We came to try their fried mozzarella sticks and they had two flavors which we opted for the hot honey which was good. The cheese pull is real for like one or two that I ate but still good. That's the star of the show. Our server was amazing! She's very attentive she refilled our drinks before we could even asked. Ambiance inside there's a lot of tv by the bar but it was good. We got their ribs platter just one of the pick two and it fed two people which we were surprised because it was a big portion and was able to bring some leftovers home. Trash on the floor, 70% of all tables had old drinks and receipts on them. Tried to order through the QR code, after selecting it denied me and told me to wait for a hostess. Finally found a hostess and showed her the message and she said to wait, so I did. After a few minutes a family of 8 comes and the server goes to them first even though we had been waiting 15 minutes already. Was done waiting. The worst experience I've had at a restaurant ever. Hard to blame the staff since they only had one girl but there was only 3 tables of people. Would NOT recommend. read more

Me and my niece went to Chili's. I didn't see anything I wanted on the menu, so I just ordered a drink. The bartender made me the most delicious drink! I can't remember his name, but he was an older, black gentleman, tall, with a low to bald haircut. My niece ordered the hot wings and the mozzarella sticks. That's the main reason why we came. More than half-empty on a Saturday night, yet half the tables are empty. "We are understaffed, so we can't open the tables." Wait 40 minutes. Have not been to a Chilis for a few years, I remember them having a decent Buffalo Chicken sandwich. My partner and I ordered. We got it drinks about 20 minutes later and good food 20 minutes after that. My food was nowhere to be seen, not was the server who clearly had way too many tables. When we did see the server, I asked about my sandwich. Another twenty minutes, but the wrong sandwich. Tired and having zero fx to give at that point I ate it. We already wasted almost two hours at this point for a quick early dinner. The food was mediocre at best. Even my wrong sandwich was cold and looked like it had aged well under a heat lamp. (Top of bun crusty and hard, contents at room temp.) The fries never appeared. We were just done and $83 for terrible food and service. This half-empty pathetic run down restaurant should just go out of business. In old enough to remember when Chilis actually had good food and service, but not this location. I wouldn't be surprised to see this business file for bankruptcy and close in the next few years of this is how corporate allows them all to be mismanaged. read more

The food service was horrible. Our server was rude, our food was over cooked and my niece didn't even get her food.

I ordered for a group of 60 people and made sure that I had the correct portions based on the recommended party platters online. When I received my order, they gave me enough food to feed about 20 people. The cajun chicken pasta did not even fill up the container halfway, nor did it cover the entirety of the bottom of the pan, I was shorted about 20 boneless wings, and when I called to ask for another order to be made, I was told that I would only receive more pasta. After receiving the final portion of pasta, the container was still not filled to its entirety. Either the restaurant needs to rethink their portion sizes, or I need a refund. I can imagine the cook threw the meat on the grill and stared at his phone for a YouTube video before moving the steak to the plate. Service was poor. We visited this place again in 2023 and this place has significant improvements. Service from door to table was excellent. Very organized, efficient team work, attentive and fast service. Keep in mind this place is busy and popp'n. The place looks redecorated and cleaner. The food display improved. Molten cake is an undeniable undisputed amazing dessert. I would like to personally say that I have always been treated very good at chili's by the servers and the food has been very good so far for me. I have been eating from time to time at chili's from the summer of 2023. I have taken my daughters 10,12 & 16 and they seem to like the food and going there. I have gone to the north riverside location as well as the chicago ridge location like equal the amount of times and twice to the skokie location. We like their "3 For Me Deals" lots of good food for the price. I will continue to go have a good meal there as the price, food, service and cleanness has been very good for me and I am a very picky dude. I was very disappointed today. We had an excellent wait person, but my food was very disappointing. I ordered a new dish: the cheese steak sandwich. The whole thing was swimming in liquid cheese, some pepper & onion & a tiny amount of meat. Not worth the price at all!
