Avoid. Visited this location recently expecting the quality of service i've gotten at other chili's but was greatly disappointed. My partner and i ordered waters and an appetizer right off the bat but it took an unexaggerated hour for us to receive absolutely anything. Our waitress didn't even come back to let us know of any backups that may have caused the delay. For an hour we sat ignored. Im not a difficult person to please so many times if an establishment is busy im very understanding. They were not busy. Two other tables were seated, served, and left before we even got our entrees. When we did receive our food everything was cold and the chips we received were stale. I am fairly confident we were discriminated against. This is another place that we go to often for lunch due to the variety of food they offer (always a good thing when going out as a group). There is one thing we all love though, the chips and queso! No where else compares to the thin, crispy chips at Chili's. Y'all know what I'm talking about! Sure, they have their signature dishes like the baby back ribs, chicken crispers, and southwestern eggrolls, but those chips! We never have a problem with service at this location whether it's just a few of us or the whole office. Great place for lunch since you're able to pay for your tab at the table. This place felt grungy from the minute we sat down. The table was sticky with the type of film that only builds up after a long time of inadequate cleaning. The menu was covered with that same slimy film with the added bonus of crusty, food covered pages. We ordered chips and queso and whatever came out of the kitchen looked nothing like queso and had weird tapioca-tasting globs of what I guess was hamburger or sausage. I ordered bacon ranch quesadillas which were made wrong from what the menu said, but whatever, I figured they were as good as they could get. My daughter ordered shrimp pasta and said it had a weird flavor. We enjoyed the trivia games at the table, but I was surprised when they added $1.99 to our bill to play them. She put me on hold without a warning and made me wait for about 10 minutes. Then another woman answered and kept screaming hello to me until I once again told her my issue. The food was great! Everything was perfect, the steak was cooked medium just like I asked and it was still hot by the time it got to us. The only thing that wasn't 5 star worthy is the amount of time it took to get seated and once we were seated the food hadn't come out for another 45 minutes or so. I've been eating at this Chili's for 22+years. We ordered through Uber Eats tonight and the food was horrible, to say the least. French fries were cold, had to re-heat which gives them a chalky texture. Ribs were okay. Buffalo chicken salad was all wrong. Chicken was not crispy, tortilla strips were soggy not crisp, lettuce was mostly iceberg shaved thin and limp as can be. Romaine would make a much better salad and stay crisp and fresh longer. I threw most of the salad away it was just that bad. They need to get their act together! They have been in business forever; they should know what they are doing by now. The service sucks here and has been on a continuous decline in the past couple of years. The smell of smoke from the bar hits you when you walk in. I'm kind of sad that I didn't see the Shiner bbq flavored ribs on the menu here anymore either. Unfortunately, I was here with hungry kids, sat for ten minutes without even being greeted or giving drink orders, walked out and went to one of the other many area restaurants. I won't be back. Typically do not write reviews on Chilis because they all are what they are, sub-par. Hostess was super nice. Waitstaff...our waitress was nice? I guess ? Not really attentive and we have been giving nice size cash tips during Covid ( trying to support people that are actually working). We wanted to give our waitress a cash tip, while she did not deserve the amount we were giving, we wanted to still give it to her. Guess she saw we did not tip on the card /used table tablet to pay at her request. Waived her over to give it to her and ask for a Togo tea. She sent someone else and would not come to our table. So we removed $30 from the tip. Some people. Does not take brains to work here. Again, Chilis is chilis and this is typical. Never great! I have sworn over the years to never go back but I always let some stupid family member convince me to try again. First time at this location...we were seated quickly got our order in then the 30 minute wait began for our food.... our server did check in with us and update us that it should be not much longer.... the food arrived cold but it arrived after i complained about the wait. We did speak with manager he offered us complimentary dessert we declined. Our bill was adjusted for our troubles. Hate that they allow smoking in this restaurant. If the smell of cigarette smoke bothers you, I do not recommend this place because it reeks of smoke. The service is pretty spotty too. The food sometimes takes a while to come out so I don't recommend coming here at a peak time if you're in a hurry. I do appreciate the fact that they have those kiosks at the table now where you can pay for your meal - it helps to get out a lot quicker. Mediocre to bad service, mediocre food - we're done. We've been frequenting this Chili's for years now just because it's convenient, and at our last visit we decided we've had enough. The service has consistently gone downhill, and during the last visit our food took an extra long time (20+ minutes) to arrive at our table. The food itself was sub-par: dry ribs, old corn and under cooked fajita onions. Advise to management: you need to hire better servers and kitchen staff - but the servers are worse. Your servers have minimal skill and behave very unprofessionally in the dining room floor. During one of our visits we witnessed one of the servers spill food and their cleanup efforts were terrible - they barely cleaned up their mess.
