One of my favorite go-to restaurants in the Lancaster area is the Chili's located near the Park City Mall! My family and I recently went there for dinner the other night, and between making a reservation for a table to the speedy service we received courtesy of our busy hostess who was also tending to the bar patrons that night, everything was absolutely perfect from the drink refills to the taste and temperature of our food! I decided to order some takeout for lunch and went to the website. The checkout function was not working and just wouldn't let you pay even after 5 attempts. So I called it in and the customer service was really good. The woman was very attentive and apologized for the website issues. I got the $10.99 spicy chicken sammich with fries and soup. The sandwich was delicious and huge, although not very spicy. The soup was chicken enchilada and had a nice flavor. The fries were decent and abundant. I was really impressed with the chicken sandwich. I also had a watermelon lemonade which was nice. The pickup area is very small and got tight with 4 people picking up. read more

The wait time was unacceptable. Not the actual time (90 minutes) but the fact that when we added our name to the list we were told it would be 20-30 minutes. Based on that we waited. 30 minutes turned into 45 and then 60. By then we had invested an hour and it was too late to leave and move on. Finally after 90 minutes we got seated. I don't know if that is policy to get people to stay or a mistake by the attendant. Either way it's unacceptable. Meals were good and table service very good. read more

Absolutely loved the service & the food came out soo quickly. It was all very delicious, didn't even have time to snap a photo!

First the guy on the phone was rude and claimed to be "too busy" to help me. Then you join the waitlist and go from 12th to 3rd in line and told it's still going to be another 30+ minutes before you can be seated because people walked in before you could arrived even though you joined the waitlist. The food was amazing and our server was great. My only problems were with the mixed drinks and one of the servers. I tried to modify a drink so it wasn't so strong but apparently they pre make them all so I couldn't which kind of sucked. Also, the woman who dropped off our food basically threw it on the table and it almost spilled all over me and then she walked away. Our waitress was friendly and upbeat, which set the tone for my experience. She brough over tortilla chips, which were super thin, crunchy and pretty much, amazing. They were the "star" of my meal. A trio of sauces (queso, guacamole, salsa) was basic. The guac was freshly mashed, but held little flavor of lime/cilantro; salsa was pureed, no heat, absence of flavor and queso, your basic, heated cheese sauce. Refrain from this mediocre appetizer, but def get more chips. It had been ages, since I've eaten at a Chili's. Back in the day, the menu wasn't nearly as extensive. Since it was a chili's restaurant, I opted for their chili. It was as if that chili had spent days in a crockpot, with all it's goodness and spices, cooked out of it. Spent 45 minutes waiting outside on the waitlist, for them to remove us from the waitlist immediately when I went to my car to wait instead

Very disappointed, we got sat at the end table against the wall, the wall was so dirty it looked like it hasn't been cleaned in years.. our waitress was very polite and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was not good at all, the cheese sticks were hard and the cheese was cold, my chicken sandwich was thrown together, the chicken was still pink and spongy, my sister got a hamburger and it was not cooked to what she asked. the new mac and cheese was hard and dry . will notttt be returning :( read more

Beware of any links Chili sends you to get help with gift cards. I had received a Be Our Guest electronic gift card for a carry out order which was botched (which also would have earned them 0 stars). I was having trouble retrieving it to print it and Chili's on-line chat sent me a link to get help through JustAnswer.com. It said there was a "totally refundable" $5. Not only was my $5 not refunded, it signed me, without notice, to a $40 membership with JustAnswer.com. I am contesting it with my credit card and reporting this incident. Shame on you Chili's/Brinkers for this fraudulent practice of tricking your customers into purchasing a JustAnswer membership. read more

I had a great experience today. Me and my partner went to chilis in the morning, which we have never done before. Everyone was very nice and our food came out very quickly . The last time we went there, they anything that we wanted! It was there the last time we were there, and then gone! I know the people can't do anything but management seriously has to stop taking things that people love off of the expect them to keep coming back. This is the second time I've been to Chili's this month and both experiences have been really good! The previous time we came, my Dad and I both got the baby back ribs. One with the honey chipotle rub, and one with the BBQ rub. Both were delicious and the meat fell right off the bone! We also got the nachos as an appetizer and they were also really tasty. This past time we were here, I got the Bacon Rancher burger which was a big boy (Around 2000 calories, which I earned since I ran a marathon that morning), and it hit the spot. I have never been to a Chili's before and I was surprised to see this chain was actually decent! Employees were very friendly and on top of checking in with us. I went during lunch hour during the week which I thought would be crowded, not the case. It's a great place to grab lunch and have lunch meetings. WORST dining experience EVER at Chili's in Lancaster, PA! Kat the supervisor thinks it's acceptable to do new employee orientation IN the restaurant right next to customers. No ear phones were used and even though the music was very loud, I could hear "employee orientation" in one ear and music in the other. Stressful, aggravating dining - wish I would have just stayed home. We have been going to Chilis for MANY years and never experienced such a horrible dining experience. Guess it's hard these days to get reasonable, competent management. Definitely cannot recommend after this! read more

I love coming to this Chili's. I actually just came two days in a row. Everyone that works here is super nice, attentive, and welcoming. Especially Heather. She is a great server and bartender! On top of the exceptional service, the food is consistent and comes out so fast. I'm not usually a fan of chains, but there's something about this place that feels homey. I will be back. read more
