The cookie was the perfect combination of chewy and crispy, and there was just the right amount of ice cream to balance out the cookie without overwhelming it. The almond toffee and pretzel bits added an extra layer of crunch, which made every bite even more enjoyable. For such a decadent dessert, the different textures really made it stand out. Overall, BJ's definitely lived up to the hype, and I can see why the Pizookie makes its rounds on social media every fall. The Salted Caramel flavor was rich, sweet, and satisfying, and the combination of warm cookie, cold ice cream, and crunchy toppings made it hard to put down.
