The wings from the bar are really good and at a discounted price. I would recommend them the next time you stop by.

I love Chili's! I wanted to try the Triple Dipper again, but with the Southwestern Egg Rolls, and they were pretty good. The Big Mouth Bites and Fried Mozzarella are still my favorites. The chips and salsa here is my favorite. My boyfriend and I came at an off time (3 or 4pm), so we were some of the only patrons there. I also love the huge chili pepper outside, it's very silly and a nice PokéStop. Our only complaint is that my boyfriend got the StrawEddy margarita, and both drinks were only 3/4 full (in the promo image it's filled to the top). read more

The margarita of the month was the Straw Eddy Marg. I got 2 of them for $6 each and they tasted amazing. Their flavor was a great combination of margarita and lemonade. The graphic on their menu and advertisements shows it topped to the rim but as seen in my photo both were served over an inch down from the top which is obviously a significant amount of volume. The chips and salsa were amazing, the salsa was a much better consistently this time. The chips were warm, salty, and crispy. My girlfriend ordered this variety item that had 3 types of foods and they were pretty good. The mozzarella bites were very greasy but good breading. The south west bites were interesting and really good. read more

Came here on what looked to be a busy Saturday night and sat in the bar area with my significant other. Our server, who was very friendly and kind greeted us at the table and took our order promptly even though she seemed to be swamped taking care of the entire area by herself and also taking care of the bar (maybe she was a bartender?). The food came out great with all modifications correct which we appreciated very much on such a busy night. We were having a good night until things seemed to get out of control with one of the staff members behind the bar. It was an older man with glasses that was cursing and saying inappropriate things about fellow co-workers through both his microphone and to other employees. It was hard not to focus on that since it was directly in the dining room and it was constant during the time we were there. Both of us have worked in food service so we know how it could get but thought his behavior was completely unacceptable especially the yelling, screaming, and cursing in front of guests IN the dining room. We caught one of the workers/managers mentioning his name, it was either Bryce or Brian? We will not be returning to this establishment as we don't support abusive workplaces. We've already told our friends and family about this and they are equally appalled since they also frequent this restaurant. Avoid this place if you're looking to have a good night without staff yelling and cursing at each other over their headsets. All in all, our server and food was great but spoiled by the negativity. read more

Súper pissed off I forgot my ID but had my birth certificate and other paperwork that could verify my age my partner did have his and was vouching for me no matter what paper I had including military paperwork stating my age still couldn't get the margaritas when that was the only reason I came to chilies and the manager just plain out refused and didn't want to take anything other than a ID when I had a picture and a Printed DL front and bac read more

Ordered the 3 app sampler. 2 sliders. 2 spring rolls. 3 hot chicken strips. Sliders were tasty. Spring rolls were a mushy disaster - not flavor and weird texture. Hot chicken strips had good heat and were crispy. Split this with my Mr. - we weren't impressed overall. read more

Seems that food is always on point. Restrooms are not the greatest and leave room for smell improvements-- always a sewer smell there. In the summer AC condensation drips near the bar area, in the winter cold air gusts by the dividers in the booths at bar area, and windows on exterior. Older building that needs upkeep-- but food and staff are excellent at this location. read more

Texas Roadhouse was packed! So we opted to go to Chili's. The service throughout the experience slowly declined to bad. I would ask for a refill and my drink would stay empty for a long amount of time. The Chicken Crispers were pretty solid 7.5/10. If you don't know what to get the crispers are a solid choice. Best. Chili's. Ever. Have you been to chili's before? Unless you've been to this chili's, you haven't pal. The only reason they get 4 stars is because they limit the amount of Long Island ice teas you can get, 2. After I downed the 2 mighty drinks I stumbled to the most blissful bathroom I've ever seen. They were in pristine condition. Kudos to the staff. Whilst I was eating my chicken fajitas I met a man who invited me back to hot tub at his place. I happily accepted only to show up to his place to find the hot tub was frozen. Definitely ruined the mood, but nothing to do with the restaurant. Again, from a big chili's fan, this is the best Chili's ever! read more

We came here for my daughter's birthday. There was a lot of people waiting to be seated but I'm honestly surprised the wait wasn't long at all. Maybe 20 minutes and we were 7th in line on the wait list. Our server was great and very nice and attentive. However my food was cold to the touch. So I had to send it back. Even then it was still room temp but I was not going to send it back again. They did compensate me for the inconvenience which is why I'm not giving my experience 1 star. read more

Almost ate here this evening. Walked in and said hello to the "greeter" who just stared at me. No greeting, no explanation of how to check in, nothing - just a blank stare. Saw the kiosk and entered my phone number into it. 8 to 18 minute wait. Which seemed odd since there were clearly 10 tables and booths sitting vacant. Evidently they are short-staffed. Manhattan has a large labor pool so clearly Chilis isn't paying enough to attract people. Simple as. Had a seat to wait our turn and noticed the restaurant was almost silent, no laughter and subdued conversations. Also noticed the departing guests looked grim. Watched another host continually rub his hand through his hair as if wiping sweat. Then he grabbed some menus. Kinda gross. Left and went to a nearby restaurant which had a 30 minute wait but a great atmosphere. People laughing and talking. Had multiple terrific interactions with staff and a terrific meal. Sure glad I walked out on Chilis and I can't imagine why I'd ever be back. read more

The waitress was nice but the service was pretty terrible. She kept apologizing but it appeared as if she was assigned to too many tables. Not sure what the issue was. Items were forgotten from the drink to the salad I ordered and paid for. I asked for additional condiment and she never came back. The steak we received tasted as if it was still frozen and was the worst steak we've ever had. I overheard another server bringing the table behind us their order and said the server was busy so she'd help take care of them too. She then walked past us to a table beside us and asked if everything was ok and if they needed anything. (This table was also our server's table) if the food would have been on point I wouldn't have even minded how we were forgotten. I couldn't get anyone to our table so I paid myself with the table machine they have and left. We love chili's and don't see ourselves returning. Edited to add: husband contracted food poisoning. read more

I ordered Chili's to go tonight for dinner before a long drive and I specified to the waiter "Please make sure the pasta isn't just dry noodles, because I have had an instance where there was no sauce in my Pasta". He assured me that everything will be up to par. Imagine my surprise after trusting his word and coming home to this plate. I will No longer dine at this establishment nor recommend to any friends family or anyone else for that matter. Thank you Chili's for ruining Christmas Eve's eve for my family. read more

I don't understand the low rating of this Chili's. Our party of 4 enjoyed our burgers, quesadilla, buffalo chicken and southwest egg roll. Service was friendly and fast. Except for a water leak on the floor in the woman's room, the restaurant was clean and welcoming. And the prices are reasonable. To back track to the burger, I ordered it with a bit of pink and it actually came that way. This Chili's definitely rates 5 stars. read more

I should have known, when you pull into a restaurant and the parking lot is empty it's not a good sign. I ordered a Bacon Rancher, thought it would be safe, hard to screw up a burger...wrong! Burger was so overcooked I'm not even sure it was beef, "sautéed onions" were raw and everything was WAY over salted. With the restaurant empty a person would think the food would be fresh and cooked correctly. I would have been better off going to McDonald's read more

We've been to many Chili's restaurants throughout the country and this one ranks at the bottom. Waitress was okay, didn't really care if we liked our food or not. Wings were tough, dry and sauce was nothing but spicy hot. No flavor just heat. Parking lot confusing with take out spots more visible than real parking lot on opposite side of building. Not many people there for lunch now I know why. Go somewhere else, lots of good places to eat right around the area. read more

Gave up waiting after standing in an empty restaurant for 20 minutes waiting to be seated. The 3 other groups before us also gave up and walked out. I get being understaffed but at least try to seat tables rather than standing looking at your phones. read more

Waited 30 minutes, told it would be 40. Number one on the wait list for the next 40 minutes still kept seating people before us that were lower on the list. Promised us several times we were next. We never complained but finally after an hour and 20 minutes we were told that they couldn't seat our party of five. Guy said he didn't want to hear our complaints and it wasn't his fault. Guess it was our fault for believing him. He blamed it on Friday night. Great customer service. Go there once a week but that will no longer happen. That was the least professional person I've dealt with in quite a while and I'm in sales. Road House from now on. read more

This is a good place to eat. However I have had a bad experience at this place I ordered a steak and it wasn't cooked all the way. So they took it back and when they brought another steak that one wasn't cooked either. But I have had many good waiters so it's a fair place to eat. read more

Loved that the entire restaurant could hear the manager on duty this afternoon yelling to Renaldo in the kitchen to go ahead and use the same chicken on my salad when they "refire" my order for the second time. "Renaldooo! NOW she's saying that she doesn't want the dressing. Just go ahead and use the same chicken on it." Ironic since I sent the first one back because the chicken was cold (second time, wrong dressing all over the salad). The third salad was missing one of the quarters of the quesadilla it comes with. Manager just seemed annoyed with me, no discount offered. But hey, I get it, salads are hard. read more

My server probably needs to find a line of work were he's not interacting with people, yikes, andthe employees seemee in dissaray although it was probably at 20% max occupancy, their was like 15 other people in thei entire resteraunts, yet my food didn't come out that quick, didttake forever, but wasn't quick by any means. The host who I believe was manager seemed friendly, idk if they are short staffed or what. I can say the drink options are very unimpressive in comparison to their competition in town, seating arrangement and layout of the place was a little odd, but mostly, the food was super mediocre. This is probably my second time at a chillis in a 10 year span, the first was in alabama and that one wasn't bad, but as far as this one here in MHK, scratched it off my list. Applebee's is mediocre asf but somehow blows this place out the water. So does olive garden which surprisingly is in the same price range. Don't recommend. read more

Let me state up front that I love Chili's. Yes, it is standard "Chain-restaurant" fare. A lot of the food is pre-prepared, pre-packaged, and re-heated. But usually, most locations have good service and the food is prepared very nicely - for a chain. Not at this one. When we went there, first the service was less than expected. It wasn't busy, at all, but try to get someone to wait on you. The staff seemed to be walking all over the place, as if they were busy helping people, but there weren't that many people there and nobody seemed to be getting service. I don't really know what they were doing. We ordered the Chicken Crispers. This entree is usually my favorite at Chili's. After this experience, however, I may never order it again. It came out under-cooked and had a very rubbery texture. The flavor was definitely a little "off," as well. I picked around the outside of the food, trying to find some that was edible, but that wasn't easy. We did talk to the manager on duty. He apologized, but there was no discount offered or remedy for the poor food. That is unacceptable. I mentioned my experience to a few other people and they related that they had similar issues with this particular Chili's restaurant. Wouldn't go back. read more

Chili's - My microwaved southwestern egg rolls! Always have done better with my local grocery store freezer isle! - Bars Near Me - Manhattan, Kansas

We've frequented Chili's for years. Always had great food. BUT this time the service was horrible, rude and disrespectful. Arrived on a Friday night about 5:20 pm, Manhattan, KS and found that they had redone their parking lot, to find eight new, EMPTY, "to go" parking spaces to complement their already two existing spots. We have always had issues getting a handicapped spot. They only have four, but they are almost always full. Go inside to find the place had a line, despite the 8-10 empty tables, and a 20 minute wait time. Three receptionist standing around the welcome desk. I asked about the empty tables, she responded with they only had one server for that side of the restaurant. I then stated that's to bad, happening a lot now days. I then asked about the parking lot and the young lady perked up and bragged about how new it was. I asked her why they didn't have any more handicapped spots and she just looked at me with a blank stare. I asked to speak to a manager and one of the three receptionist started to laugh at my request, in regards to the parking lot. The lead receptionist asked, "You want to speak to a manager about the parking? Sir we're really busy." I said, "I would like to speak to them anyway." She got on her little walkie talkie and the gentleman chirped again laughing and while turning to the third individual who appeared to be doing nothing and said, "He really wants to talk about the parking lot", while shaking his head. The manager arrived and asked " How can I help you?" I explained about the disproportionate spots of empty "to go" vs handicapped spots. He said he was sorry. Then I commented about the rude staff, laughing at patrons with a concern, the girl said "I didn't laugh." I said, "No, but he did and he still is!", while pointing him out. His eyes went wide and he stopped. I commented, "Well, you'll be less busy now, we won't be coming back." Thomas v read more

I am giving an updated review about this Chili's. My family and I decided to give it another try after we were informed that new management had taken over. Our experience was alot better alothough not quite amazing. They have a new club to join and you get free chips and salsa everytime you visit, which we love because they are delish. The food tasted alot fresher but the waitress was not slow with requests (we often asked twice), didn't interact just dropped things off and walked away before we could say thank you and our drinks were often empty. But the food was better so that deserves a few extra stars. read more

We went to chilis for lunch after a long time of not going in and it was a mistake. The waiter we had was sweet but the food was terrible. My husband and I each got a lunch combo with a side salad and my lettuce was old and gross, and so was his but he had an alive and breathing roach in his. The manager took off our drinks and app but it was disgusting. This isn't the first problem we had and we will not be returning. Just gross. read more

My friend and I decided to head to Chili's after a baseball game. I've only ate at a Chili's A LONG time ago, so we decided to give it a try again. Our waitress was very nice and helpful, but the food is what was disappointing. We got the chips and salsa as an appetizer- which was honestly the best thing that we ate. I ordered the smokehouse burger. It was very dry, and the onion rings on it were almost cold, and really soggy. I ordered a house salad as a side, which was inedible due to the crazy amount of onions on it. Just for us two- the total was $34. Needless to say- I probably won't be coming back any time soon. read more

We have not eaten at chilis in quite a while. My wife and I went to manhattan to do some shopping and decided to eat there because Texas road house was busy. We should have taken the clue as to why. Food quality and taste is very below average. I had the ribs, they had very little flavor to them and we very chewy. My wife had a sunny side burger and thought something wasn't right with it, she kept smelling it thinking something was bad and just said it tastes funny. I decided to get a skillet cookie, my cookie came out not cooked and gooey. I see why this place has lots of tables available on a Friday night when others you have to wait to sit.
