Very disappointing experience. We waited over 30 minutes for a table, only to finally be brought inside and see multiple tables sitting empty the entire time. It was frustrating to realize we could have been seated much sooner. To make things worse, once we were finally seated, we were placed at a high-top table because the kitchen was closing in about 15 minutes. After waiting over 30 minutes, we felt rushed to order and eat, which took away from the experience. If the kitchen was close to closing, we should have either been seated sooner or informed of the situation while we were waiting. We came to try their fried mozzarella sticks and they had two flavors which we opted for the hot honey which was good. The cheese pull is real for like one or two that I ate but still good. That's the star of the show. Our server was amazing! She's very attentive she refilled our drinks before we could even asked. Ambiance inside there's a lot of tv by the bar but it was good. We got their ribs platter just one of the pick two and it fed two people which we were surprised because it was a big portion and was able to bring some leftovers home. Such a massive disappointment. Had a craving for what I remembered as the best ever steak fajitas some time ago and, though delivered sizzling, that was the only plus. The "steak" was very chewy. I requested no rice or beans, which are now included, and was told there are no substitutions on fajitas. I also don't eat the tortillas, just a preference. So $22 for the chewy meat, no pico de gallo, and a tiny bit of green pepper, onion and sour cream. What a ripoff! Sadly they've lost my business. Do yourself a favor and make a stop in. Even though it was quiet inside the respect was loud and service was top tier. Our server gabby, made sure our presidents margaritas were never low. I've visited this restaurant several times and the people were extremely nice and pleasant There were a few times our food was down incorrect and the manager was so nice and it was hard to believe these days especially in the food industry that male manager could be this nice and accommodating... Which was an awesome sign that he was willing to make sure his customers were satisfied.:: However a few weeks ago our food was done incorrectly again I called back to let the manager know how disappointed we were about the food we ordered I didn't call back to ask for a credit or money return I just didn't like how the food was messed up he offered to make it right the next time we visited the restaurant and even upgrade our food... Again pleasant and caring so we did go back and again the food was not cooked as requested we took it back in to have it done over Not only did they re cook the same food they gave me but how sanitary was it to take food out of a container that I had taken outside but after recooking the same meat the male manager commented and said to my daughter maybe the next time you come you'll spend some money.. What turned out to be the best manager I had ever come across turned out to be the most disappointing and let down... It's no winning in the food industry anymore... Trash on the floor, 70% of all tables had old drinks and receipts on them. Tried to order through the QR code, after selecting it denied me and told me to wait for a hostess. Finally found a hostess and showed her the message and she said to wait, so I did. After a few minutes a family of 8 comes and the server goes to them first even though we had been waiting 15 minutes already. Was done waiting. The worst experience I've had at a restaurant ever. More than half-empty on a Saturday night, yet half the tables are empty. "We are understaffed, so we can't open the tables." Wait 40 minutes. Have not been to a Chilis for a few years, I remember them having a decent Buffalo Chicken sandwich. My partner and I ordered. We got it drinks about 20 minutes later and good food 20 minutes after that. My food was nowhere to be seen, not was the server who clearly had way too many tables. When we did see the server, I asked about my sandwich. Another twenty minutes, but the wrong sandwich. Tired and having zero fx to give at that point I ate it. We already wasted almost two hours at this point for a quick early dinner. The food was mediocre at best. Even my wrong sandwich was cold and looked like it had aged well under a heat lamp. (Top of bun crusty and hard, contents at room temp.) The fries never appeared. We were just done and $83 for terrible food and service. This half-empty pathetic run down restaurant should just go out of business. In old enough to remember when Chilis actually had good food and service, but not this location. I wouldn't be surprised to see this business file for bankruptcy and close in the next few years of this is how corporate allows them all to be mismanaged. read more

Surprisingly, the shrimp wasn't rubbery and was cooked right. Broccoli and mashed potatoes was fine for a $18 meal. I don't know why the waiter asked how I wanted the steak cooked. I can imagine the cook threw the meat on the grill and stared at his phone for a YouTube video before moving the steak to the plate. Service was poor. We visited this place again in 2023 and this place has significant improvements. Service from door to table was excellent. Very organized, efficient team work, attentive and fast service. Keep in mind this place is busy and popp'n. The place looks redecorated and cleaner. The food display improved. Molten cake is an undeniable undisputed amazing dessert.
