My mom wanted to come here for Mother's Day so we did. She loves the Chipotle baby back ribs. I started off with the margarita of the month. I was disappointed with the fact that it didnt come in the cup advertised. I later saw other customers getting theirs in the advertised glass. Not a big big deal, but I wanted the correct cup. Anyway, for the app we got the chicken Nachos. IT WAS SO GOOD! Like so good. Glad they added that to the menu. I got ordered the triple dipper for my meal. I feel like you can never ho wrong with that. I got the big mouth bites with no bacon, egg rolls, and mozzarella sticks. I wanted to try the Chipotle and Nashville sauce on the mozzarella sticks, the waitress put it on the side for me. Im glad she did because I think the sauce takes away from the mozzarella sticks. I love their mozzarella sticks plain. When I picked up my sliders, I noticed bacon on the bottom of my bread, which means that they probably made a mistake and put it on the slider and then realized I didnt want bacon so they just knocked it off. Here's the thing though, there are many reasons ppl dont eat pork whether it be diet, allergies and or religion so at no point should they just be knocking it off. They need to prepare new ones. I didnt make a big deal about it though because it would have taken FOREVER to get a new one. The service was very slow. No, the place was not packed. We were actually surprised that it wasnt packed on a holiday. Service was just slow. Was the food bad? No, it was good. No one had complaints about the taste or quality of their food. My waitress, Reece was sweet. Would I go back? Yes. I just hope the service is faster, theres no pork on my plate and I get the correct glass for my drink. read more

Ordered simple pick up! What could go wrong? Ordered my free chips and salsa, 3 for me, salad, drink and chicken quesadillas. The other order was crispers and fries under the same promotion. Chilis has been on of my go tos for fairly consistent food. Typically at lunch I get the soup and salad or the quesadilla. The later, in the past, has been runny cheesy, good amount of chicken and I almost always bring 1/2 home. This one was anything but. Obviously lack of qc in the kitchen, this should have been dumped. To tart with all the chicken was scooped into one section, not spread out. There were many pieces with no chicken while 1 or 2 had the bulk... the rest was a joke. The quesadilla itself was overcooked and almost crispy but soggy in parts, forget the cheese, overcooked possibly but almost uneatable definitely. Saw, I'm assuming the microwave for way too long ...should have been redone. As for the crispers and fries, next time I'll order the kids meal, it's bigger than the servings received! A disaster totally unnecessary. If we dining in, we would have had recourse, but who there cared what the unknowns at the end of the online order got! Might be one of the worst chilis I've been through. The men's bathroom was absolutely atrocious. Poops the size of small animals on the floor and in the stall itself, tissue paper smeared across the floor and a bad smell. Told one of the employees and they just shrugged " oh ok, thanks". Next, the server woman was nice at first but seemed to completely forget about our table. Ordered a strawberry lemonade which was super watered down and the man replaced it with a water which I asked and I was still charged for it. Even though I only took a sip. That's when the waitress got disappointing. The food came out fast and was ok but man. The service and cleanliness of this chilis is not good at all. Visiting my Mom down here in Ocala and she wanted a quick lunch at Chili's (full disclosure, I've never been a fan and when I travel I hate eating at chains). Place wasn't full so we were seated immediately and given a menu (due to COVID they only give one menu...less stuff to clean I guess). Anyway, my Mom ordered the 2 for 1 Blue Moon special (she needed a beer) and I had an Iced tea. She also ordered Spicy shrimp tacos and I got the Bacon burger with no garlic aioli. Three tacos came and Mom loved the shrimp, but the shells were a little stale so she only ate the goodies IN the shells. My burger was pretty good, though for a half-pound burger it was a little small, and the fries were well done the way I like them. Our bartender/server Crystal gave excellent service for our lunch today. Crystal was polite, professional, accommodating, served our meals temperature hot and attentive. Crystal was attentive but still allowed us time to relax and enjoy our time. Bonus: she also made my favorite cocktail, an old fashioned, correctly. We both opted for 'starters' as our meals. After my last Chilis Almost 3 years ago, me and the wife said we were done. Last night on the way home it was the only restaurant it was open besides fast food close to the house. We stopped hoping for just an ok meal. What a great surprise or waiter had a trainee and the two of them were great. Our appetizer was delicious. My burger was excellent and fries cooked to perfection. Only reason I didn't give a 5-star was disappointing meals in the past. Whoa! Excellent meal this afternoon at our area Chilis. After a very nice welcome upon entering, met our server who was right there & Our server was wonderful! So pleasant, responsive, kept tabs on us & our needs. The food? We each got the 3 for me...I had the 6 oz sirloin w mashed potatoes & asparagus....oh my, I do not have steak often, a couple times a year I do really want it though and sometime back we found ourselves at our local Chilis & I ordered this little steak. I was holding my break, thinking I would really regret this choice but oh my, was I ever wrong! It is a great steak, always cooked perfectly!!!! I had the mashed potatoes with it and that spectacular tiny asparagus, seasoned so wonderfully! I had the chicken tortilla soup first (delicious!) and upgraded my included drink to a classic margarita. Ate half & was stuffed! Hubby had the smashed burger, fries, chips & salsa & also a margarita & wS also very pleased. The atmosphere? Ho hum, it's a well kept, clean but the usual chain restaurant/bar, but it's close by. This was my first visit at this Chilis. I absolutely loved the warm and friendly atmosphere! The locals are fun to hang out with and the staff are truly awesome and enjoy their work!! Crystal was bartending and knows her stuff!! Reads people very well and will have you at ease and relax as you enjoy your dinner and drinks. I hope to be back many times as my mom lives nearby. How does Chili's get below or above 3?? Spot on, consistent, every time. Yes sometimes they are in the weeds or too busy. However, if you go in early before lunch rush or before dinner rush all is good. Can't go over a 3 because it's a chain. Just my rule. For a chain, I love it. Menu is always updated and changing. Good stuff for the most part. Had a great bartender today. Salmon cooked perfectly and food to go was on time. Thx! I would drive up to 10-15 minutes for any Chili's. Pretty terrible. Got beef nachos and a kids quesadilla. They both came out burnt. I can't believe they thought this was acceptable to serve. The beef on the nachos was rubbery and had that "fake" look and taste or maybe it was just heavily processed. I ate a couple then couldn't do it anymore. I'm very familiar with Chili's and know what to expect but this was even lower than my lowest expectations. Service wasn't much better either. No wonder chili's is on the decline. read more

I was there last night it was very cold and i have asked the server to lower the air conditioner and he said sure but his friend told him just pretend you are lowering it! Not being from the area, I brought the family here because it's a place we recognized. After a day at the pool it was 9:30pm by the time we got to eat. Walking in the door, there were about 4 tables around the bar with people eating something for dinner. I figure about 10 people sitting at the bar with drinks. We were the biggest table of 4 people. We were greeted at the door by an employee I'm sure wasn't a hostess. We were told to sit wherever we want in the bar area. The rest of the place was closed. We snagged a booth and sat down. The booths seemed smaller than usual and we kept kicking each other under the table. Everything seemed sticky and the whole area smelled like a frat house. Stale beer. The place could use a good cleaning. We ordered salads and the kids got sandwiches. The food was okay. Typical menu from here and decent quality. At fist glance this place is very nice. I ordered of there new menu and asked for grilled chicken. They brought me some chicken that was clearly cooked but had a texture like it was raw. Dirty tables surrounded us our entire meal; even servers seem uninterested in cleaning them; not to mention the General Manager that walked by at least 5 times. Passed the kitchen on the way to the restroom & it was worse; dirty dishes & food all over the floor, main walkways were even littered with spilled food.
