Idk why the ratings for this chili's is so low because its just your average Chili's. My boyfriend and I were excited to go to Chili's all day to get the Wicked Magaritas and I'm so glad we got it right before it ended. Limited time run yall. It was pretty funny, most of the patrons in the restaurant had Wicked magaritas and they taste pretty good! Especially for $6?! We definitely felt the tequila. My child asked about dessert. We were told about the chocolate cookie topped with ice cream, decided against it. And then while we were in the restroom chocolate cookie with ice cream shows up and we were charged for it. I didn't need an extra $10 charge on my meal I didn't order. It felt super awkward and we were forced, that really left a bad ending to our meal. While we did tip her 15%, I really almost didn't tip our waitress. It wasn't warranted. Went here on Monday June 30th 2025 with my dad for a much needed dinner. Plenty of parking is available at this Chili's also because it shares a parking lot with other businesses. We walked in and was greeted by a host who sat us down. We were sat down at a small table and sort of needed more room, but we managed. Our server was very nice and made sure to check on us and offered refills. We started with waters, a chips and salsa since we are reward members (at the end of the day, they become free!) and I also ordered the margarita of the month, which is always $6. For entrees, we both got the fajita, my dad got chicken and I got steak and shrimp. Ironically the price for 2 proteins equals the price for the steak or the shrimp- so I always get 2 proteins. Food was delicious and came out in a timely manner. Paid the check via a credit card and left a cash tip. Highly recommend chilli's and hope to be back soon! read more

Surprising food. Homemade. Always packed with fans. I've only been there once but it was delicious and they have an excellent reputation.

Called at 10:15 pm and places closes at 11. The lady told me they don't do anymore phone picks up and I should order online. I decided to go in persons got there 5 min later the girl with glasses got nasty attitude and just goes in the kitchen for 5 min without taking my order. A guy comes in for pick up and she asks him what he needs before asking me. Poor service if you specify a time I shouldn't be tip toeing around workers because they are closing in 45 min later. read more

Hadn't been to a chilis in quite a while and stopped through here on a road trip. Had to get the old reliable chicken crisper since i hadn't had them in forever and they got new flavors so i was pleasantly surprised there. Walked in to this location for lunch there was nobody present at the front entrance . Employees passed by with no contact or greetings not even a "we'll be right with you" just ignored . I walked in towards the tables where an overweight waitress was clearing a table . I asked very politely first saying hello if I should seat myself . She gave me a dirty look like I just asked for her bank account numbers or something . Then told me I can sit there and said , "but you're going to have to wait" ! The food was fine for a chain and the service ok, but I would agree with some other reviews that it seems understaffed leading to somewhat slower service and uncleaned tables. We went at an off hour and there were quite a few tables not cleaned off which also meant we had to wait when there were plenty of open tables. I started with a side house salad and it was fresh and generously portioned, followed by the ancho salmon with Mexican rice and broccoli. I understand we were a party of 7, but we called ahead of time so they could be ready. Our waitress was really sweet and had good order accuracy, but she didn't really have a good grasp on the menu items yet. She seemed new and a little overwhelmed with us so refills were a little slow and she had to ask the kitchen a few questions for us. My chicken strips were pretty good, some were too over cooked and dry inside though so I didn't eat half of them. The fried pickles, French fries, and mash potatoes were good. Walked in with a friend and looked around and should have walked right out but it was a Sunday night and I was worried nothing else would be open. The restaurant was filthy. You had to kick garbage out of the way to get to some of the tables. It looked like the floors hadn't been swept in days. I hesitated to order at this point as I assumed the kitchen was in the same or worse condition as the dining room. Shame on me as we continued on and both ordered fajitas. The steak had a chewy portion and I had to spit out the meat. The flavors were terrible and you could tell nothing was fresh. The rice, chicken, steak, cheese, guacamole all terrible. Noticed tiny dark spots in the side of cheese that came with the fajitas. Picked up a strand and realized it was mold. I showed the waitress, who was kind, the mold on the cheese and she said she would let the kitchen know. No bill adjustments were made and a manager wasn't sent over (if one was even on duty). I spent $60 on two orders of terrible fajitas. I could have eaten at a real restaurant that was clean and got a real meal and spent the same amount of money or a few dollars more. It was an angry drive home as most of the food was left on my plate in the restaurant. I feel like I was robbed. First time eating at Chili's in over 20 years. Hopefully the last time. If the restaurant was in that condition for everyone to see and they didn't care, I knew it wouldn't have mattered to go any further. A health inspector would probably have had a field day. There is absolutely no nutritional value in the rubbery meat, bland (hard to even digest, never mind appreciate) vegetables and salad, and to close, the awful chocolate molten dessert !! Food, drinks and service are perfectly fine at this location. My only complaint is that this specific establishment should really clean up the place. I went a few months ago and I sat next to a window with dust webs in the corner of it. It was disgusting. I then went to chili's last week and there was, again, a huge disgusting dust web in the ladies bathroom stall... It takes quite some time for a dust web to form, so this tells me that they don't clean properly ever. On the 2 separate occasions that I've been here in the past year I've seen these nasty webs in so many different spots of the restaurant. No one wants to see that when they're eating. Yup Chili's got a five star review.... crazy, I know. We rolled in around 3p on a Saturday and the place was pretty much dead. Ryan was our server and he was fantastic - friendly, capable, and just all around great. We all got burgers- everyone except me ordered with some sort of stipulation cuz they're picky as hell... every burger came out perfect. The burgers were large, well made, tasty, and the fries were well seasoned. Their pickles seemed to be made in house and were very flavorful. Seriously, no complaints. read more

so trying to support local economy by buying take out. Well less than thrilled by choosing Chilis tonight. While the chicken fajita I ordered was decent, the smokehouse combo my wifes order looked like a half portion size. the brisket on bread looked to be about a half an ounce if that and the extra crispy chicken didnt cut it. My daughter got a tex mex bowl that looked half full and had avocado that was quite brown and oxidized and shouldn't have been served if not fresh. Better to serve a limited menu at high quality than a full menu with quality and quantity out the window. We likely will cross Chilis off the list of take out. unfortunately many folks have cut corners doing take out. it's a metamorphosis of a business model but its still cooking good food with same quality. dont sacrifice quality for the sake of making a buck. read more

This place really stepped there game up , before chili's wasn't that great but now the food and there deals are really worth coming to . I also think there is a different manager as well . The employees are really nice . It gets packed but it's not obnoxiously loud inside the restaurant. There two for 35$ deal is really good it comes with a alcohol beverage , and you chosse of an appetizer and you pick your dinner . Its for a great price and it a a really food portion as well. It was nice to relax and have a drink inside.Unfortunately, the food was just ok.....In a way i have a feeling that everything they serve comes from a bag and may have very well been frozen after being cooked at an offsite food prep factory. Everything had that processed flavor and seemed sort of dry. The loaded fries are really good, and definitely avoid the nachos.....That was the worst attempt at nachos that i have ever had in my life. They serve about 15 nacho's arranged in a circle on a plate....Not a pile of nacho's like it's supposed to be... That offering was so poorly executed it was a joke to charge money for it. read more
