The staff was friendly when we first arrived, which we appreciated, but our server checked on us constantly about every few minutes even while we were actively trying to eat. It felt a bit overwhelming and made it hard to enjoy the meal, even as mediocre as it was. The ambience was also underwhelming, especially since the lagoon on the back patio was empty, which took away from the overall experience. Overall, not the best brunch experience and probably not somewhere we would return.

For the premium prices they charge, the overall experience was a massive disappointment. To start, the food is vastly overpriced for both the quality and the portion sizes. To make matters worse, our meal was ruined by a swarm of flies. When we asked the staff if they had a fly fan or any way to help mitigate the issue, we were simply told they didn't have anything. If a restaurant is going to charge high-end prices, they need to provide a high-end experience--or at the very least, basic pest control and seasoned food. We absolutely do not recommend this place. Save your money and go somewhere that actually delivers on value and quality.

I didn't dine in so I can't attest to how that is but for $33.00 for just one meal, I was extremely disappointed. So many places are not upholding the good ole, "make good food, make return customers" and Gators unfortunately is one of them. If you don't make consistently good food, expect to lose customers.
