My wife and I were really impressed on wow everything was packaged so well and the amount of food we received for the $25 deal. A huge bag of chips with salsa and guacamole, the 2 platters of chicken fajitas and of course the cookie skillet with ice cream. WHAAAAAT!!!! Crazy. I am never eating here again. You are probably wondering why I ate here to begin with and I asked myself this as I was walking out. The real reason was because the Woodbury Commons food court was packed and we were hungry. Out other option was Wendys, which is probably where we should have gone. I didn't know there was an Outback steakhouse either. When we first arrived, they couldn't figure out where to put a party of 4 with a stroller. Next when we sat down, I wanted water, but they only brought 1 glass for 4 people. When I ordered fajitas with the rice and beans, they forgot the rice and beans and *luckily* the waitress managed to have it taken off my bill after I reminded her 3 times that she didn't bring the rice and beans. I'm not asking for much. I just want to sit down, have some water, and be given the food that I ordered. It was just too much for them to handle. read more

My mom and I had a great dinner here after outlet shopping at the nearby Woodbury Commons. We ordered the 2 meals for $20 special which comes with 2 entrees and an app to share. We had the guac as our app which actually comes with salsa too. It was delicious, and although some of the chips were a little too greasy, they gave us a ton so we could throw out the bad ones and still had plenty. The portions were huge! My mom had the Margarita grilled chicken as an entree which she really liked. They gave her a large piece of chicken, and it came with a side of broccoli and rice. I had the mango chili tilapia which I was a big fan of. Again, the portion of fish was generous, and I was actually able to take home leftovers for lunch the next day. They also had margaritas on special on the night we came. Only $4 for a 16 oz drink! We were sold, so we both had a delicious margarita. I feel like this location outperforms other Chili's chains we've been too. I was so impressed by the amount of food we received and how tasty it was. Be careful when you order 2 for 1 drinks. My sister and I ordered 1 house special margarita each. Waitress brought out 4 and said the 2 for 1 deal has to be served that way. I was quite annoyed and told the girl if I ordered 2 drinks and the deal is 2 for 1 -- on the same bill, then the drinks make the deal. She took the extra drinks back but had a frown on her face. Went there tonight with the family and was reminded very quickly why we haven't been there in a few years. Walked in and the wasn't a hostess to greet us. We stood there for seven minutes before a waiter noticed us. He sat us next to the kitchen. Mind you that the place was almost empty. I have been to Chili's in the past multiple times this time I tried their curbside to go I placed the order on the website and it said it would be ready with in 25 minutes. When I arrived I called the restaurant they bought it out within five minutes which was great. The problem that I have encountered is when I got home with the food they did not include dipping sauces as we ordered the triple dipper. The burger was undercooked and I had selected no pink showing. I ordered the quesadilla explosion salad with extra dressing I received the wrong dressing and the quesadillas were so dry they appeared to have been sitting for a good two hours or more and as if they took them and threw them on top of the salad. read more

I mean it's a Chili's. But it has the best, most patient, nicest staff on the planet. We just came in with four kids (two on loan) who demanded screens, acted awful, and lost a tooth in the corn. The manager, to my chagrin, found three screens and for no reason took care of the check. The waitress brought us a tooth bag and a gift card. I've been going here for years and never had a problem. I usually go here for lunch so I've never had to wait for a table. The chips, salsa, and table side guacamole is the best! I could eat those tortilla chips for days. I also love the eggrolls which are packed with flavor. If you have not tried them yet, they are a go to appetizer. I crave Chili's blackberry tea on a daily basis because it's so refreshing and light. I usually ask the server for a side of the syrup because sometimes the bar makes it too sweet or not sweet enough. read more

Me and my family eat here pretty regularly. I love to get the fajitas normally. They are awesome to get here. Today we all got burgers. My wife's and mine were so saturated with grease it wasn't even funny. Bottom bun was soggy in it and I went through 4 napkins just by myself try to absorb the grease and keep it from making a huge mess. I stopped eating after I finished half of it because the bread had absorbed so much grease it came apart. I love this Chili's but you can believe I will never order another burger from here again. Very disappointing first and last trip to Chili's. Ordered take out an hour before closing and they must have run out of the shaved steak for their new Philly cheesesteak sandwich as I got mine home to find a mashed up hamburger, along with the toppings I requested be omitted. I tried to register a complaint online only to find that they had neglected to provide me with a receipt so I did not have enough information to complete the online form. I will NEVER EVER go to this place again and will make sure to let all I my friends and their friends know that this place is best to avoid. Our server Jack was inattentive, rude and disgusting. Food was old, dry and over cooked except the wings that could use a few more minutes to cook since we got this oily and mushy wings that we decided not to risk our health with it. Our ribs was dry, old and way over cooked. The side dished we had was mushy and old. I asked for an extra plate the server gave me a dirty, greasy with mole on the plate and when I finally caught his attention and ask for a new one he gave me an attitude came back and toss the plate on the table then disappear again. At that point we were too skeptical to eat or drink anything on our table due to our worst experience and how disgusted we were. I had to walk out and look for him to ask for our check since the guy unlike his co-worker was no where to be found most of the time we were there. I took a break from this place for around 6 months and just recently went back. My reasons for the break are the fact they keep changing their menu and the on-tap beer choices are a bit slim. So I gave them another chance and: 1. Food: Seems better overall with the new menu, apps are solid, the burgers are pretty good, and the fajitas are great, I recommend all of these. 2. Beer: I limit myself to two tall beers a week and I prefer choice and some solid mass produced or small brewery offerings. Sadly the selection is slim however they did have Sam Adams IPA and seasonal on tap. However with only four or five choices on tap I am not sure I can recommend this place completely for beer lovers. 3. Service: The server behind the bar was attentive however I was undecided if her smirks were sarcasm, despite that overall the service is solid. 4. Atmosphere: It is what I would expect from a chain bar, which is what I like. The bar was not packed at around 5:30pm on a Friday, the bar area was clean and smelled OK, the few patrons at the bar were middle aged and kept to themselves, overall it seemed like a safe place to eat and enjoy a few beers with friends and family. I doubt you would need to worry about your gf or wife getting hit on at this bar. The bad: The biggest issue I can see is that the menu will continue to change, this is true with all chains, and they have silly promos for the beer. They have a 2 for 1 special that sells 2 very small beers (they look under 8 ounce). You can get two tall ones and save money in comparison so beware of that. Went there on a Sunday at about 230pm. Got there and was excited because the place was less than half full so I expected quick service. After being seated we waited about 15 minutes for the waiter to come and take our drink order. The only reason the waiter even came that quick was because a familiy that was seated next to us gave up and told the hostess on their way out why they were leaving. So after about 20 minutes in the place we got our drinks. We were ready to order, and after giving us the drinks the waiter said he would be right back to take our order. No lie, we waited another 10+ minutes for him to come back.... And the place was barley half full. The staff was nice enough, the place was clean and the food was good.
