 1 star but the service and food really made up for it. Yissel really made up for the whole experience. We didn't have to ask for refills, she asked how everything was multiple times- she was prompt in everything we needed. She even gave the kids a dessert for the wait. A manager never checked on us but we did see him walking around. Their trainer Frank was funny and kept the kids entertained with his magic tricks. Needed a steakhouse in the Mountain Grove plaza. Very clean and modern steakhouse vibes with a large seating area. SERVICE: They are still figuring out their waitlist and the place is busy! So join the waitlist to help. Once there, everyone was super friendly. Our server Selina was superb!! She was friendly and super attentive. FOOD: Ok, glad I listened to the reviews. The steaks can be super salty if you order as-is. I ordered the "light seasoning" and my steak was great! Tried the Texas TOnion which was a great way to start. The first time we went we all asked for well done. one family member had the steak come out completely red. Our second visit a family member had asked for their burger plain. Should've read Yelp reviews 1st before coming here! Where do I even start... when we arrived to this location we were told it would be an hour & 10 min wait. You would think that your drinks be the 1st thing that comes out but that alone took another 10 minutes. I noticed she would take care of other tables around us and felt like maybe she forgot us. When we open up the napkin with utensils I noticed how dirty they were. Like they dont even bother to clean them properly. I almost wanted to leave. I should've listened to my gut feeling because if they don't care enough about the smallest things then the rest is shit. Once our drinks finally came out. The appetizer we had order came shortly. I had to remind her about the glass of water I also has requested because she didnt bring it out with our lemonade/tea. When the food came out it was about to be 8:40pm. Felt like that was a long time for mediocre food. I got a ribeye steak and my husband got a porter house and they were disappointing. I ordered mine well done because im pregnant and usually I always get it like that but damn, this steak was dry ass hell, didnt finish it because it was bland, the mac&cheesee was also horrible. When we needed service it was like pulling teeth. It was so hard to get anyone's attention. I asked our server if we can get a refill on the tea because my husband had finished it and she would ignore it being empty. I didnt finish my lemonade because it tasted old but why do we have to be begging for refills. Like that should be something servers should be on top of, specially when working for tips. I know because I was a server for many years. Customer service is what makes your money! Our bill was over 100$ and we will definitely not be back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE! The last visit was much of the same - no wait in the app, get there and said 30 min wait. At 35 minutes went in and was told that we couldn't be seated until the server for that section got there which would be in 5 minutes. After waiting another 18 minutes, I went in and was greeted with, "oh yeah. I have your table ready." We are seated and the waitress took our drink and appetizer order right away. When I informed the host that two additional people would be joining us, we were told our wait would increase by another hour and 30 minutes. Unfortunately, that was not reasonable for our group, so we decided to leave. We've had much better experiences at the Rancho location, where even during busy times the wait has typically been around 45 minutes. What was most disappointing was that the host seemed completely indifferent when we chose to leave, as if our business didn't matter. Customer service starts at the front door, and this experience did not make us feel welcome. Pro tip: don't skip the dinner salad. It's actually a proper salad--nicely chopped and packed with croutons, cheese, tomatoes, and cucumber, not just a sad bowl of lettuce. My filet was cooked perfectly, the baked potato was a beast, and my husband's ribeye was super flavorful and exactly how he ordered it.The staff is incredibly sweet and attentive. March 29th Honestly not worth the hype. The 1hr Wait. Food Portions. I ordered the Lemon Chicken 9oz. Mac and cheese and Caesar Salad. The mac and Cheese was the only good part of the meal.
