Visiting friends in town and stopped here for lunch at the recommendation of one of them. Cozy place where the service is fast and friendly. I ordered the Top Brass Salad with Tuna. It came with chips/salsa which I wasn't really expecting nor was a fan of. The tuna was delightful though and made to my liking. Salad was OK. I probably should've went with something a tad more on par with a place like this like but that'll teach me to try and eat healthy for a change. Definitely a place I would come back to. I was just at The Breakfast Station yesterday morning. The one in Zephyrhills. Their food is consistently good. I had the cubed fried steak with eggs and gravy. I have never had a bad breakfast there. My only complaint about The Breakfast Station is their coffee. I do not order it ever now because after having it twice and saying it was very weak I just do not order it at all now. I did mention it to my server and they had told me management know about those complaints. read more

The restaurant was busy when we arrived but we were seated within 5 minutes. Our server, Nicole, was pleasant, friendly and very efficient. We had French toast, PC combo and the depot. The food was delicious - the eggs were done well and the sausage and bacon were of high quality. Unfortunately, I didn't like the French toast as it was a little dry and not much egg mixture in the toast. The cinnamon swirl pancakes were delicious. I expected it to be really sweet but it was not. In fact it had just the right amount of sweetness and perfectly balanced. Definitely a popular place with the locals! They had $1 coffee and soft drinks to help fight inflation. I thought this was such a sweet gesture. Most places charge about $2.5-$4 for this. Thank you! Giving this place two stars for the service. The staff is friendly, and they served people quick despite being very busy. However, the food was not great. The pancakes were rubbery and flavorless, the fruit was moldy, and my eggs and toast were cold. I could tell the pancakes were made with a box mix and the fruit was canned. With the 45 mins drive for me across town. I am lucky to have one opening that is not walking distance from my house!!!!! Wife and I went out there as I tried this place in Homosassa and loved it. It is up there with Keke's breakfast. Sucks they close at 3pm but I get it. Now that there is 1 near me I will be leaving the house more and more for breakfast. Great spot and worth the wait! The tuna melt was delicious, the added tomatoes and pickles gave it a special extra kick. You get to pick your sides here fyi. The fruit was soooo fresh. We've been to a number of Breakfast Stations (Spring Hill, Dunnellon, Port Richey) and this appears to be similarly decorated and set up. Very bright, clean, big train-related images throughout. Our server, Morgan, also happened to greet us at the door and got our drink order as we sat down. She returned quickly with our beverages and took our food (breakfast) order. The food was prepared perfectly. Only had to ask for some hot sauce. A perfect start to the day with my cottage industry tycoon wife, discussing her fledgling online soap business. Great place! An update: Unfortunately, this location is further from our house to make it a regular stop. The service is outstanding, the food is prepared well and flavors are perfect for breakfast! We hadn't been in for awhile due to travel but when driving past recently I noted a sign saying they were open 3 - 8pm for dinner now!!!! Whoa, I was so pleased to see that! Night before last we popped over there to the "BS Grill" and each of us had liver, onions & bacon with mashed potato's, gravy, toast & coleslaw for $11.99! 2 good sized slices of liver, good perfectly, with a covering of grilled onion & bacon pieces. It was so enjoyable as was our server, we each took more than 1/2 home too!
