She was: Black, glasses, reddish hair and not to be rude but a little on the heavier side. She seems to love being on her phone most of the time and barely says anything. I'm hoping she's possibly still training so I won't be too rude. But if not I really think she should get talked to. I don't usually visit Texas but hoping this isn't how they treat people. We had a wonderful time today! We came in for an early dinner and had a wonderful young man named Carson serve us. He was super attentive and took care of our needs. My fiancée ordered the chicken bacon and ranch quesadilla, and it unfortunately didn't come out to their normal quality, however, the manager and Carson took care of it immediately. I love this Chili's!! The food is fresh and always comes out perfectly, I visited here last night with my family for my daughters birthday and we had the best time! I personally got the margarita grilled chicken and it was cooked perfectly and extremely flavorful. The service was impeccable, fast, and our waitress was very attentive and sweet. So, I've never had an issue coming to this chilis. my best friend and I decided we were gonna go eat at chilis in Greenville earlier today. around 12-130pm. The food was great, that's not the issue. I was debating on even saying anything because I'm not a mean or a rude person. However, this is weighing on my heart. I was the female with the long black hair, terrifier backpack, (like) Linus deftones shirt and black pants. My server was Veronica. I was paying in cash and it's my business whether or not I want to tip, let alone how I want to tip. My order was $44.44, so I gave her $60 and I have social anxiety as it is and was kindly explaining to her I'd like my cash back, because I was discussing with my best friend if I should give her the remaining $16 or a whole other $20 bill. I turn my head and see Veronica what looked to be like talking shit and laughing to another server which is odd, I then saw her kind of toss my change to the server as they were laughing. Which was strange because right after, she came right to me. It's disgusting how fake she is and openly talking shit right in front of everyone to see. Veronica, if you're gonna complain about if someone is tipping you big or little, don't work there? Quit blaming fucking customers about tipping and maybe hold your place of business accountable for not paying you enough.... We had to wait 30 minutes for the appetizer (queso, solid on top), then another 45 minutes for the fajitas (cold meat and veg on top, burning onions on the bottom, and a ice cold rameken of beans). Took another 20 minutes to pay the bill because the stupid tabletop screen had wandered off to another table. My daughter went for a interview and had to wait in the manager for a hour for him to tell her she didn't qualify for the position and the positions were already filled. The best bone in chicken wings I had so far from other Chili's all over the State we've been to. Golden brown crispy cooked in perfection. See, we usually order the wings , sauce on the side....and so that's what I know if it's cooked right. Most of the time we are served with 'pale' wings! A bonus? Horrible experience. My burger was cold & the meat was not even hot enough to melt the cheese. I sent it back. They just microwaved THE SAME BURGER that I had already taken a bite out of! This is a violation of their own COVID restrictions. The mgr, Chris, gave us a quick & lame "sorry about that" and offered to make me something else that he was going to charge us for. The waitress, Starr, was belligerent and tried to blame us for trying to get a free meal...which none of us ever asked for at all. I know this isn't going to change anything at that restaurant because most people just accept being treated like crap and don't say anything. Went to Chili's in Greenville tonight. The wait for our food was extremely long and two tables that came in after us got their food. The waitress was not around ever to ask her where the food was. Her name although I think is fake on receipt was Cecboss. I had to go to the front to ask for a manager. The manager came to table and started with excuses and I told her that when two other tables that came in after us get their food before us there is no excuse. Low an behold the manager goes back to the kitchen and comes back literally within seconds with our food. The food was obviously sitting for a long time because it was cold. At that point I was done. I order through the app and got it delivered w/ doordash well my dasher has told me that they were having to remake my order. Once I got my order both my salads were missing the pasta I ordered had hair in it and the steak I ordered was burnt beyond edible. I had throw away all of my order except my chips and salsa. Horrible service!! Me, my boyfriend, and his daughter had a horrible server and not only was the service bad from the start, the food was TRASH. She brings us fried pickles and they are burnt. The fries to my boyfriends food were bad. They tasted like they had been sitting out for awhile. His tenders were over cooked. And that's just the food. If it wasn't one little thing it was another with the waitress. First it starts with her bringing chocolate milk when we ask for milk, the server rarely checked on us. We went throughout our whole meal with no refill on our water. We ask for our desert to go because the terrible food took forever to come and then guess what the cookie never comes! We wait 15-20 minutes for a cookie to get warmed up for two minutes to never come. So we left. Absolutely worst service ever. read more

Then got my food and it was watery ass enchiladas and stale tortillas. Finally I had to say something and the waitress was very kind and the manager came out and took of the food and got me something better. The new manager and server answering the phone are lazy. When asked to repeat a large order and number of entrees she refused. They were told to put the order in at a specific time and chose to put it in early so the food was very cold. The manager didn't want to give us fresh fries or pasta with shrimp even though it had been sitting for close to an hour.
