I tend to avoid big chain restaurants, but I'm up for an occasional visit. This visit to Chili's on Lake Worth Boulevard exceeded expectations. First off, my friend and I ordered margaritas on the rocks. They were well made and enjoyable. I ordered chicken fajitas. They were good and plentiful. I was happy with the amount of food. Reasonably priced for the quality and portion size. My friend ordered a double smash burger. The burger was huge. It tasted good, as did the fries. The wait staff was friendly and efficient. The bill was reasonable. Restaurant appeared clean and comfortable. All in all, I'd say our visit was a happy one. We will stop by for dinner and drinks again. read more

Really disappointing experience at Chili's tonight. I ordered a blended margarita, and it came out on the rocks. I explained that I ordered it blended, not on the rocks. The server asked, "You mean a frozen?" I said yes. but still it never came, instead Our main waiter came over and told me that Chili's doesn't have blended margaritas. i said blended and frozen usually mean the same thing but Instead of just correcting the order, he argued with me about the terminology and how they arent the same thing. At that point, I was frustrated and told him to forget the drink altogether. but come on man, I just wanted a damn margarita! Unfortunately, the rest of the meal wasn't much better. Our food took forever to come out. My steak fajitas were dry and way overcooked, and my husband's burger & fries were stale and tasted like our food had been sitting under a heat lamp for 15 minutes before they brought it to us. We also didn't have any salt or pepper on the table. Mistakes happen, and I understand that restaurants get busy. What really made the experience frustrating was the attitude when I tried to clarify a very simple drink order. I wasn't asking for anything complicated--I wanted a blended/frozen margarita, not one on the rocks. Between the long wait, overcooked food, stale fries, missing table basics, and the attitude from our waiter, this was not the experience we expected. Hopefully management takes the feedback seriously and addresses both the food quality and customer service. read more

Sometimes you just have to go old school and that was yesterday when I stopped by the Chili's in Lake Worth. I kept seeing the commercials about the three for me for $10 deal and I thought it sounded pretty good. You get your choice of an appetizer which is either chips and salsa, salad or a soup I went with a cup of soup. The server suggested the potato soup so I ordered it. For the meal, I had the crispy chicken sandwichwith fries. The drink is the third option. I probably could've done without the potato soup. It wasn't as good as the server recommended. I should've gone with the tortilla soup. The chicken sandwich was huge and really good and had nice flavor. The fries that come with that were also crispy and well seasoned and the strawberry lemonade always hits the spot at Chili's. If you want a bargain go try out the three for me deal. read more

Came to Chili's for a quick dinner and accidentally left feeling like I could join a fajita cult. We got the Fajitas for Two which arrived at the table with the drama of a Broadway debut, sizzling like they were mad at someone. Juicy meat, plenty of tortillas, and enough toppings to make you forget you said you'd eat light tonight. The Southwest Egg Rolls? Yeah, those little guys are dangerous. Crispy, cheesy, and dipped in avocado ranch like they know they're the favorite child. I'm not saying I'd trade a family member for another order but I'd definitely consider it. Service was quick and friendly, the vibe was relaxed, and we left full, mildly smoky, and already planning to accidentally come back again soon. read more

Visited with my family. Service was okay, nothing special. The reason for the low rating was a side dish that appeared to have a finger mark in it. I can't say for certain, but that's how it looked to us, and we didn't feel comfortable eating it. Maybe there was an innocent explanation, but it raised concerns about food handling and took away from the overall experience. read more

Another great meal from Chilis on Lake Worth Blvd in Azle, TX! Thanks to our new friend, Paul, for shining for Chilis! We asked for hot chips and the 1st delivery was disappointing, Paul, saw the reaction and came over to deliver warm chips instantly. Without a word steaming tortilla chips were replaced. read more

honestly we used to be regulars at chilis but overtime the quality of the food and service has just pushed us away. we came in today because it's been awhile... and we won't be back for awhile. Our server was the bartender in the cocktail area and honestly, 1/10. Our drinks took forever, we were offered water, accepted the offer and had to ask for them. took him a while to bring our waters and to bring our daughters juice (after asking twice for her juice). service was slow, not very effective or efficient. Based off the fact we couldn't locate a manager even... we're just gonna stick to applebees, better prices and way better service. read more

Great food good portions clean and friendly... great for families! Prices are affordable

Amazing service, ambiance, and food was outstanding if I could give 6 stars I would. My recommendation on what to get would be to get the three for me. You get an entree drink and side for a great deal 10/10. read more

We were seated in the bar area, which was fine except the bartender was not interested in waiting tables. It took 15 minutes to have our order taken. (They were not very busy) They brought out chips without the queso we ordered. When it finally came out 10 minutes later, it was cold. After another 15 minutes our food finally came out. I ordered the chipotle bowl with salmon. The salmon was so over cooked that it was more like jerky. $50 and 1.5 hours later we left wishing we would have chosen somewhere else. read more

This chilis really ruined a bunch of young boys bday celebration! My son and like 3-4 of his best friends all have birthdays in the same week so they chose to go there for a dinner. First off his food came out cold. Then, Not only did the restaurant call them liars they then proceeded to force several of them to pay for the little bs bday dessert. If you didn't want to give it to them all you had to say is we aren't doing it at this time or we are limited to the amount of them we do per table! You don't force them to pay for it later when it's presented as complimentary. We won't ever be back to this trash location and I see why it has 2.5 stars. Do better! read more

We stopped by Chili's for lunch on a Saturday around noon. The restaurant was mostly empty, so we were expecting pretty quick service. Unfortunately that was not the case. We were sat in the bar area and our drink orders were taken relatively quickly, but that's where the good service ended. The menu is drastically cut down and many of the "classic" menu items, like chicken crispers, aren't even close to the original recipes anymore. Really disappointing to see how far Chili's has fallen, very on par with Applebee's. Our food took almost 30mins and was brought out like warm. Also noticed towards the end of our meal that the burger we ordered was missing some of the toppings, like Avocado, but it wasn't even worth mentioning at that point. If you're looking for that classic Chili's nostalgia, that's long gone. The limited menu isn't great and the overall service is subpar. read more

When in today for a quick bite this afternoon. It was a little busy with a lot of empty tables. After the hostess seated you no waiter came to take our order. was just sitting at the table waiting for my food and then the waiter. I don't always eat at Chili's but when I do, I usually get the Fajitas and Appetizer trio to share. It can get a little busy depending on the time of day/week. Our food is always salty but we don't mind washing it down with some margaritas. Chips and salsa are really good though. read more

Bartender was awesome, staff were great. Manager could definitely benefit in being re-educated with TABC laws. While it isn't a huge deal, it's annoying. I had to remain in the restaurant 30ish minutes after close to finish a drink I asked to be placed to go. To then be told I could not take it to go. Not a big deal. Just annoying. Whatever confusion the staff may have is beyond me. Great experience overall. Won't be back soon. read more

It was our first time trying Chili's, and it was delicious. We ordered: (1) Oldtimer (2 Thin Beef Patties, No Pink, Fries) (1) Original Full Order Ribs (Roasted Street Corn, Black Beans) Everything was perfect except part of our Original Full Order Ribs were missing -- instead of getting a full order, we had half an order. Aside from this, everything was pretty good. I would definitely return, both in person and via delivery services. read more

$35 for 2 Presidente Margaritas, an app, 2 entrees, and a dessert - not too shabby! $10 for a drink, house salad or soup, and an entree Join their rewards program and get free chips and salsa or a free non-alcoholic drink for a one time offer. The $35 deal is definitely worth it. I don't know if it was a fluke or they're regularly this good, but my chicken fajitas were bomb! The meat wasn't dry, the beans and rice were tasty, and it all came with salsa, guac, cheese, sour cream, and pico. AND it's worth mentioning that the dessert (to be shared) is a full portion. Other restaurants usually offer miniature sized desserts and DO NOT come with drinks either. I also have to say that their chicken enchilada soup is my fave. Try it if you haven't yet. All in all, I'm definitely glad I chose to eat here for dinner tonight. read more

Everytime we come to the Lake Worth location we wait 15-20 min for a table. But 2/3 of the tables are un occupied? There is always 2 or 3 workers at the hostess station? Came for the three for $10 offer and hoping that the Carnitas were on the menu however, although the commercial said so - they apparently don't have them here. Great drinks, attentive wait staff, and plenty of good food. My only complaint was that my food wasn't as warm as I would like it to have been, but it just made it easier and quicker to eat because it wasn't hot. The pickles that came with my husband's hamburger were to die for. Can't ever go wrong with Chili's! Several days later we did go back with family and had a terrible experience, however it was allll the waitress...ugh. Also got the chicken dinner again as my as my DIL-both items were not quite warm. read more

Shame how they prioritize the price of the food versus the taste. You should hold off on having mid-level expectations.

My late husband Jerry, loved this location before the new manager came on board. It took us awhile to come around, but the new manager is a real gem. We loved the bottomless chips and salsa while they lasted. Believe me, the cooks here KNOW what they are doing. They know how to keep my quesadilla soft in the middle and crunchy on the outside like I like it. Last time I visited, I ordered outside my comfort zone. The queso was AMAZING and the burger was juicy! So glad I branched out... maybe you should too every now and then. Sometimes I splurge for the chocolate lava cake if I'm missing Jerry (RIP). I come here regularly and always ask to be seated in Christian's section. I don't care if I have to wait. It's well worth it! He remembers my preferences and I never have to ask for my ice tea or chips and salsa to be refilled. HE'S ON IT! He runs circles around everyone else (who I'm sure are good.) His personality is fantastic and his energy is amazing. You can tell that he's the type of person that doesn't drag negativity into work with him. No matter what, Christian will give you the best customer service around. If he were to change locations, I would make the drive to patronize wherever he would be. I love the steak fajitas, but I'm picky. Christian makes sure that the kitchen makes them MY way, so I can enjoy them. It's the little things that add up to an awesome experience. He even goes the extra mile and makes the cheesecake look beautiful! read more

This location has gone completely downhill in service in the evening. When people say no guacamole because they are allergic, they doesn't mean scrape it off and try to hide it and still serve it!! The Nashville hot boneless wings were not it at all. It had no spice and the flavor wasn't really flavoring. It was like a powdery seasoning and oily, it got to a point where I had to stop eating it because I was getting sick of it . My daughter's quesadillas were extremely hard and crisp she didn't eat it. I understand I will get a cheap/watered down margarita when I order a $6 one from Chili's, but I didn't think I would get ZERO alcohol, a virgin frozen margarita! And speaking of water, the skillet queso, which has always been a solid choice, was also super runny and watery, boo! And considering they've upped the queso price by a couple bucks, extra disappointed. And I did it as a curbside order, so not like I was going to drive another 30 minutes total to get it fixed/replaced. read more

Went to have a nice meal with my son and ended up leaving and taking my business to APPLEBEES! Upon walking in we requested a certain booth and we're told we had to sit in another booth across the room. They were not busy so I asked why and wa told it needed to be cleaned. No problem, we'll wait. We then here the bartender loudly telling the hostess that "THEN THEURE JUST GOING TO HAVE TO WAIT!" (which is what we were doing) A friend of mine came in while we were waiting and we started chatting, the hostess then came over and informed us that the bartender refused to wait on us if we were planning on sitting together!?! We weren't planning on sitting together but to be refused service for no other reason than the bartender didn't want to have to work! To say we were astounded at this would be an understatement!! A negative number of stars would be better. Feb 22 placed a curbside order. After waiting 1 1/2 hrs and they still could not tell us how much longer it would be we canceled the order. They said it would be processed as a candle at the end of the day due to so many orders and how far behind they were. After still not receiving a refund on our card we went back on Mar 11 to resolve the issue. Gave them an option to just make our order for us then and they refused. They also refused to refund the order blaming it on corporate. This is theft. We will no longer give thieves our business. read more
