I had lunch here with a friend the other day and the experience was very positive. Let me just start with our server who was absolutely awesome. Her name was Lizard and she was just the perfect amount of kind and efficient. She was very personable and all the food came out exactly as ordered. My buddy had a chef's salad which looked fantastic and I got the fajitas. The portion of chicken was very small and a bit overcooked. It almost felt like a half of a chicken breast for almost $17. The zingers were delicious as always. The place looked clean and it is a bit loud with the music and conversations. We love Millers Ale House! We usually get together with our family here due to their ability to always accommodate our large group! They always have beer deals going on! The service is always great, the staff is always kind and welcoming. We always grab some sort of zinger item off the menu. My personal favorite is the Zinger Mountain Melt! I get it with mild sauce and the tenders come over fries! My wife gets the Zinger Mac and Cheese with Medium sauce (similar to buffalo, more heat then the mild). Always delciious! read more

Food was good. Server was good. The BIG issue was the payment system. The little automatic payment device on our table charged us for the table behind us. My husband did not read the items and just paid it. He realized afterward our bill should not have been that high and then he saw the mistake. The server figured out the table mixup and he said he refunded our credit card and then we paid for our actual meal. This happened 3 weeks ago. Still NO refund. Now, we have paid for 2 meals. I had literally just had to put my almost 16 yr old dog down and then we went there because it was close and we were starving. We had been on a road trip coming into town to visit family and then my dog's heart failed. I sat there with tears streaming down my face for half my meal. So $500 at the emergency vet and then pay for another table's meal. This really just tops off what was an awful day. We sat at the bar because the hostess said they were understaffed. Bar service was very good. MY Big Red was good but not delicious. My wife had the Mahi Mahi and was very disappointed. Dry, overcook and rubbery. Very little flavor. Was supposedly blackend but certainly wasnt. Very disappointing. I was visiting this restaurant with my SIL. The food was good and the waitress was nice. My problem was the payment system. Just MAKE SURE YOU DOUBLE CHECK YOUR RECEIPT. We were overcharged for french fries (which was included with my meal), and a drink for the table beside us and ALSO for an automatic tip which I gave a cash tip directly to our waitress. I usually do not check the bill but I will from now on. I tried to get this resolved by talking to 2 (two) managers. They did resolve this issue after two timely phone calls and almost more than a week till it was finally correctly posted to my credit card. read more

It took 45 minutes to get a burger when the place was empty and then the order was wrong.

This place has a real gourmet gem hidden amongst a sports bar theme. Come and try the Pork Osso Buco! Oh my goodness it will melt in your mouth! It's an upper pork leg bone in shank that's basted and slow roasted until ridiculously tender and then buttered & deep flash fried to slight crisp up the outside. It usually comes standing up but sometimes is so tender, it falls over. I got mine with the mashed potatoes and their broccoli that's cooked just right. I always take home some of the pork and pull it apart into smaller pieces to put on street taco size tortillas later for several lunches, The beer selection is huge too & TV's are viewable from any seat. They are so nice to change a channel so you can see your favorite game and serve you well here! We topped it off with Captain Jack's Buried Treasure- Ice Cream Cake for the table. I just can't recommend these two real gourmet treats enough, so please try it you'll like it! read more

Had the best waitress!! Attentive without being annoying and so respectful and polite! The only issue I had was with the bartender. My waitress put in my drink order and from our table I could see the ticket print out for the bartender. She had 4 people sitting around the bar, two that were just recently cared for (so you know they weren't going to need her for a while). She walked past the ticket twice looking at it the first time. Then she took time to have a conversation with a male co-worker. At this point I was going to go ask her to please make my order. But she then went back behind the bar checked in with her 4 customers and proceeded to make them drinks - then finally mine. So that issue aside, had a lovely time with good food! read more

This review is based on a first-time delivery order. The results were very mixed. The order was for a full rack of ribs with one side and optional cole slaw. In addition, we ordered the French Onion Soup. We chose the onion rings as our side. First of all, the soup is way overpriced, mainly due to the fact that there was a very limited amount of onions in the broth. The broth was, however, quite delicious but doesn't make up for the tiny amount of onions. For the price paid one can expect a bowl full of onions. Also, the bowl of soup was equal to what most restaurants would call a cup of soup, not a bowl. The cole slaw was very average in both creaminess and texture... okay, but not something you would want to order as a side. The onion rings were a different story. The coating was wonderfully crisp and flavorful, and the accompanying sauce was very good, Finally, we come to the ribs. Sadly, they were very average too. They were definitely not fall off the bone tender, seeming more overcooked than necessary. At least there was enough meat on the bones so that 2 of us could make a meal of them. The sauce had a slight kick, but nothing off-putting. There were a couple of other items on the menu that caught our attention so we may place another order later on, but I would not call this a go-to place on our list of favorites. read more

Let me just say this place is complete dog shit. The french fries were really good. The mashed potatoes were so disgusting. It tasted like it was made out of dirty dishwater, and rotten goat milk. I've never tasted mashed potatoes so disgusting in my life. I guarantee prison mashed potatoes taste way better. The wings were OK. The jerk seasoning was good. I just didn't like how soggy the chicken tasted. So we complain to the manager, and the manager seem to have an attitude and told us he took half the wings off and the mashed potatoes and the zigger nachos off. He later said we should get something that we actually will like because he wont be taking it off the tab. His attitude wasn't called for. The waitress was awesome. Her name was Olivia. She was very helpful and nice. She offered us some free ice cream on the house because of how the manager was twards us. I will never be at this place ever again. read more

I waited an hour a half just for my food to come out raw. Also the food here is horrendous.

1 hour wait when not busy, all the food came out either cold or over cooked, waitress would not acknowledge us and all this on Mother's Day!

A small group of us stopped in Monday to celebrate a birthday. Service was slow from the start but not too bad. We ordered drinks, an appetizer, and dinners. By the time we got our nachos, we all needed drinks but our server was MIA. We got refills right before our food was dropped off by the food runner. My meal was very bland but nothing a little hot sauce can't fix, my husband needed steak sauce for his unseasoned steak, and another's dish was cold. By the time our server did appear, we were over it and ready to go. We boxed our food to make it taste better at home. We had planned on getting another round and dessert but by this point we had been sitting for about 2 hours and the kids were ready to go. This may be a good place to sit at the bar for some drinks and appetizers but I'd never recommend sitting in the dining room. read more

Basic sports bar. Good food and beer selection. Nothing spectacular but nothing bad and no reason to avoid.

First time eating at this location, but great outing! Our server was friendly and fairly prompt, the food was great, and the wait wasn't that bad especially considering how packed the place was. We had mozzarella sticks as an app and they were one of my favorite iterations. They are a little bit thinner which shifted the crunch to gooey ratio for the better in my opinion. They were a few bucks more than most places, but you get more sticks. Sure they are thinner, but only a little, and we got 12 in the order! The Cobb salad was really good an a generous portion. For me I stuck with the zingers so I could get their amazing Mt. St. Helen's sauce. If you haven't had it before it is pretty spicy, but if you're used to spice then you can really appreciate the flavor. Definitely the best flavor sauce I've had at that level of spiciness. For desert we split the Captain Jack's Buried Treasure and it was delicious! I've had it 1 other time and it wasn't to frozen, but this one was perfect. It's a triple layer ice cream cake with whipped cream and chocolate sauce on top of an Oreo cookie crust. It's totally worth the money and calories. read more

Yeah, pretty standard American chain. I put off trying this place for the same reason I don't frequently go to Chill's or Applebee's -- expansive menus with large portions of mediocre dishes, a loud and obnoxious atmosphere, not-quite-clean tables, etc. But my husband was curious and is always looking for somewhere new to watch some sportsball games, so we finally gave it a try. It was about what you'd expect. The service at the bar area, where we were seated, was super slow (maybe it's better if you actually sit at the bar?). Our artichoke dip appetizer was too hot to taste and came out moments before our sandwiches, so we didn't really have time to let it cool off and dig in. For lunch we ordered a chicken BLT for the hubs, Cue cheeseburger with bacon for the kiddo, and the Gardein chipotle black bean burger for me. I was surprised to see the Gardein option on the menu -- not something I was expecting, but I was thankful for the option. Our sandwiches were all dry, and it took several attempts to flag our server down in order to get mayo and ketchup. Both the burgers were ok, though, and the fries were well-seasoned. Nothing to write home about, but nothing inedible. My husband's meal left a little to be desired, as did the rather bland artichoke dip. I was disappointed by the local/craft options on the beer list, but your standard adult domestic water brands are all represented. If you're in need of a TV though, you're in luck. I think Miller's and PJ Wheilhan's get their screens from the same place. If we come back again, it will be to try the wings. We're always looking for a good place to get wings, and while I don't have super high hopes, ya never know. Then again, Quips and ABG downtown have good wings and are more my speed beverage-wise, so maybe I'll send the hubs back here on his own. read more

This is my second night to have dinner at Miller's. The Oso Bucio was amazing. The potatoes were a bit loose, but the flavors were great. The side salad was enormous for the money. The server initially forgot to bring the salad, but she recovered well. The second night I had the 12 wings with a side of fries. I sauced with the 5 Pepper on six and the Hot Garlic on the other six. The flavor of the sauces was good, but I expected more from the 5 pepper. A bit sweet and not hot for the spiciest sauce they offer. The hot garlic was more of my flavor profile with a hint of vinegar and a good bite but not overly hot. read more

Fun atmosphere for a happy hour and dinner with the family. In the summer the 2nd half of the building opens up to be a deck style seating and bar which is awesome. The restaurant isn't too big and there seems to be wait time during normal busy hours of the day. Menu has a good selection and all the food I saw being served around me looked amazing. They have great drink specials and a huge drink menu. I have only experienced happy hour with drinks and an appetizer so far. The bartenders were nice and the service was fair. Bathrooms were messy. Parking lot is big with plenty of spots. Looking forward to going back and reporting on food! read more
