Came here to celebrate my nicest birthday for lunch with some of my family. We came at a dead hour so we were seated right away and the food came out fast. The space was clean and not chaotic like dinner time usually is. It's been a while since I checked into Chili's and didn't realize that they don't do the bottomless chips and salsa anymore for free. We have to pay almost $7 now. I checked in on their app and showed them that I was a rewards member. You can get it for free. Our server was really attentive and speedy with us and refilled our drinks. Timely. We ordered their lunch menu items of the chicken ranch quesadillas, which are my mom's favorite and she really enjoyed the chicken enchilada soup as her side. My niece ordered the 6 ounce steak with her two sides as mashed potatoes and greens. As usual, I always stick to the regular triple dipper and ordered the sliders along with southwestern eggrolls and honey chipotle crispers. I never get to finish my meal cause I'm always so full so I'm excited that I got to bring it home and you that has my lunch for the next day. Was excited to try the chicken sandwich. Saw commercials. Ordered on chilies app. Orderd with side of Mac and fries. Sandwich no bacon or pickles. Was a deluxe. Just wanted tomatoes and lettuce. Sandwich had no tomato but had bacon. Other then was good. I removed bacon. Fries were soggy. They didn't put condiments or utensils in bag. Mac, noodles under cooked. I came to try the viral dipped mozzarella sticks and they were awesome ! I came in and went straight to the back where you order to go. The young lady explained I could get order in increments of 3 , 6 etc . The flavors to choose from would be the same flavors the wings would come in . So I ordered 6 and split the order with 3 honey chipotle and 3 Nashville hot . The order came up quick . I live about 12 mins from the restaurant so they were still fresh when I got home. OMGEEE , they were so good !! I added some pickles i had at home to eat with my Nashville hot and it made it absolutely perfect . I went with my dad on a Saturday evening. When we arrived, we found that parking was no problem, nor was there a line or long wait. When we entered, I was told of a 5 minute wait, however we were seated much sooner than that in a table. They had all day 2 for 1 margaritas (I think it was 8 dollars), so we agreed to that. Our server, Moon, originally thought we wanted two orders of margaritas, when we just wanted 1 order (1 for my dad, free one for me). She agreed to remove the extra order. Now I know why it was a 2 for 1 all day. While the margarita was sweet, it was weaker than a very old car. There was no fuel or octane, I could barely taste the tequila if there was any. Absolutely no buzz or happiness from the drink. My dad and I agreed it was a no bueno. For my main course, I choose the ancho salmon. It came with rice and broccoli, but I substituted the rice with asparagus instead and had it to go. The salmon looked to be pan seared and had a drizzle of cilantro pesto sauce. When I cut it open, I knew the fish was frozen and maybe even overcooked. It was not flaky at all and had none of the salmon flavor. The cilantro pesto was the saving grace to add a touch of flavor. The fish was not moist, but at least it wasn't edible either. The broccoli was mushy, but at least seasoned ok. The asparagus was a bit better as it had some crispiness. My dad gave me a taste of his shrimp and chicken burrito bowl, which was the better choice even though it was cold. Moon was the saving grace in having this restaurant receive a bad review. She was very friendly and caring for us. She apologized when she was confused about our drinks and made it right. I wish she was able to go to The Great North to find a much fresher salmon though (cartoon pun intended). The atmosphere was very casual and the bar area had ample seating and TV's showing sports. I didn't recall seeing any outdoor seating. Honestly I didn't have high expectations of Chili's, so I knew this would have been a ho hum restaurant. At least the prices were reasonable for a casual place and they are open until 11 or 12am. If you are looking for lower priced casual food at a restaurant that is open late, then this would be fine. Don't expect high quality though, but at least it maybe a bit better than Applebee's. read more

Went in for lunch around 1130. We were seated quick and probably in and out in 40 min. That is likely cause we knew what we wanted and just ordered it all at once. Brandon was our server and did a good job. Food tasted good. They did chip some lemons or limes and that sounded like a pneumatic beam puncher that they have at major construction sites. I had two seriously good rib half's and smoked sausage. Moon my wonderful server helped me pick two different types of fall off the bone good ribs. The sweet sauce recommended was so good. I had so many choices for sides and was a little unsure about the asparagus but she assured me that it was good. No it was great. The two for one drinks were a good deal but might need slightly more kick. I looked for the host to get on the list and find out the wait time and they could not be found. No one was at the stand. Nuts!! This location can be hit or miss with the service. We came in and the place did not seem too busy. The hostess asked us to wait a few minutes for a table to be ready. That was fine as we requested a booth and they had to clear one off. We ordered drinks, queso, and kids meals all right away since we were all hungry and know the Chili's menu pretty well from visiting various locations. The waters were brought out, then our drinks, and then the queso with the kids meals. I was glad the kids meals came out fast, but wondered why the queso took longer. No worries it was there. I ordered some chicken, bacon, ranch quesadillas which is always way too much food to eat. These came out hot, but they had less cheese on them then normal. When I took my leftovers home I added cheese at the house and it was much better. The service was fine and we enjoy Chili's so when we get a craving we will stop back in. I had to ask her for a refill on my soda and she never asked my husband if he wanted a refill on his water which he did. When we were almost done, that's when she asked if everything was ok with the food. The food was good but the service was horrible. I came in for take out. The service was horrendous. No greeting at the door. I sat at the bar. Nobody even spoke to me for at least 15 minutes if not more. This is Chili's. The theme song used to be "I want my baby back ribs." At 4 in the afternoon with an uncrowded restaurant, they were out of ribs! The third bartender finally offered me some chips & salsa. Chili's is not the place for good chili. My bowl of chili was mostly mildly chili powder tasting broth with a few beans and even fewer bites of meat. At least the saltine crackers added a little texture and flavor. The chicken fajitas were just as disappointing. Although the chicken was perfectly cooked, the peppers and onions were nearly raw. The waitress took the order back to the kitchen and second time around the peppers and onions were slightly cooked more.
