I will never refer anyone to this Chilli's location one of the hostess sat a friend and I at a dirty table. I asked if they could clean the table and underneath the table. Her was response was oh our bus boy doesn't clean tables good so I'll jus sit you at a different table. I agreed with the hostess until I seen the next table and it was just as bad as the first 1. Fool me once....I completely understand that it's hard staffing during the pandemic but I also expect you to set reasonable expectations. I ordered curbside pickup through the app on Friday evening and was told to pick up the order between 7:33 and 7:38. I arrived and checked in at 7:33, I waited in my car for about 25 minutes and went in to see what the problem was. Once inside the first employee I encountered goes to check on my food and says it'll be ready in 5 minutes, the next employee I saw says they have new cooks and everything is backed up, my food will be out shortly. Knowing that people tend to get things to you quickly when you're waiting in front of them I stayed inside, and proceeded to see about 5 orders come out before mine over the next 30 minutes. At that point I had lost my appetite and requested a refund, the manager comes out and says the same thing about having 3 trainees (which I understand) but it makes entirely no sense to wait an hour when the app tells me 15 minutes. The thing is that this was the second time this happened here. A few months ago I placed an order and sat in my car for an hour waiting on it. Update the app or the management because this is ridiculous. Terrible! read more

I wish there was a zero star option. Don't even consider the "to go" option here. They are a hot mess! Waited for 40 mins in their gross waiting area before I just left. Placed my order at 11 am and received a confirmation email stating that it would be ready by 11:22. Arrived at 11:30, waited for 40 mins then left. The worst part of the whole experience was the lack of communication. The manager just kept slipping back into the kitchen for long periods of time. It was as if he was taking the orders, processing them, cooking the food, preparing the to go boxes...etc. I couldn't believe the awful customer service. My advice: go to the chick-Fil-a next door! We always go to Chili's in the daytime. We always have a nice time. Everything was clean and shiny. Our server was super nice and cool. She came after giving us time to choose drinks, she brought them in a super timely matter. She gave us ample time to order, but it didn't take her a long time to get back to us. Our appetizers were brought out fast, and they were hot and perfectly cooked. She then went and made sure the cook was going swiftly. All our food was served a little bit after we had finished our appetizers. It was all delicious! Four of us, including my 3-year-old nephew, all shared a peanut butter cookie with ice cream and caramel in a skillet. It was delicious! My nephew accidentally burned his little hand on the skillet (we didn't realize it was still hot), and our server was totally cool about it. She got the manager, and they gave him a little first aid. It was nothing serious; he was fine, just a bit shocked, and the staff handled everything professionally and nicely. The manager explained that he has kids, and he understands. My sister was happy with how they handled the situation. My nephew was all smiles in the end. :) We managed to get out and on our way before rush hour, even with the little hand incident. I eat at this place about 2-3 times a week with my wife. We love the food and deals at chili's but the service is probably the worst service you will get. Not sure if they're just being lazy or what but it takes 20 minutes for a drink at the bar. The food is never prompt even on slow days. We have to constantly wave the servers down to ask for something. This place will definitely be scratched off our list. We'll be going to a different location. read more

Ugh, I'm unsure why I do this to myself. Maybe it's because it can be a cheap meal if you have a coupon, maybe it's because they have reasonably priced lunch specials, or maybe it's because I sometimes like greasy food. At any rate, the husband and I visited this "fine" establishment for lunch. The appetizer of cheese curds was surprisingly fresh and tasty. It came with ranch and who doesn't love ranch? Unfortunately, the actual meal was lacking. My black bean burger was cold and the bun of my sandwich was hard. Not to mention, the service was poor. After our Friday workout my girlfriend and I, treat ourselves to our weekend cheat meal. Whether it be dine-in or carry out we love ourselves the 2 for $20 deal. Yesterday, I called in about 30 mins close to place a carry-out but was rushed and neglected by one of one lazy employee who didn't want to take my order so I asked to speak with a manager regarding the situation. Miguel answered and I told him about how we just got denied customer service and Miguel apologized and took my order very kindly. Miguel is an outstanding asset to the business and in need of recognition! Prior visits we encountered a female and male server who gave us fast and kind service; very professional and amicable people. Why do I put myself through somethings.. It's like I Asked to be tortured when paying a visit to this place. They want you to wait approx 35 minutes. They want you to stand in an area where people are eating. The staff doesn't care. Once the food is delivered, some of the food that is supposed to be hot.. is partially cold. Initially came in and sat at the bar the first bartender was rude didn't greet us just gave us menus and went back to washing dishes.. About 10 mins later another bartender came at that point that's when we actually got water/service.. I was a little pissed at first but didn't want to take it out on the bartender just coming in.. It's a chain, what can you do? The nice thing about a chain though, is that it's consistent. No matter your dining experience, the food will always be reliable. This Chili's in particular let's you max out on delicious margaritas, cheap on weeknights! Side note, I love lava cake! read more

This place is pretty good. I was here on a Saturday afternoon and it wa packed. I had the Santa Fe chicken salad and it was excellent! It was slightly spicy which I really like. Even though they were very busy the service was excellent, they even offered me a refill on my soft drink. I've also had their Chicken Crispers which are delicious. Well I came here a few night ago! This was a great place to come eat! The waitress was really friendly and the good did not take that long to come out. The waiting on the bill was the hassle here. We were done eating for a while before the waitress came and I had to ask her for the check when she knew we were done eating for awhile. First time at this Chilis. I have to tell you I was impressed with the portions. We were seated right away, even though they were packed. Our waiter Gabriel was FANTASTIC, professional and polite. We ordered the nachos with all the fix-ens and chicken. I could have been satisfied with just that. We split it and still brought some home. We ordered a house salad with a (to die for) vinaigrette dressing. My husband ordered the ribs with these apples in a cinnamon sauce (put a piece of crust and you have apple pie) and FF. He poured the apples and sauce on his ribs(on top of the BBQ sauce) and was in heaven. I ordered the pick 2...I got the salmon and the sirloin steak. They were both cooked perfectly! And in between there was Gabriel being so attentive to our needs. They have a menu just for the soft drinks. It was wonderful. As soon as my glass was almost empty...there was Gabriel. I noticed what the people around were getting. Tacos seemed very popular. So WHEN we go back and we will, I will ask for Gabriel to be our waiter. And just to say the manager Chris was awesome as well. I did register online with Chilis and received a free appetizer. I love Chili's... Except for the brisket. Not enough smoke flavor. A little too tough. I don't visit the restaurant often. So when I do I try the new food items. I took my son there for his birthday. He had a steak & dry rub rib combo. He said the ribs were dry. Chili's we get you but we decided to stop trying to compare his smoked meats with a restaurant's. His is actually more tender. I have visited this particular spot in the past and left content. However this most recent trip has turned my opinion of this place completely around. 1st the bathroom was completely trashed, utterly disgusting waste and tissue everywhere, upon entering there was an employee using the washroom they never returned or sent someone to clean it after leaving. 2nd a couple across from us left and doing so spilled napkins drink and some food on the floor.11 times staff members walked passed and over this mess which sat right in front of us in the aisle and believe it or not they had brooms and dustpans in their hands. Understanding it was later in the evening which may have a bearing on it as the manager stated (NOT) employees were gathered in huddles and various groups talking and laughing. The manager made flimsy excuses for not being on top of it and the staff, who still after mentioning it didnt clean the areas but continued to let people in to be seated. Even after explaining how disappointed or appalled we were at the appearance of the place we were eating at and how it had killed our appetites an it made us wonder bout the sanitation in the kitchen did he offer to do anything to make up for the inconvenience even something little like cleaning up read more

I live about 15 minutes from this Chilis, 2nd time at this location, my first experience was horrible but I decided to let it slide. Came to this location with my boyfriend and waited like 30 minutes for our drinks to come I ordered lemonade.. (they brought my boyfriends like 10 mins after mine) while the waitress was taking our order she was talking to the table next to us at the same time. The waitress would come and say "oh that's right your refill, oh that's right your fries" and that happened about 3 times until I guess she actually remembered to bring the drink and the fries out. The last part was the worse! We wanted to get out of there so bad and to top it off we waited another 30 minutes after we asked for our bill.. We were at chilis for 2 hours! Usually this Chili's is alright with me, but today definitely wasn't the best experience. Don't even know what the waitress's name was (not even sure if she told us). She gave us a "minute" to look over the menu which lasted about 20 minutes. Now mind you she has yet to ask us if we want anything to drink. So when she finally decides to come back she takes our food and drink order. She writes nothing down. We did the 2 for $20 so I ordered the fajitas and asked for both chicken and pork. When I received my food I only had chicken. The waitress at the bar helped me since our waitress was nowhere to be found. She brought me back my plate and said that they would bring me out the pork carnitas separately. Another lady who I'm guessing might've been the manager brought me a saucer of some dry pork carnitas. By now I'm outdone. All I wanted was a check and a to go box! It's going to be a while before I go back to this Chili's...if I go back. Left today definitely disappointed. read more

Horrible Experience!!! We ordering their fahitas that came out so cold I could touch the grill plate that was suppose to be sizzling, the black beans, rice and tortillas were also cold. For this I blame the waiter, cause he had only one other table that I could see and when he saw the food was cold in the window in the kitchen he should have never brought it out to our table. When I called the manager over he barely spoke took only the fahitas away, I had to walk the beans and rice into the kitchen. When he brought the sizzling fahitas back I tried to comment on my disappointment, which he clearly didn't hear, casue he then removed his ear piece that is for communicating with the staff and I wasn't going to repeat myself. There was no real effort to review my table and make sure we had everything cause after he walked away I had to give the tortillas to the waiter to be reheated and a neighboring table was kind enough to give us some silverware that had left with the cold food so we could try to eat the replaced food while still hot. Also pretty sure our original food was just put on a hot sizzling plate. To make matters worse while we waited for our tortillas to come back to the table warm, the waiter, who thought I wouldn't get his sarcasm commented that his manager would be out with my extra hot tortillas in a minute. I replied it wasn't about it being extra hot, the food just needed to be hot, period!!!!! Also the manager who barely spoke a full sentence to me never even made me aware of what he planned to do as far as the check or maybe a dessert included and it wasn't even about compensation he didn't really provide that smile or extra effort of customer service you would expect from a manager. The check did have some random credits that I found on my own when paying the check. To make things worse, in the parking lot as we were leaving we ran into another couple who were leaving without finishing their meal cause apparently the waitress only served the husband's meal and gave the wife's meal to another table, while she waited for her's to be made again and his got cold. I have been a waitress for over 15 years and for that reason I know I have high expectations when I dine out, but this was bad by anyones expectations. read more

However when I got my entree my food was old, cold & refried. Why Why Why??? Is what I kept asking myself. Then my server says well I can ask my manager... Ask them what why my food is cold? I often eat here - tried to eat here today. There was no one at the reception stand. The place was less than 1/3 full, and I thought it odd that there were people seated in the waiting area, but asked my husband to get a table and went to the restroom, expecting to find him at a table when I got back. He was still standing and explained that he was told that it would be a 15 to 20 minute wait to be SEATED. There was a couple holding a sleeping toddler (heavy) in their arms, standing, waiting with us and several other people, when 2/3 of the tables were empty!!! I understood that you were low on wait-staff. I understood that there would be a wait for food. We were OK with that, we just wanted to SIT DOWN . Refusing to seat customers when more than half of your restaurant is empty? Bad management. So, we walked next door to Chik-fil-a where we ordered virtually the same salads we would have ordered at Chili's, immediately sat down and enjoyed our meal in the almost full dining area. Wonder which business made more money today? Wonder which one got bad reviews on Yelp? I never post reviews, but this time, I went out of my way. read more

Do not go to this establishment!!! It sucks....On June 7, 2018 my son who suffers with autism graduated 8th grade. For dinner he picked Chili's. We arrived tge was a 30-45min wait. Which was fine. Ther problem was we set at the table for over 30min waiting for someone to simply take our order. I ordered sm appetizer and Margarita to start with. It took another 35 to 40 minutes for the appetizer to come and l stop didn't have my Margarita. I put the order for our entree a southwest burger, and 2 cheese burgers for ...my daughters for him, chicken and rib combo for myself. 15 minutes later l received my drink. We devoured the appetizer. Approx. 30min later the waiter walks over and says "Ma'am I spoke to ther manager about how long you've been waiting for your food. He said ...you can have a free dessert. 40 minutes after that we finally received our FOOD. My food was cold as if it was sitting up. I didn't have much of an appetite at this point. I put the order in for the free dessert ..snd waited another 20 min or so for that. Not one time did the Manager come over to talk to us. I stayed because it was my Son's day and that's what he wanted CHILI'S not me. So disappointing this establishment is... it's being ran like garbage. read more
