A great bar. But beer and wine only, so bring your bottle if you want whiskey. Other than that, very friendly, very nice.

Beer is always ice cold and friendly bartender. Plus free jukebox. Restrooms are the cleanest in town.

The food was great and you couldn't beat the atmosphere. I don't know why we don't come here more often. May have to change that! Our waitress wasn't very friendly, but we didn't let that stop us from enjoying ourselves.

When we arrived, we chose to sit upstairs to enjoy the pretty ocean view and were served right away. The vibes were great with a lively crowd, a slight breeze, sunny weather, and beach hut inspired décor. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. It is honestly impressive that they serve 50 cent oysters all day, every day, so of course we ordered three dozen. The Gulf oysters were large and fresh, and they did not skimp on the cocktail sauce or horseradish. Even though this spot is pretty far from my house, the oyster deal alone might make it worth the drive. My dad and I also ordered the Fried Mushrooms. They were fried beautifully, crispy on the outside and perfectly bite sized, which made them very addictive. Our waiter recommended the Parmesan Crusted Redfish and said it was the best item on the menu. While it was good, the Parmesan coating leaned a bit salty. That said, it was cooked well and still enjoyable. If I came back, though, I would probably try something different, like the Fish Tacos he also suggested. Overall, between the unbeatable oyster deal, friendly service, and relaxed coastal atmosphere, this restaurant makes for a fun and worthwhile outing. While not every dish was perfect, the value and setting make it a place I would happily return to, especially on a sunny day.

Food: 3/5 Service: 5/5…read moreAmbiance: 4/5 Overall: 3.4/5 This was okay. The crawfish was pretty flavorful but verged on being too salty for me and my family. The seafood platter we got was extremely salty and really hard to eat anything in it. The boudin was solid, though it was a little oily tasting and was extremely heavy. The fried platter we got was pretty good, as well as the oysters on the half shell. The sandwich and wings were both pretty okay, with nothing really special about either. With so many places here that do a similar thing, though, I feel that this restaurant doesn't strive to do anything to make itself stand out other than certain deals that they offer. Wish I enjoyed this more. Still, I really love crawfish...

Not exactly... there were two spice flavors to choose from, spicy and extra spicy. Our friends went with the extra spicy and said they were very salty. We went with the spicy, they were very far from any kind of spice. We also were not aware that on Wednesday night they have singo bingo, so getting a table is pretty much non existent. Luckily, I saw some friends so we joined their table. The restaurant also has a smoking section. It wasn't super smoky which was a pleasant surprise. Hopefully they will get the spices for the crawfish down because this could be a really great spot!
