Thank you Yelp. Passed by here all the time for YEARS. Saw a review about the strong margaritas and huge portion sizes. It's true! The atmosphere waa great too. Lively on a Wednesday evening. Food was yummy. Loved that they had mole enchiladas. AND we had an amazing server!!!! As we were leaving, there was a mariachi band preparing to play. Fun times!

I was in Houston, TX for one night heading to Galveston, TX for a Cruise. Someone local recommended this spot. The food was delicious with great flavor. The service was excellent from beginning to end. They music been played by a live band that game around to each table. It was a wonderful experience. If you're in the area, go by and check them out.

Tried the beef and chicken fajita tacos. Both were amazing, the beef was very tender and chicken very juicy. The refried beans and rice was pretty good too. Both salsas that came with chips good too. We will definitely be back.

Decent Mexican food. The salsas are a little bland. The flour tortillas were pretty thick. The shrimp brochette were pretty big and tasty. Portion sizes were decent. Service was good. Free parking lot. It's kind of loud inside. A mariachi band came in and walked around to solicit songs from the tables.

The food was super good , had plenty of flavor, a good portion, and reasonably priced. The free chips are a bonus! The server was super nice and respectful and was very attentive. The place also has free ice cream for all customers which is cool. Overall , a great place to go to will definitely return!

Food: I had chips, salsa, and queso which tasted good and fresh. I appreciate how either they don't add salt to the chips or very little. My waitress suggested the mini assortment of 4 Margaritas. I liked the classic and the strawberry the most. Excellent suggestion from my waitress. Service: Initially, I was a bit skeptical (I always am whenever I speak to someone in Spanish and they answer me in English). I had to be intentional and asked her to speak to me in Spanish and she did. Ambiance: Loud yet seems like a fun and friendly environment. Big TV screens everywhere and folks watching the ball game and getting rowdy...loved it! The icing on the cake was a conversation I had with another waitress who behaved as is she were a manager. She had such a nice demeanor, beautiful smile, and positive attitude. We had a conversation that could be interpreted as something negative but it was actually a beautiful experience. I asked 1,000 questions and she answered thoughtful yet truthful. I wish I could remember her name but I can't. She had long black curly hair and wore her demeanor as "boss chic". Excellent service!!!

Do you have tacos de cabeza?

Hi.. Not at the moment. Right now our tacos consist of Fajita Beef & Chicken, Carne Asada, Carnitas, Carne Picada, Shredded Chicken, Shrimp, and Fish. At some point we might start adding more meat options to our menu!

How are the margaritas here? Do they serve Patron Silver Tequila with their margaritas?

Hi Judy! Yes.. We absolutely do serve our Perfect Patron Margritas with Patron Silver! So far only positive reviews regarding our Margaritas! :)

It's in the Museum District/Montrose area, so pretty accessible and with plenty of parking. We got seated immediately, and there was a good amount of indoor and outdoor seating, the latter of which was great even on a humid day. The menu was pretty extensive with your Tex-Mex classics like fajitas and enchiladas, with a special for every day of the week. This time was a free upgrade to a large fajita, so I went with the chicken fajitas! It came out after about 20 minutes with all of the fixings and this very yummy buttery sauce. I haven't had too many fajitas, but I'm pretty confident this is a top spot!

We did have to ask for a bit of cleanup around our table from the previous guests, but considering how busy the restaurant was, it wasn't a major issue and was taken care of promptly. The food was very good and lived up to expectations. My only disappointment was the Bloody Maria, which wasn't seasoned properly and lacked the balance and depth of flavour I was hoping for. Overall, a fun, energetic spot serving very good food, with just a few minor details keeping it from being an exceptional experience. Saluti.

Parking can be challenging on weekends, but there is complimentary valet and a few extra spots in a lot across the street. There's interior and exterior seating, with cozy booths and tables. Service is friendly. Chips and salsa: Superica has some of my favorite chips, crispy and thin and perfectly fried. The avocado crema salsa and warm serrano pepper salsas are delicious with a mild kick. The bottled red salsa is fresh and green salsa packs a nice punch. Migas: Scrambled eggs with tortilla chips and cheese, choice of chicken versus chorizo on top, finished with fresh avocado. I really enjoyed this combination and the generous portion for the price. The eggs are well scrambled without being dry, and the pairing with cheese is proportional. The chicken was a touch dry, but some salsa solved that well. I enjoyed stuffing each component into a fresh tortilla and devouring it as a breakfast taco. Refried beans and rice: Really delicious. The refried beans are of the smoother variety without as much chunkiness, which I prefer, and topped with creamy cheese. I could have used a touch more tomato in the rice, but overall enjoyed the texture and flavor. Patatas with salsa roja, topped with egg: I enjoyed the flavors in this dish, but there was sooo much salsa. The potatoes were thus a little soggy, though still cooked well. The over medium egg was cooked nicely and complemented the potatoes with creamy yolk. Bacon: Really generous portion for $7 as a side, and cooked well. Crispy potatoes: I enjoy that these are fingerling potatoes smashed and roasted, but they could be crispier. They seem to be on the blander side on purpose to allow seasoning to taste, and I really like pairing them with the red bottled salsa provided at each table (probably due to their association with ketchup). Hotcakes: The literal star of every brunch, these hotcakes are consistently delicious. They're massive yet somehow cooked perfectly through so that they're fluffy and soft on the inside and just with a slight crunch on the outside. The pairing of the creamy warm (!!!) maple syrup is heavenly. Because of how huge these are, usually one is enough to share between two people, although they also come in stacks of two and three. For reference, we finished 3/4 of three between four healthy and hungry people and it wasn't for lack of trying. Whenever I crave weekend brunch, Superica is always a top option.

It was my first time trying out Tex mex style. It was so busy on a Saturday evening. The chips that were given to each table was incredibly warm and the sauces paired so well. I ordered the el manarco which is this giant piece of steak that was well charred, included this avacado and seafood grit sauce, rice + soup + gauconole/salsa.
