They usually need a 30 minute notice to be about to accommodate a big party, but they did an amazing job in such a short time. I do appreciate it. The service was really good. Experience and service was overall mediocre, I called in advance to see if there was any wait time, they said no. When I arrived, I was quickly seated and there were maybe 2 other tables getting taken care of, It took our server around 15-20 minutes just to take our drink order, by then we were already ready to order but right when we were going to order our server walked away before we could say anything, then proceeded to take another 15 minutes just to come back and take our food order. We then had to wait another 15-20 minutes for our food, no problem there, I understand the cooks move as quickly as they can but when we received our order they gave me all ranch for my triple dipper and I had ordered one of each, fine. This location is pretty par for the course in terms of Chili's. I will say it looks like the exterior has been recently redone (a facelift) As we stepped thru the door there was a foul odor, much like old mop water or wet trash. It was later masked by the better smells coming from the kitchen, but it was slightly off putting I visited on a lunch break, and the hostess and server were kind. The service was fine, and the food wasn't anything special, but wasn't bad Some tips: When you sign up online/on app members receive a free dessert on their birthday. I just order Uber Eats for food from Chili's as I like their food. The address is for a hotel as i just checked in and was hungry and wanted something for lunch. I ordered the mango tea that's on the menu but when my food order arrived, it had in the receipt no mango tea and instead supposed to be sweet tea but the tea was unsweetened. The fries were small and pathetic for a side that's $6 and my salad came with no forks or napkins. For the price it was definitely not worth ordering from Chili's at this location. Tonight my friend and I went to Chilis to celebrate her new car. Our waiter couldn't have been better! At least one of the stars is for him. We ordered margaritas and appetizers as our meal. We got extra margaritas because the bar send rock instead of frozen. Bonus margaritas are the bomb! My experience here was terrible. My family and I had a late lunch. The restaurant was not busy, but appeared to be under-staffed. After ordering drinks with the hostess they never came. The person that brought water retook our order and brought everything but the alcohol. Took my family for dinner to end our funday Sunday. My favorite dish here used to be the chicken crispers. I did not know they have changed the recipe and now they are more like extra super crispy chicken tenders. Instead of coming with corn on the cob it comes with mac n cheese. Definitely not worth $15.99. I asked for lemon for my water and Tabasco for my chicken. Never got it. All our drinks were low and waiter was no where to be found. I was never so embarrassed eating here. I have been coming to this chilis for over 8 years. Sometimes, twice a week. Always had good service, until today. I sat at the bar as I usually do. The gentleman that was working the bar was not the first time I had him as a waiter. He is rude. He rushes you to make an order, and just all around seems like he does not want to be there. When I was ready to leave, and was paying and checking out. I was leaving an honest review of what I thought the service was like. The manager, Jimmy, was looking over my shoulder and started to scold me on how I was leaving a bad review. When I told him what problems I had with the review. He scolded me on how it was not a fair review. I am not sure how the information from reviews is used, but I can tell you this. They are not used to improving the way you are treated at Chilis. Like i said, I probably have been in this chilis over 500 times in the past 8 years, and I never was treated the way I was treated today by Jimmy. I know it means nothing to chilis, but I will never set foot in another chilis. Rude, abnoxius treatment to someone who was a regular. Maybe someone from Chilis will read this and understand. I was just being honest about the way I was being treated. I was just reading Yelp reviews on this restaurant over the past few years. If I would have read before. Typically, I press the issue (when a waitress doesn't provide an appropriate level of CS - which I feel she did not), but I didn't want to be 'stiff' (ask for a price adjustment or speak to a manager) during my Daddy's bday dinner, so I let go. Went for lunch and loved their salad and chicken Mexican soup. Beautiful sunshine and wanted a window seat. the hostess sat us near the bar and kitchen. I asked the waiter, her name is Cloe why couldn't we have service 5 feet closer to a window/ She said she could take our order and serve us by the window. Worse service I've had in a Chili's. Took an hour and a half to get an appetizer, a sandwich and my bill. The queso sat long enough before my server got to it that the top layer was solidified and the rest of the queso was warm at best. The server asked if I wanted a lemon in my water. I said no and he brought me a water with a lemon in it. The chicken sandwich I got took forever, but it was very tasty and warm. Once I was done, I waited forever before he finally asked if I wanted desert. I said no and waited longer. Eventually I went to the restroom which was so dirty I didn't even want to use it.
