I kept seeing the commercials about the three for me for $10 deal and I thought it sounded pretty good. You get your choice of an appetizer which is either chips and salsa, salad or a soup I went with a cup of soup. The server suggested the potato soup so I ordered it. For the meal, I had the crispy chicken sandwichwith fries. The drink is the third option. I probably could've done without the potato soup. It wasn't as good as the server recommended. I should've gone with the tortilla soup. The chicken sandwich was huge and really good and had nice flavor. The fries that come with that were also crispy and well seasoned and the strawberry lemonade always hits the spot at Chili's. If you want a bargain go try out the three for me deal. read more

Came to Chili's for a quick dinner and accidentally left feeling like I could join a fajita cult. We got the Fajitas for Two which arrived at the table with the drama of a Broadway debut, sizzling like they were mad at someone. Juicy meat, plenty of tortillas, and enough toppings to make you forget you said you'd eat light tonight. The Southwest Egg Rolls? Yeah, those little guys are dangerous. Crispy, cheesy, and dipped in avocado ranch like they know they're the favorite child. I'm not saying I'd trade a family member for another order but I'd definitely consider it. honestly we used to be regulars at chilis but overtime the quality of the food and service has just pushed us away. we came in today because it's been awhile... and we won't be back for awhile. Our server was the bartender in the cocktail area and honestly, 1/10. Our drinks took forever, we were offered water, accepted the offer and had to ask for them. took him a while to bring our waters and to bring our daughters juice (after asking twice for her juice). service was slow, not very effective or efficient. (They were not very busy) They brought out chips without the queso we ordered. When it finally came out 10 minutes later, it was cold. After another 15 minutes our food finally came out. I ordered the chipotle bowl with salmon. The salmon was so over cooked that it was more like jerky. $50 and 1.5 hours later we left wishing we would have chosen somewhere else. read more

This chilis really ruined a bunch of young boys bday celebration! My son and like 3-4 of his best friends all have birthdays in the same week so they chose to go there for a dinner. First off his food came out cold. Then, Not only did the restaurant call them liars they then proceeded to force several of them to pay for the little bs bday dessert. If you didn't want to give it to them all you had to say is we aren't doing it at this time or we are limited to the amount of them we do per table! We stopped by Chili's for lunch on a Saturday around noon. The restaurant was mostly empty, so we were expecting pretty quick service. Unfortunately that was not the case. We were sat in the bar area and our drink orders were taken relatively quickly, but that's where the good service ended. The menu is drastically cut down and many of the "classic" menu items, like chicken crispers, aren't even close to the original recipes anymore. Really disappointing to see how far Chili's has fallen, very on par with Applebee's. Our food took almost 30mins and was brought out like warm. Also noticed towards the end of our meal that the burger we ordered was missing some of the toppings, like Avocado, but it wasn't even worth mentioning at that point. If you're looking for that classic Chili's nostalgia, that's long gone. The limited menu isn't great and the overall service is subpar. read more

Great drinks, attentive wait staff, and plenty of good food. My only complaint was that my food wasn't as warm as I would like it to have been, but it just made it easier and quicker to eat because it wasn't hot. My late husband Jerry, loved this location before the new manager came on board. It took us awhile to come around, but the new manager is a real gem. We loved the bottomless chips and salsa while they lasted. Believe me, the cooks here KNOW what they are doing. This location has gone completely downhill in service in the evening. When people say no guacamole because they are allergic, they doesn't mean scrape it off and try to hide it and still serve it!! I come here regularly and always ask to be seated in Christian's section. I don't care if I have to wait. It's well worth it! He remembers my preferences and I never have to ask for my ice tea or chips and salsa to be refilled. HE'S ON IT! He runs circles around everyone else (who I'm sure are good.) His personality is fantastic and his energy is amazing. You can tell that he's the type of person that doesn't drag negativity into work with him. No matter what, Christian will give you the best customer service around. If he were to change locations, I would make the drive to patronize wherever he would be. I love the steak fajitas, but I'm picky. Christian makes sure that the kitchen makes them MY way, so I can enjoy them. It's the little things that add up to an awesome experience. Upon walking in we requested a certain booth and we're told we had to sit in another booth across the room. They were not busy so I asked why and wa told it needed to be cleaned. A negative number of stars would be better. Feb 22 placed a curbside order. After waiting 1 1/2 hrs and they still could not tell us how much longer it would be we canceled the order. They said it would be processed as a candle at the end of the day due to so many orders and how far behind they were. After still not receiving a refund on our card we went back on Mar 11 to resolve the issue. Gave them an option to just make our order for us then and they refused. They also refused to refund the order blaming it on corporate. This is theft. We will no longer give thieves our business. read more

Went from Applebee's to Chili's in less than 15 minutes because we wanted fried pickles. Now I wish we never would have left the first establishment. As soon as we were walking up to the 'To Go' door an employee makes eye contact and walks to the back. Five minutes later another employee walks by, no greeting, just walks by. Walk up to the bar, no greeting, but we hear the bartender talking about his business and how hungover he was. Talk about a SUPER negative experience.
