we came in and waited 15 mins to be seated. We wanted a table because I was too short for the booth. we sat at the booth while the two host said they would seat us in an empty table two feet away from us. we waited another 15 minutes before the waiter helped us to a regular table. we walked pass the hostess and she just said she forgot about us and went on talking to her friend by the front. I felt it was really rude. and then my broccoli was brown so i didnt not eat all of my food. I would not be visiting this location again. read more

I haven't eaten at a Chili's in a real long time, so I was excited to see one in my new neighborhood. In a nutshell, the server we had was great, very attentive to us. However, the food was horrible. I had to send my drink back because something was floating in it, and my Chicken Caesar Salad had little pieces of tomato seeds in it and no tomatoes. Our server was perfectly affable, but the table had not been wiped and I had to lay down napkins to keep from sticking to it. They were very busy. The electronic device didn't work for the family next to us and they stood around in the aisle for ten minutes waiting for some help. Service was ok they messed up my order but they fixed it real quick and our waitress was nice. But i had another reason for this 2 star rating at this spot today! Today is Halloween and of course you have family and kids dressed up. Well as soon as we entered the building and headed up to the hostess. she was criticizing and making fun a group of people in costumes to the other hostess. Usually I would easily rate chilis five stars but last night was an off night for the restaurant. The wait time wasn't too bad since my friend got there before me but my experience this time wasn't the best. Our waitress Gloria was good, but she must have had one too many tables because she rarely came back to check on us. She was very nice however but once she brought our chips and drinks we waited what seemed like an eternity for her to come back and take our food orders. However she was extremely apologetic so that was definitely appreciated. The food...I always get broccoli. OMG the broccoli was SO HARD AND FLAVORLESS last night that I almost said forget it and just didn't eat it. Luckily when Gloria came to check and see how things were I told her it was gross and she immediately brought me a new plate of broccoli. This is why I'm giving 4 stars not 5. My rib eye was good. Cooked to perfection and flavorful. My patron margarita was good, not enough patron for since its top shelf tequila I'll take it since I didn't make it myself. I went into Chili's about an hour ago and had the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. My husband and I regularly go there and we've never had any problems before. Today, we got there and the host seated us right away so it was nice because we didn't have to wait. We sat down and looked over the menu and chose our drinks and food. We were waiting for our server to come so we could order. We waited for about 20 minutes and NO ONE had come to greet us, get our drink order or anything. There was a party of about 8 adults and kids across from us and it looked like they weren't getting the best service either. I went to the hostess to ask to speak to a manager so that we could tell them what had happened. All we wanted was for him or anyone to take our order because we were really hungry. It turns out the table across from us was speaking to the manager about their bad service so I walk back to our table and once he's done with them I tell him that no one had approached our table. He apologized and said he was gonna speak to our server or help us himself if need be. We have now been there for more than half an hour. It turns out our server was supposed to be the same one as the people sitting across from us. A few minutes later the server comes to the table across from us and gives them some food and walks away. Idk if the manager didn't say anything or if she didn't care but she didn't even acknowledge us. Shortly after that the manager brings them some drinks and does not acknowledge us either. As he's walking away the host asks him who's gonna serve us and the manager says that in a couple minutes someone will be with us. We were there for about 40 minutes and then WE LEFT. We only stayed that long because we were really hungry and we had never had an experience like that there read more

I went to the Chili's on 22nd St. in Riverside, Il with a group of my friends for a Birthday Party. I was pleasently surprised how friendly the staff was and how delicious the food was. I especially enjoyed the Skillet Queso dip. Although, I do not drink my friends were drinking there margaritas! Just great! read more

My local Chili's is a great place to bring the grand-kids. They are at the tender age between baby and teen-ager & love to eat out at Chili's! I love it because of the great service, excellent food and wonderful prices!!! If I had my way, we would eat at Chili's every day. Keep up the good work. read more

My family eats here at least twice a month because kids eat free on Tuesdays. Everytime we go, we always ask for the same server and are always given the best service. If it wasn't for the great service, we probably wouldn't eat there. The food is decent and the prices are good. read more

This restaurant has come a long way since they opened their doors a few years back. Complaints of cold food, slow kitchen staff, and crummy service were certainly believable. After taking about 1 year off, my family and I decided to give it another try. We were pleasantly surprised by well prepared food that came out fast. I took my little sister and I here tonight, interesting visit. Slow night and our waitress, Vera, smelled like BO. I ordered the bacon avocado chicken sandwich and asked for no bacon but extra avocado. The waitress chose to not hear the extra avocado part. I got the sandwich and there were two tiny slivers of avocado! The sandwich was a let down and the fries were to salty. I got her attention while she was walking past like she was sweeping the floor with her feet and asked her for the extra avocado. She replied 'sure love' and put something in her mouth! I couldn't believe she ate something directly in front of us! She gave us boxes that were way to small which caused us to have to squish all of our food in. We were even considering dessert before I saw her stick her fingers in her mouth. But she dropped off the check and stood by the register. We sat there for a while trying to get her attention then the managers attention who walked by us like we weren't even there! I finally paid and got the eff out of there. read more

If I could give a negative rating, this place would get -10. As you read, I know what you will be saying to yourself " why does she keep going there?" Answer; it is close and I like the meal. Here is the situation. I am an overweight woman who usually dines alone. That being said, the waiters in the bar area have been so incredibly rude. In a previous visit one even asked me if I wanted to lick the plate to get it clean!!!! I hear them gathered near the kitchen talking about other customers and laughing so loud it is disgusting. The LAST night I was there Feb 4, 2013 @ 9:15 pm, I was not greeted when I entered, the manager looked at me-then his watch...still no greeting. The guy who usually looks,nudges a coworker,they look at me and both laugh, was there and as usual, laughed. There were maybe 10 people total in bar area , four servers and NO ONE even said "I'll be with you in a moment". I could go on but it doesn't get any better. How on earth can those boys, who must be at least 21 years old, since they work in the bar, behave so disrespectfully and maintain employment. Hopefully, this may change their job status! read more
