This place really deserves zero stars. We were told AFTER we were seated that they are short cooks and it would take 25/30 minutes for our food once ordered. So we ordered chips, queso and guacamole. The queso was burnt and not edible. The guacamole had no flavor whatsoever. However, we were pleasantly surprised when our food came out much quicker than what our waitress told us despite the fact it took her 15 min to take our order after we got appetizers. My quesadilla explosion salad was drowning in salad dressing. The lettuce wilted. The chicken rubbery and the quesadilla wedges were burnt. I ate about 3 bites. The waitress never asked how it was or if there was anything wrong when she could clearly see I didn't eat it. My husband had big mouth bites and he said it was just ok. The 5 Stars are for the Prosper, TX location at Gates of Prosper. This Chili's is simply awesome - that great "go to" place when you and others can't decide on what exactly to eat. The menu options will always provide... The bar seating area is always the most fun for us. Cody always provides his "A Game" and does an amazing job in taking care of us. I really want to like this chilis. It's close by and we need restaurants to survive up here. Husband was craving sirloin (should have gone to TR). We did a to go. My son couldn't finish his burger the meat was so distasteful and my salad was plain gross. The lettuce was wilted, they forgot the dressing, and it looked like the lettuce had been sitting out all day. On a positive note husband said the sirloin was good. I'd prefer a salad from CFA or Panera in same area. There's not a ton of variety on this menu that's healthy in my opinion that has taste. We will try again but I will stick to potatoes or something else. Disappointed on slimy wilted lettuce and no dressing. Next time will take a pic. Pretty new Chili's location so it's modern and clean. Plenty of parking. Usually EXTREMELY busy because there aren't many similar restaurants in the immediate area. Don't be surprised if there's a wait (even on a weeknight). The employees are friendly but not incredibly competent. We've had issues with slow service, drinks not refilled, used dinnerware not being removed from the table (appetizers, etc). Bathrooms are not cleaned in a timely manner. It seems like this location is still trying to figure out how to operate. Friendly... but not great service. The food is good.. typical Chili's quality. Hopefully in time they'll sort out the service issues. 2 stars for now. Will update if this changes. read more

Haven't been here for year and glad they opened one near us. It's only a few days old and always packed. Ordered the Pineapple Blueberry Margarita and its yummy, specially for someone who do not drink alcohol. Ordered unlimited chips with salsa. Chips were fresh and salsa is tasty. Ordered Steak & Shrimp Fajitas with flour tortilla and rice Shrimp and rice was salty for my tastebuds. The Steak was good. Hubby had BBQ combo with sausage, ribs, corn and fries. Due to a previous experience at the location in Plano, TX I was against returning. I'm glad I had a change of heart because my experience today validated the reason I usually choose to dine at chili. I was very unpleasant the moment I walked in due to the host crabby attitude, whatever. That is what it is. However our waitress made me and my husband wish we didn't spend our money or time here, everything took forever, our server was in the back and was never to be found, BUT most importantly, directly asked if we wanted our change. I've waitressed 5+ years and I've never asked that. But after politely saying yes (because we were tipping another bill) he proceeded to bring us only SOME of our change, came back, and asked if we wanted the rest. I mean, of course, and when my husband kind of chuckled at the question, he gave us ATTITUDE, rude behavior, and just walked away. I let him keep the rest of the change as his tip, since that's clearly what he wanted. Would not recommend, and will not be coming back to this location. Food was ok, service was horrible. Not so much the waitstaff but rather the kitchen. We were there ( only 2 of us) for 2 hours on Saturday night and we took the desert to go. It took approx 30 to 40 mins to just get our salad. All we did was wait and wait until the next course. We got our chips and salsas and about 40 mins later finally got our salad. About a half hour later we got our entrees. Then when they finally got around to desert , the first one we had to send back.
