Really enjoyed our food today! The cheeseburgers were delicious and cooked to perfection. Gracie was an awesome server, so nice, funny and helpful. She was very attentive. The food was worth a return but honestly I'd come back just to sit in Gracie's section! read more

Haven't been her in a while so we decided to stop in. We were seated by a young man who acted like he wanted to be anywhere but here. Our waitress was very friendly and got us drinks right away. The atmosphere was pleasant and lively with a good crowd. Our food came out quick and was hot and fresh. Steak was cooked perfectly and everything was seasoned very well. The location here in League City is a good location. Just need some training on the greeter position. read more

Great location. Right on the I-45 frontage road and 646. We were greeted and seated right away. Staff were all friendly and efficient. Restaurant was clean and well maintained. I had the Santa Fe salad. My picky 10 year old son had some trouble finding a meal though. Chili's needs to offer a grilled cheese sandwich on their kids menu. The server was able to cobble together a warm cheese sandwich on a hamburger bun. Apparently, Chili's doesn't have regular bread. Come on Chili's! read more

Chilis has always been my fav casual American chain growing up and I'm glad they're making a comeback with how ridiculously overpriced fast food spots like McDonald's etc has become. I ordered the Triple Dipper with my fav combo of big bite burgers, chipotle crispers, and their excellent southwestern egg rolls. Service was timely and friendly. My only complaints were the watered down sauces and general tidiness of the interior. read more

With today's economy and food prices being so high, I have to tip my hat to this establishment because you can have more than enough food at great prices, and I appreciate the fact that they have done this for their customers that shows that they truly care about their customers, and I will always dine with an establishment that makes changes to their establishment to help the consumer because that's what pays their bills and they realize that read more

Had dinner here on Tuesday night and WOW! There was, what felt like, one server commanding the entire floor. Gracie took amazing care of us and you could tell she has don't this before! She read the room very well, joked with us and made us feel right at home. The food was fantastic, a small mistake was rectified quickly and with ease, timing on everything was perfect. We noticed the light fixtures and vents were dusted and clean. The only area of improvement would be the restrooms. In need of repair and some TLC. We will be back and ask for Gracie! She's a rockstar! read more

From the hostess to my server kitra I received fast friendly service. The food was hot fresh and out in the blink of an eye! I would definitely recommend this location! read more

i came to this chilis with my family and we had dylan as our server everything was great until we started overhearing him saying the n word and making jokes of the anniversary of charlie kirk he was talking with a girl named piper it was very disheartening and disrespectful to have to listen to i will not be coming back to this location read more

My friend ordered the double meat burger and fries, with all the fixings, and had it delivered to me as a surprise. It was really delicious. It was still hot, and the fries were excellent. I'm a fry snob so that's saying something. I haven't been there in a long time, but I will be going soon. read more

(First time at this location) Ordered food Togo and was not satisfied at all. The chips and salsa and our favorite normally. Tonight's salsa was like water. Nothing to it. The soda had no bubbles to it. The chicken sandwich and burger were ok. The fries were good. read more

I personally frequent this location decently often, this is a very chill place to eat with friends and family for some pretty good food. The server I always request is Brandon, he is a very nice person to talk to and always gets our food to us hot and ready. The deals they offer with the 3forMe are definitely a good reason to come back, I always get the Potato Soup and Smash Burger myself. Definitely recommend this spot to anybody wants a quick bite with friends or for themselves. read more

It has been years since we have been to Chili's and we are glad that we went! Sat at the tables in the bar area, Maddie was our server, she was very polite and provided us with excellent service. Started with the skillet queso, it was delicious and I swear Chilis has some of the best tortilla chips! I had the big smash burger, holy smokes it was amazing! My husband had the mushroom Swiss burger, I had a few bites and it tasted really good! Out of the two burgers, my favorite was the big smash burger! Restaurant was clean, staff were friendly, but they need to provide toothpicks for their customers! read more

Awesome soup. Awesome service. Great food and prices. Take out order was right. Food was hot.

I ordered a burger from Chili's. I usually like a medium well burger. This burger is overcooked to the point of being charred around the edges. I tried to contact the restaurant and was put on hold, but nobody ever picked up. I'm going to feed the rest of this burger to my dogs. read more

aaron was amazing !! amazing food, very attentive an kept our drinks full !! will be visiting again soon!!

They have ZERO warning about no longer taking bills over $50 BEFORE you get to the drive through. So if you only have $100 bill you get no food and get to wait in line to leave empty handed. They need signage! read more

Brought the family here for a quick dinner. Was told there is a new policy, only one tall beer per person or 2 small beers. Mgr said due to lawsuit for over serving alcohol to drunks. The bar side was empty and the table side of the restaurant was less than half full. Food was mediocre as normal, but expected that. Bathroom was out of TP. Due to this policy my family will not be coming here anymore. read more

Whateverrrrrr Greek Gods are working at this restaurant- I thank them. Seriously, the food and drinks came out lighting fast! I was so indecisive on my drinks, and before I could say never mind- BOOM, the runner had it at the table Clean, really clean Reallyyy friendly staff. The bad thing is the 3 for $10 is now the 3 for me, and it's basically 3 items for $15.99 If you pay like $2 more you can get the Dip Trio which was filling. Chips was fresh too- OKAYYYY. Overall this location was great! Will recommend visiting! read more

Went to eat dinner I haven't been to chili's in a long time. I ordered a triple platter appetizer and the burgers was raw on the inside. I told the waitress and she was nice and told the cook to make another one.I asked for the manager and showed him and told them they need to be careful he just looked at it and said I'll get that out your way so you won't have to look at it and he never picked it up it stayed right at the table and never came back never said he was sorry that the kitchen sent it out like that. I will not be going to this restaurant anymore I feel the manager was unprofessional and doesn't care about hicustomers Had the trio appetizer burgers was raw read more

Its a Chiliis so standard decor and menu. Will say the manager and staff were all very nice and attentive! The strawberry lemonade is addicting. The BBQ platter combo was good plenty to eat. My husband had the soup and eggrolls which he liked. All in all a decent experience. Did not read the reviews as we just wanted someplace with a variety and close by. Saw all the 1 stars so cant imagine why, our experience was definitely better than average. Go support the great staff! read more

The service was great, but the food was horrible and chewy. Chicken tenders were chewy and VERY SMALL. Burger was meh.

Serive was good. But if you have an accident there be ware. I fell in chili's due to a faulty table (wobbly). Had 2 staples put into my head. Pain was past 10. Same pain when they were removed to the tune of $13,000. I wanted them to pay doctor bills instead of my insurance company having to pay! They make everything so difficult. I'll leave it up to my insurance company to go after them! Because they were not going to do anything. They offered me a courtesy of $200. I told them I didn't want anything but for them to pay the bill! It was a no go. Just Beware! read more

My sister and I decided to stop by for lunch on our day out shopping. Our server Aliyscia was an absolute angel! Super endearing and attentive. We never once had to ask her for anything and before we had even ordered our food my sister and I both agreed we loved her and just wanted to hug her and talk like friends. The food wasn't the best and ended up giving both of us upset stomachs but we enjoyed the experience regardless all because of our amazing server! read more

This is by far the worst sit down restaurant I've ever been to. Our waiter didn't know if our order of French fries were coming. We waited for 2 hours and our food was served cold one plate at a time. This was horrendous. The waiter was on drugs and the manager wasn't very much better. Only half of our food came out after 2 hours so we left with just a plate of wings. I wasn't going to spend a penny on this shit. This was a terrible experience-1/10. read more

I arrived with a minute left before they were done with the lunch specials, but management was so kind to let me pick from that part of the menu. What I'm about to say next may elicit some laughs, but Chili's has some really good chili. It comes out hot and fresh and without beans. Just nicely seasoned ground beef topped by a nice helping of cheese. I also had the ranchero chicken tacos, which my server recommended. I'm so glad I took his word. I, however, must advise that a little of the contents can fall onto your plate. A good time to come here is after the lunch rush. You basically have the place to yourself. read more
