Big smasher burger
Dave K.

The big smasher burger is amazing and Dave (our waiter) was a breath of fresh air. He made an average meal an outstanding experience.

Came here a few weekends back with my friend. Was very pleased with how spacious and clean the inside was. We ordered a few drinks and got some appetizers. All were very good. The servers, hosts, and bartenders were all very attentive and friendly. I would definitely come back to this location!

We were driving back from a road trip and stopped by this chain restaurant because it was open at 8:30 PM. We had stopped at a rest stop but the only food establishment that was open was Roy Rogers with only burgers and fries. That wasn't anything that I wanted to eat. I called in our order while we were still driving. I got the salmon which came with fries and broccoli. I asked if I could substitute the fries with another serving of broccoli and they said that wasn't a problem. Husband wanted the Sunrise burger which was on the menu but when I called about it, they didn't have it at this particular location. He ended up with another burger which I can't remember. I asked the woman on the phone to get him something similar to a cheeseburger. I couldn't look at the menu again from my phone and I'm sure whatever she recommended would be fine. The meal was fine, nothing spectacular. It was already prepared because we were 20 minutes away and they said it only takes 15 minutes to prepare. I really want to get into why they are getting two stars. When we picked up our meal, we were disappointed that they came in styrofoam containers. The broccoli that I ordered were placed in two separate containers. They did not have to use containers for the broccoli. I would have liked them to just put all the food in the one container to save on all the useless and wasteful packaging. Sad looking as our dinner was, I was still glad to be eating something other than rest stop food.

For all of the heated reviews it has, in my experience this Chili's is ... just a Chili's. If you're looking for gourmet or exciting cuisine, I'd suggest you go elsewhere. But for standard all-American fare and a ton of menu options, Chili's has exactly what you'd expect. Burgers, quesadillas, and small steak entrees galore. With a separate curbside pickup entrance & designated parking space for to-go orders, Chili's is also takeout-friendly, making it a better COVID-19 dining option than many of the restaurants nearby.

Arrived around 7 and was seated quickly. I went to the bathroom before ordering and it felt like a slip and slide the entire way. Not sure how that's okay or safe. Dinner arrived pretty quickly. But we sat with no drinks waiting for 5+ minutes. Waiting to finish dinner. She came Back and offered a box. But all I wanted was a drink to have with my spicy dinner. Mango Chile chicken was delicious. Wish you guys had unsweetened tea - the server said you didn't sell it. But did have raspberry and mango tea.... Mediocre at best.

I need to give a moment of silence for the queso, it was soooo good! I could have had a massive bowl of that and been happy. It was amazing! The oysters were ok, but the pretzels and queso blew them away. Do order this if you try this restaurant. My husband ordered a a burger and fries. This was amazing. He let me try some, I was blown away. It was so good. I ordered a fish which was also amazing. The location is quaint and comfortable. It is a bright restaurant with a happy, busy bar. Our server was wonderful! She was prompt and so helpful. We will be back!

First time at a Two Stones Pub. Went with my partner…read more Thursday night the place was not too busy. I appreciate the happy Buddah statue decor near the entrance; it give the palce a unique and fun flare. The TVs around Us were showing video games and poker which was great for me since I don't really watch sports. They are also doing a food drive since I saw a box with cans in it. Not sure how long they're doing it though. As I took a look at the menu - at first glance it seems like a standard American bar menu with burgers, fries, nachos, salads, wings, and sandwhiches, but upon further reading I noticed the ingredience are a bit diffrent. This is where it really stands out. Subtle changes to some classic foods really shines at this place. Example: PeeBee & Jay Burger/Dirty Kettle Chips Overall we had a pleasant experience at this place and really feels like we could be regulars. Service is good, food is good, drinks, good, and portion sizes are excellent. (2) Alcoholic beverages, (1) appitizer, and (2) entrees. Bill came out to about $61. (Not including tip) Shout out to our server JASON. He was very attentive, we watched him keep that same energy with the other tables around us. Very honest and knowledgeable about the menu. Helped us pick items on the menu, gave us really accurate descriptions of the foods and drinks. Great personality energy and helpful, Drinks: beer and seasonal sangria (good) Food: Caribbean Sweet Potato Fries - We ordered a small, the portion size was great to share for twc people. The jerk sauce gives the fries a spicy kick to them which is a slow build up the more you eat. The salsa was great and really balanced out the spice, 1 appreciate the quality of mangos being just perfect (not too tarte or super sweet). Sweet potatos weren't very sweet but that was fine with me since I generally don't eat sweet potatos. These were propbably the best sweet potato fries I've ever had. Fish Tacos with a side of garden salad with Herb Vinegrett dressing - Fish Tacos were good. the sauce was spicy, a lot spicier than I expected. Fish was well fried and good size. It didn't have a fishy taste to them so it felt fresh. The Herb Vinegrett dressing was sooooo goooood. I wish i had more of it. I can't even describe it other than it was so good. Chopped Santa Fe Salad with requested Jerked Chicken - Chicken was well cooked and juicy. Just the right amount of dressing and chicken. Ratio of sauce to salad was well balanced. Jerked chicken had its own flavor which added to the salad as a whole.Overall really good.

Subject: Formal Complaint - Unacceptable Staff Conduct and Management Failure…read more To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally report a deeply troubling experience I had at your Turning Point Restaurant location. What occurred was far below any reasonable standard of customer service and left me feeling unsafe and disrespected. During my visit, a male server verbally accosted me -- using profane language, making threatening remarks, and treating me in a wholly disrespectful manner. This behavior was entirely unprovoked and completely unacceptable in any setting, let alone a dining establishment. What made the situation worse was the response from management. Despite the incident taking place, the manager on duty took no meaningful action to address the situation, offer an apology, or ensure my safety and comfort as a customer. Their inaction sent a clear message that this kind of conduct is tolerated at your restaurant. I am requesting the following: 1. A formal written acknowledgment of this complaint 2. A full investigation into the conduct of the staff member involved 3. Appropriate disciplinary action against both the server and the manager who failed to act 4. A direct response to me outlining the steps taken I sincerely hope Turning Point takes this matter seriously. No customer should ever be subjected to threats or verbal abuse, and no manager should stand by while it happens. I look forward to your prompt response. Sincerely, Kwame

There is a bar area with some booths, as well as a large dining space. If want happy hour you have to sit at the actual bar though. We were greeted by super friendly and very nice hostess. We were seated immediately. Our server (shout it to Chloe) was also friendly and checked in on us throughout our visit. A manager of some sort even swung by to ask how things were going. If you have picky eaters or a large group with varies diets... this is the place to come. The menu is a book! Like it's robust. There are starters, burgers, pizzas, sushi, sandwiches... like it's never ending. When you see a book of a menu you wonder how the quality is going to be since it would be assumed that the kitchen has a massive amount of food that must be made on demand. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food that we had. Well done! Don't be intimidated by the menu. We ordered the potstickers which were tasty and delicious. They do have a little bit of a kick to them. Also ordered the special chicken biscuit sliders served with a side of white gravy. Get these!!! They were absolutely delicious. Highly recommend. Also ordered a BBQ burger with sweet potato fries. The fries come with an icing like filling sauce. Burger was great and fresh. Overall, a great meal and would come back.

There are a few popular chains located near the mall like PF Changs and The Cheesecake Factory but I had never eaten at Tommy's and the menu items sounded great. It's one of the most extensive menus I've ever seen, serving everything from burgers to salads to pizza to sushi to pasta. They have it all! There's no reason to be picky here. Food is served hot and fast. My party of 3 didn't wait long for a Grilled Ahi Tuna wrap, a Brisket Sandwich and Pulled Pork Mac and Cheese. Everything came out relatively quick. The ahi tuna wrap was superb. Perfectly grilled tortilla wrap and the ingredients inside blended together beautifully. There was a hint of wasabi in there but it wasn't overpowering and I could still taste the ahi tuna. I added some soy sauce but it honestly didn't even need it. It's tasty as is. Awesome selection of beers here, too. I mean, it's in the name so no surprise there. Service was excellent as our waitress checked in on us multiple times and asked if we needed drink refills each time she stopped over. Tommy's has quite a few locations. It's nice to know I could probably find one when I'm traveling outside of my home state. Definitely come here if you love HUGE menus and phenomenal food!
