Look, it's Chili's. It's great, but it's not a Michelin Star restaurant. This was tho, perhaps the best Chili's I've been to, and I've been to a lot of them. Our server was excellent. Drinks and food came quickly. Table-side quacamole was great, and my tacos came out perfect. Good kids meal too. Parking seems limited - we got there early (5pm). I could see it easily filling up on a busy night. I don't know how well traffic would overflow into an adjoining lot. read more

Our waitress was the star attraction: flexible with our ordering indecisiveness, quick to point out how we could combine orders to get a combo special with app included, quick to put in appetizers, on top of drink refills for the kids, and the entrees came out quickly. I would SOMETIMES recommend this Chili's. They typically have good service and good food; however, there have been several occasions I have been here when this was not true. On one occasion, I was there with a friend who has a corn allergy so we specifically asked for there not to be corn in any of the food. When our cheese fries arrived, there was corn in the bottom of the skillet. This appetizer does not typically have corn in it so there is no reason this should have happened. On another occasion, my friends and I sat for 25 minutes before our waitress brought out our chips and salsa appetizer, and after delivering our food she did not come back to our table once. We had to reach over to the divider between the booths to grab boxes and were able to use the Ziosk to pay for our food and leave. The recurring problem with this location is that they do not take call-ahead seating requests unless there is already a wait time. So you call and ask to be put on the list, they tell you there's no wait, and when you get there 15 minutes later, you wait for up to 45 minutes because they got hit with a rush in that 15 minutes. This is extremely frustrating and completely counter-intuitive. read more

I have to say, I used to frequent this particular Chili's as the food and service was great, but they have gone down hill! What happened to you guys?? This will be the last time for this location. Second bad experience this year and I am not returning for a third. 30 min wait time for our appetizer of chips and salsa. 45 min for dinner to arrive. Waitress was nice but completely inattentive. Only 2 crappy beers on tap. Food portion was child size with a palm full of chicken bits for a salad that costs $11. Plus, the Chili's app doesn't even work anymore. No apologies, explanation or follow up...just a "thanks for your money" and out the door we went. The umbrella Corp for Chili's either needs to reorganize this company, sell it off, or shut it down. Possibly the worst traditional wings I've ever had. They were burnt with very little sauce and honestly just looked unappetizing. Granted, it was 9:30 at night, so maybe that had something to do with it. I like chili's, but the wings were disappointing. Wouldn't advise ordering them. read more

They are only open for takeout, despite what the website says. Right after the county went green they were open for dine in and had 2 chairs at the bar, but that changed for some reason. Every other restaurant is open and they are doing well with social distancing seating, not sure why Chilis won't get on board. Oh well, lost my business. Yes, it's a chain. You know what to expect. Food we had was of excellent quality, service was friendly and attentive. It was not a busy night, so we were not rushed out at all. It was actually a pleasing experience. We upgraded the 2 for $22 to the 2 for $35, which includes an appetizer, two entrees, two margaritas, and a dessert. Can't beat it. If I could give this Chili's less than one star, I would. First off, the service was trash. We waited 20 minutes to be seated when there were many open tables. We then waited 30+ minutes for our food which was missing fries and sauces. While our waiter was kind and apologetic, it does not excuse all the waiting....second off, I am currently SHITTING MY BRAINS OUT and earlier threw up. Food poisoning like wtf chilis? This is absolutely the worst Chili's I've ever been to . The host was incompetent, the server was horrible, we didn't get our bar drinks for 20 minutes and only after complaining to the manager. And the food was terrible. They even managed to mess up the chips and salsa. Would not recommend to anyone and definitely won't be back. read more

Good food and our service was excellent. Bottomless chips are the best. Did the two for $35 and it was way more food than we needed.

The lunch specials are great deals, yummy and very filling. You get a whole BOWL of soup or good size salad. then a meal of your choice. Most are 1/2 orders but they also come with fries. Best part. Sign up for their rewards club and you get a free appetizer or dessert or chips and dip like EVERY WEEK! via e-mail. I sometimes eat the dessert myself as a guilty pleasure, but my family loves when I come home with a surprise restaurant quality app to heat up before dinner. Mommy doesn't get the 5th degree when she works late but comes home with FREE POTATO SKINS!!! The potato soup is to die for! read more

Good food, good atmosphere, poor service. Chilis has killer fries and offers a black bean burger as a replacement for the meat in any burger. Getting the order right is the real trick here. They always seem to mess it up for me, but the actual food makes up for it. read more

Came in for dinner. A bit crowed but got seated in no time. Always go for the 2 for $20 deal and totally recommend signing up for their membership to get discounts and deals. There were also quite some birthdays going around and you get a freen scoop of ice cream woth a brownie. The burgers and strak are good. Ribs too. I'm going to start by saying the restaurant was slow maybe 5 or 6 tables in the entire place taken when I was there. My wife myself and our two kids just left there and it was literally the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. It took 40 minutes for my wife's fajitas and my tacos to come out, once everything came out her fajitas were wrong and not how she ordered them the rice was not cooked at all and hard, my pork tacos were awful dry and burnt. Our waitress never checked on us until we were done to which I didn't even eat any of my stuff except for one taco. My wife never got her tortillas until she asked for them later on and our drinks were wrong when we ordered those as well. Service great. Food 50 / 50. I have been to chilis over 50 times and probably at 6 different locations through the years. This was our first time at this one, and maybe the last. The hostess was great. There were no high chairs avaliable when we arrived, but this is one of the few times a hostess remembered to bring one over when one became avaliable. For starters we got pickle chips. The coating had fallen off most of them, probably because they were not dried before being coated. For an entree I got a burger and it was good and cooked properly. My wife got a medium steak with loaded mashed potatoes. The steak was not medium, it was very well done and Pittsburgh style on the outside. Now I like Pittsburgh style but you still need to get the inner temp correct. I can forgive a steak being overcooked, but the potatoes were nasty. They were either old or over whipped because the glutton level was high, i.e. it was like chewing cement. My son had normal mash potatoes and his had the same quality. We visited this Chili's on a Friday night. We ordered a California flat bread pizza that was supposed to come with avocado on it but there was none. I asked about it and was told they were out of it! We also had chips and salsa, the chips were cold and greasy sk we sent them back. We ordered a salad with chicken on it which is typically warm, it was very cold. We also ordered fajitas which usually come out sizzling but the dish was just warm and the vegetables were limp and uncooked. Our waiter, Chris, was great and he got the manager for us who listened to our concerns but did nothing about it. We won't be going back anytime soon! read more
