Horrible experience with the curbside to go pick up. Waited over an hour once arriving to the restaurant to get my order. I attempted to speak with someone by calling the number provided on my pick up text and waited on hold for over 20 mins. Chili's is a family favorite but extremely disappointed with this interaction. I said 3 adults, 3 kids and 2 really small babies. He said okay took my info and we waited with 2 restless babies. We were called into eat and when the hostess was getting our menus. He then said well it's too many people. I asked him what do you mean, you took our number of people and our information and made us wait. He said well policy is 6. I said well we have 6, two of the babies don't even eat yet and we all live together. He said no. We'd have to sit at different tables across the room. I asked him for the manager. He left and can back and said "the manager says no, we will just split you guys all up". We left and went to Applebee's and spent $200. And gave a huge tip to the waiter at Applebee's. Fantastic food, and fantastic service! I went to Chili's for lunch and wanted to place a to-go meal for my brother and I. The greeter kindly directed me to the to-go counter in the back of the restaurant. I did not have to wait long before a friendly lady was ready to take my order. My brother wanted the Oldtimer with steamed broccoli and chips and salsa. I ordered the $10 meal deal that included a strawberry lemonade (which was delicious), and the margarita chicken with rice and beans. She estimated that my wait time would be 20 minutes. The food was hot and ready to go when I returned to pick it up and the portions were great! The chicken was cooked just right and each of the food items were rich with flavor. I did not realize the chips came in a large plastic bag that we could microwave at home, to give it a piping hot, fresh texture and flavor. My brother's meal was expensive, but worth the price. Today the tables were pretty dirty and floors were dirty but normally this place is very clean and might be because it's in between Christmas and New Years but I had the big mouth bites for the first time and they were delicious. Chili's is a place you can go for a decent experience for a decent price. Their service is always friendly.Their menu and drink selections are decent. I rarely have issues with any Chili's and when I do, they have always rectified the problem. Favorite items: chips and salsa (although the salsa seems thinner these days), presidente margarita, jalapeno burger (sometimes I substitute the meat for a black bean burger because it has a great flavor). Four stars because they are always consistent and you know what you are going to get. read more

Chili's has good food. My son always wants to go here for his birthday dinner because he loved the Big-Mouth Bites Burgers but they've changed them. The baby and I have shared the Margherita Flatbread and it's actually quite flavorful and very enjoyable. Super yummy!!! We also like their Texas Cheese Fries quite a lot, and I always know that my boy wants to go there because he's addicted to the Molten Chocolate Cake....which I don't mind sharing with him!! This Chili's sucks so bad. I spent over $200 for a Mother's Day meal for a party. I placed it at 11:00 am and set it to be picked up at 4:00 pm. Got there at 3:50 pm and was not ready yet... no biggie. Then it was over 20 minutes come to find out they burnt our order and how to re-do the whole thing. So we did not get our order until 5:00 pm. The whole time we were there, they were blaming us and saying that our order was so big that it pushed back all the others. I am like really ... if you did not burn it, things would have been fine. Also, our order was not big at all, this Chili's just can't handle to go orders, apparently. I will never go this restaurant again. I have notice, that since COVID restaurants ask us to help them out, by ordering from them, but you do and they still have the nerve to give you attitude when you question your order, as stuff is missing. Went out with the family to support local restaurants so we decided to go to chili's in Hemet for the wife's birthday got there at 6:30pm and seen 2 people in the outside seating area we thought cool won't be a wait but the hostess said that they are not accepting anymore customers that during the week they are closing at 7:30pm we let her know it's only 6:30pm she said let me go check with the manager and she came back and said no they are closing early she we went down the street to Applebee's Where we got in no problem. But this past weekend my son and his gf were visiting and since she works at Chili's in SD we decied to get take out and use her 50% discount. We got two 2 for $20 meals. I got the 10oz steak and ribs with broccoli and mashed potatoes with the works and chips and salsa. While not expecting much since it is Chili's my meal was pretty good. The steak while not the greatest cut of meat was cooked right and seasoned well, quite tastey. The chips came in a large bag, they were nice and fresh and the salsa was quite good, good kick to it. The best part was we only paid $20 due to the 50% discount. for that alone i gave 3 stars. I added another star for the tastey steak and the large bag of chips and the salsa. read more

I used to come here often and the food was very good. I had stopped coming for a while and when I returned the food was not that great. This last time I went in the wait for our food was a little long and when I received my meal ( all I had ordered was a side dish ) it was burnt. I decided to make due with it and ordered dessert and we ordered the skillet chocolate chip cookie with a scoop of ice cream.... This was a mistake... The cookie tasted stale. I was very disappointed with this last trip. The only reason I did not rate them with 1 star is because this location used to be a favorite of mine. Terrible service! Wait time was way longer than what we were told. Ordered chips and salsa and literally got all broken pieces pretty much what the bottom of a chip bag would look like, we weren't even able to scoop the salsa. Waitress was not friendly. She never asked us how anything came out, if we needed anything, etc. When we let her know we were ready to order she snapped saying she would get to us. Let her know coffee was cold and she responded she knew because she gave us what was leftover in the pot and she was brewing more, well okay that would've been nice to know and that way I wouldn't have to let you know coffee was cold. Restrooms were a complete mess and menus were sticky. Place really needs help, seems like they need more staff. read more

We went here on a Monday about 5:45 pm. We were seated at a tiny booth in the dining room where, for the next 20 minutes, we were completely ignored as the wait staff passed our table numerous times. Since we were apparently invisible, we gave up and moved to seats at the bar. Slow service but at least the bartender acknowledged us, said the kitchen was slow tonight, and got us drinkks. I've lived in this valley for over 20 years and it seems it never fails, we get a good restaurant and the servers and cooks, ruin the place. Within the last two months, I have went to Chili's, I returned because the service and food quality has progressively gotten worse and I was hoping it was a fluke and sadly, it is not. A few weeks ago, at about 4pm, I visited Chili's for dinner with my wife. Service was slow, extremely slow. The restaurant was at 10% capacity, there were MAYBE 10 people in the entire place. We were seated and ordered the Tortilla chips and salsa as an appetizer, my wife ordered the Enchilada dinner and I ordered the 10oz Sirloin (med rare) The chips took 30 minutes to arrive, no apology, nothing. 35 minutes later, my steak arrived and it was over cooked, when I say over cooked, I mean DARK brown with char marks, when she placed the steak in front of me, I sliced the steak from end to end and it was grey inside. I showed the server, she rolled her eyes and took the plate back. My new steak arrived 20 minutes later on a fresh plate, my wife's enchilada plate was nowhere to be found. I asked the server, (Bleached Blond Girl) if my wife's food would be coming and she said she would check. The server brought my wife's food 25 minutes AFTER I asked her about it. 1 AND A HALF HOURS LATER after our order was placed. The EXACT same thing happened almost 4 weeks later with the SAME server. I am done, never again. I will drive to Temecula or Murrieta to dine out. It never fails. the locals ALWAYS destroy the jobs in our town. read more

We have utilized curbside pickup on several ocassionsions with great service. Today was not so. Ordered online through the app. Before arrival received a text that order was ready. Upon pulling up sent a "Here" text. Curbside parking spaces were all taken at 11:34. No one came out with our order so I walked to the door and was met by the most rude female employee with a terrible attitude. I let her know the name on our order and proceeded back to my vehicle. When she brought our order back out she advised the alcohol must be put in our trunk, again with such an argumentative tone. I showed her that our suv did not have a trunk however, I understood and had a drink holder in the back seat on the opposite side of the driver. The rude attitude continued with my request to place the bag of food on the backseat. It took 17 minutes for our server to even approach our table and when she did (Billy Jean) she was rude and extremely unpleasant. It took an additional 10 min to get drinks! I always go to this chilies. I usually never have an issue. They have a few issues they nees to work in but nothing major. Today I went out to lunch and I ordered the buffalo blue chicken strips. It's supposed to have blue cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch sauce and green onions. The pictures looked so good. What I was served was nothing to what I thought I was getting. We brought it to their attention finally 5min after that the appetizer came out cold and dry while all our food came out right after. My brother in law ordered steak fajitas with extra steak NO shrimp because he is allergic. The food runner brought out our food and he had shrimp on his plate. We waited for our server for 5min till she walked by we waived her down and told her about the meal. She apologized and took the meal back and said she will rush order a new plate. The rest of the party ate 25 to 30 min later no sight of our server and his food never came. We asked 5 different people to get our server or to see where the food was and she never came back. We finally asked for a manager and all he said was I'm sorry we didn't expect for it to be busy. We had a very poor experience and My brother in law took his food to go. We ordered two soups and only one arrived. We decided to cancel the second soup because of the extended wait time. After waiting for a long period of time, every single plate of food we ordered arrived cold. Our server never checked on us for refills. One of our cold items was returned and the server was asked to heat it up. That meal arrived after everyone at the table had finished eating.
