Terrible experience with no attempt to improve. My boyfriend and I have worked in the food service industry for years, so when we had to wait over 20 minutes for someone to take our drink order (ultimately being the hostess), we didn't mind. We understand it was a busy Saturday night. When our waitress finally arrived, she was very monotonous and unapologetic. We ordered our appetizer and meals having already looked at the menu, all was fine. Our appetizer came out quickly and was delicious. Then our meals came out. Mine was fine; great as usual. On the other hand, my boyfriend's Chili's Chili Burger had only chili. It did not have the cheese, onions, nor the tortilla strips. We find the kitchen at fault for not making the order correctly, and our server at fault for not checking it before serving the meals to us. Again, not a huge deal. It was unpleasant, nothing to throw a fit over. He ate the burger without saying anything. Throughout our meal, we NEVER saw our server. We were without napkins and refills during our meal. Our planned amount of time to spend there in order to make a movie was flushed down the toilet because of her. The table next to and behind me both exchanged words about our server's disappearances. When we finally saw her, we took it as our chance to order the Skillet Cookie even though we were not done with our meal. We figured it was better now than not seeing her again. Our first skillet cookie came out burnt, too hard to put the spoon through, and with wax paper stuck to the side and bottom of the cookie. (Picture attached.) Again, another 30 minutes until we saw our sever. AGAIN, unapologetic but put in another cookie for us. As we waited for our replacement, the manager stopped by twice. Both times he assured us the cookie was on its way, but never let us get a word in. I wanted to talk to him about the poor service, that it was still terrible even for a busy night, but he spoke while walking and without giving the opportunity to reply. *Just FYI, I never write reviews, so this means its been terrible for me to actually say something* This is probably the worst chili's I've ever gone to.. and for some reason I keep trying it, expecting different results. I've learned that I will not actually done in at this location, seeing as everyone in there is rude in one way or another. However, if you actually dine in you have the chance of letting them know when they screw up your order. My office is located fairly close to this location and so we tend to get take out maybe 3 times a year.. and every time I think "maybe it will be different" HA. I don't think it should be that difficult to follow the menu protocol to make sure all ingredients are in your salad.. after all, it is a simple salad!! If I were you I would forgo them all together, the chicken tastes microwaved and if you get the shrimp, it tastes undercooked. We frequently go to different Chilis as I used to travel quite often and we like the repeatability that this chain typically offers. We ordered the $35 meal for two and we were pretty disappointed with this location. The presidente margaritas tasted like Gatorade that I would mix at home with very little alcohol. Then we got our meals which we had mixed feelings about. The HC chicken crispers were spot on and the rare steak was as expected. The broccoli I recieved was loaded down with salt and pepper whereas the broccoli my wife recieved had no salt at all on it. Overall, I would say the food was sub par to a typical chilis and the wait was much longer. Honestly, I'm not too sure if I will return to this location. read more

We went in about an hour before they close which gave us plenty of time to eat.. Well you would think but nope! We had to wait probably 10 minutes before someone came to take our drink order. One family sat waiting for an hour and their food was so cold they couldn't eat it. When you can watch the entire hobbit movie and still not got get served within that time frame. So.... sometimes you just have to take a chance! The reviews were bad but we love Chili's in California so we didn't figure it would be so bad here. I read the reviews and I was quite hesitant but we had a big group and there was no wait. Our waitress whose name I wish I could remember was awesome. She treated each of us with a smile and a lot of patience for my grandparents who are a little bit slow. The food was as great as it was in California. It took a little while to get to us considering there weren't too many people in the restaurant, but that's okay. It was Margarita Thursday and we were busy sipping on those. I had a good experience there. I was able to knock out a beer while watching a Dodgers game. The staff was attentive and friendly.

Don't even bother..NEVER AGAIN! Write up will follow..... From the moment we walked in (WE as in me and my son) the hostess never acknowledged us. She probably walked passed us 4 times before asking how many..which I thought was strange because there was nobody else waiting, it was just me and him standing there. When I told her 2, she turned away and left us standing there. She finally came back and told me, You see that booth at the end by the exit, y'all can sit there and someone will be with you. So we walked over to the last booth before the exit across from the bar. We sat there for about 10-15 mins before the waitress came, if it weren't for my son who was hungry and did want to leave, I would have already been in my car. We finally get to order,my son tells the waitress that he would like A1 sauce with his steak and she says oh ok I will get it to you and she walks off, the waitress had to come back 3 times to ask us what did we order to drink because she forgot....as we waited I told my son I cannot believe we are still sitting here, anyway about 20 mins later a guy brings us our food, my burger was cold and NASTY and the veggies that came with my son's dish looked old. My son sat there waiting on his A1 sauce.....NEVER GOT IT! THE WAITRESS was M.I.A never came to check on us, never saw her till we it was time for her to bring the bill. In the meantime I told my son... I just want to get up and leave and let her deal with the bill, if I knew I would not get in trouble I would have just left. When she came with the bill I looked at her and said THANKS for checking to see if we needed anything, and thanks for filling up our glasses and AND MY SON WANTS TO THANK YOU for the A1 sauce... she laid the bill on the table and walked off. This is our second time trying this Chilis location and both times I would personally rate it with one star. The first time we chose Chilis togo I showed up at the convenient texted time only to wait and additional 45 mins on top of the 30 mins already waited and the food was completely cold where you can tell it was sitting for a period of time. As of this visit 2/27/2018. We showed up at Chilis to test our luck with ordering togo while being there. Little did we know they had run out of everything. Crispers, sauce, kids pizza, sprite, togo cups, steaks, ribs, etc. (I'm not kidding when I say everything.) Our wait was not as long this time, but with out ANY apologies or at least a percentage off for the inconvenience we will not be back. Chili's is what it is. If you go in not expecting more then you leave a happy customer. My 4 y/o took me out on a "date" here over the weekend. We had a perfectly good time. At 7:30 on a Saturday I expected to wait a while. We only waited for about 10 minutes which I thought was great. Our server was good, although seemingly flustered. We ordered an app, a kids meal, an entree' and a dessert. I had a long island which was kind of terrible. It tasted like mostly sour mix. Upon arrival I was greeted by a manager. She asked if someone has helper me, I stated no. She asked how many people and proceeded to tell me they would seat me shortly. I am truly disgusted with the service we received today. We ordered 2 meals one came out so cold it felt like it came out the fridge, the pasta was okay. The poor bar tender has to do everything herself. I complained about my cold shrimp it, they remade it and it took 25 minutes, at this point I was aggravated and was no longer hungry I tried to cancel my order but then the lady came back with it & I still had to pay for it.
