This Chilis is located amongst a few strip centers in the newer part of Manor along US 290. Once inside you'll notice there is a bar to the left and a reasonable amount of seating off to the right. Once we were seated, we started with two glasses of water which had an odd aftertaste like unfiltered city water. Have to admit they have a very extensive and varied menu which includes steaks, burgers and health conscience meals, but was surprised they don't serve onion rings. I got the bacon cheeseburger which came with plenty of bacon, but no lettuce or tomato. The fries were nothing special and needed plenty of ketchup to make them interesting which is why I was hoping for onion rings. The wife faired better with her chicken fajitas. She was happy with plenty of sides and lots of guacamole ($3 extra charge). When it's time to settle up, you can run your card on the Ziosk which is on the table where you can donate to Saint Jude's and complete a brief survey. You can join their rewards program which gives you bottomless chips and salsa on every visit and a free dessert on your birthday. The food is usually really good, Ive never have a problem with anything, its always fresh and hot but i went today and i ordered a steak, the outside was crispy, we also ordered burgers that turned out crispy as well and the fries were a little overdone. I didn't want to be that person to ask for a whole remake but i did ask for my steak to be remade only, the remake was made perfectly but i was still charged for the first steak that I didn't eat at all. Other than than having a problem with the food today the service was good and my server was great. read more

Staff has been great. We've been for lunch multiple times. We love their chicken bacon ranch nachos. They do a great job. Food is fast and ambiance is nice. It's not huge inside so could see this place being packed on weekends so just a heads up. read more

Had an amazing experience at the new Chili's in Manor--so excited to have one open up in the area! Our server Savvi was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful with all our menu questions. She had such a sweet and welcoming attitude that made our visit even better. Service was fast--our drinks, appetizer, and food all came out quickly and perfectly timed. Even the manager stopped by to check in, which we really appreciated! This is the best Chili's location that I've ever visited. They really have knocked the ball out of the park with this restaurant. Despite being part of a restaurant chain, the Manor store stands out. The decor is modern with comfortable seating areas and an upscale bar. Every entree that I've ordered has come out timely, fresh and hot. Service is excellent, being friendly and attentive. The manager is constantly circulating checking tables to make sure guests are satisfied with their experience and also helping out with bussing tables and expediting orders as needed. I hope that they are able to maintain the high level of service and quality. Highly recommended. read more

Came in on a this busy Thursday night after my daughter's middle school game, with my two younger children and my husband. First off they have 16/17 year olds working the tables. Upon arrival they told us 30 mins for a party of 5, but right after we sat to wait for our table another party of 5 came in and were immediately sat at a table top table. Mind you they had no kids under the age of 10, table after table became available and while we waited for 40 mins. The party of 5 that came in after us, were served and almost finished their meals before we were even sat down. So disappointed as this new location serves great so close to home. read more

Stopped to have a quick lunch around lunch time on a weekday. Hardly anyone was there. Set at the bar. Ordered the 3 for me which comes with a soup or salad. I also wanted to order chips and salsa so I wanted to order it with my salad and the bartender got really rude and snappy. Asked me "DO YOU WANT SOUP OR SALAD". I have to say that I have not visited a Chili's in years. I always thought their menu was a bust. I decided to give Chili's in Manor, Texas a try as it is a new restaurant and I wanted to test the menu, quality of food, and service. I was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED. The waitress was on point. She was attentive, friendly, and engaging. She recommended the fajitas which I was skeptical about. I ordered them anyway. The food was piping hot, quick, seasoned well, and tender. I ordered a patron margarita and they did not skimp on the liquor. It was perfectly mixed. I never imagined that I would be recommending to my girlfriends that we should have dinner at Chili's, but this is now my recommendation, especially, since this is truly a neighborhood spot. The manager Roxy not only was rude. She was disrespectful and unprofessional. Enough for me to file a formal grievance. She made harmful assumptions about the person who picked up our order for a company. I will never bring my business nor well several employees who witnessed the exchange. She was offensive and hung up on me and had to call back where she refused to tell me who she was. I hope the call recorded like she said as to threaten me. And the reason I called back was because the order was wrong and all the information she gave did not match my order. I have the documentation and I will be speaking face to face with another manager. Very disappointing and it cost Chilis a lot of future business. read more

The worst customer service! Instead of introducing her self, in a rude tone, she comment on how my baby in the high chair was in the way. Once I fixed that problem, she got our drinks and then took a while to get our food order. She was great after that, kind. However at the end after given her $40 to pay my bill of $38 I mentioned keep the change. Her assuming I was not going to tip after that.A moment later she came back disrespectful and said "here you need it more than I do" handing me a dollar back. I worked at a restaurant for years! I know how hard it is when your income is based on tips. She assumed I was not going to give her anything. A very disappointing experience especially since this chilis barely opened. She reacted poorly , unkind and unprofessional in front of my kids and the restaurant. She made a scene in front of her peers which cause them to stare at me. How embarrassing! I was judged.
