This Chili's location has some of the nicest servers which sets it apart from the others. As a major restaurant chain, you should expect the same ambiance, taste, and decor as with any other Chili's. I would say this location is just a notch above in terms of executing the food. Unlimited chips and salsa, fantastic queso skillets, and can't go wrong with most items in the triple dipper. Great value, good food, awesome service.

Came to Santa Barbara and we needed some good food so we came to chili's it never disappoints Food was on point delicious steak cooked perfectly the ribs are always so yummy yummy service is always good palce always clean they always deserve 5 stars. Every time we come to see my son at USBC we come to this chillis it always hits the spot.

This was my first time at chilis since I was 10. I heard this place had good appetizers and frozen margaritas so that's exactly what I ordered. I ordered the triple dipper and the blended strawberry margarita. The triple dipper had the mozerella sticks, honey chipotle crispers and the mini burgers. My mouth was watering it was so good. I'm not sure if I'd order anything besides this here. The service was great our server checked on us many times. The ambiance was nice and relaxing, not too loud.

My favorite chilis! I'm not sure what they do but the food is always amazing and their chips and salsa are addicting! But I'm in love with their honey chipotle chicken tenders and they always have great servers that are very attentive and are always a great location for a lunch or dinner!

My fiancé craves the Deep Eddy's Texas Strawberry drink and burgers from Chili's so even though I'm not a fan, I'll agree to go every once in while. Even though I slightly dread the experience because I'd rather go to a one of a kind Santa Barbara local restaurant, this Chili's wasn't so bad. This time we decided to bring some friends who'd never been to a Chili's. The boys had burgers and both really liked them, but the highlight was the drink for them. The chicken tacos were a little watery and not much flavor in the beans and rice. Our chip appetizer didn't have enough salt either, so maybe that's what was missing from the food as well. It's the typical Chili's atmosphere, dark and cold, but very clean. It's in a great location. The waiter we had was nice and on top of it. The restaurant was not very busy so it wasn't very loud The best part of the experience was the company, but would have much rather been to a local joint.

I love this place. Get the "3 for Me" deal. This deal covers a lot of the popular options for entrees and appetizers and it's a really good price for a delicious meal. Everything together came out to be around $18 per person with this deal and we all got what we wanted. You also have the option to get the bottomless chips and salsa as your appetizer and that can easily cover the table. My favorite combo is the cajun shrimp pasta for the entree, loaded baked potato soup for the appetizer, and strawberry lemonade for the drink. I loved getting this as a college student. Food comes out really quickly too and service was great. I do have to mention that I tried to get just a bowl of soup for takeout once and it was $6 for a really small portion.

Yep, even this foodie right here gets a craving for Chili's once in a while. It is often my sister's and my go-to given that it is quick, affordable and usually tasty. We have had very friendly service during the past couple visits. One waitress that comes to mind is Carly who was extremely attentive and sweet as could be. Often the inside of this location could be cleaner. I am particularly haunted by the children's dirty sauce fingerprints across the windows. The particular items I order are usually the fajitas with the works or the Triple Dipper apps. I appreciate the tableside machine to redeem rewards and check out at the end (particularly the option to split a bill as many which ways). You chill Chili's. Thanks.

You are transformed into a tiki/tropical/ vintage/bohemian not sure what to call it atmosphere. Super mellow and chill. We sat at a corner couch across from the bar. Comfy and relaxing, and dim lighting. Drink menu was diverse. Great selection. From cocktails to all types of alcohol. With an average price range of $15. Bartender knew his craft. All drinks ordered were great! C for service. The service dept needs some help, and I get it, with one person serving 15+ people. It is impossible to provide a5 star service. Initially service was great with a smile when we first arrived @ 6 pm. But soon after the bar became super busy. The wait was 20-30 minutes for an order. It was time to leave. We asked for our check and it came non-itemized. If it was 2 or 4 drinks that would be fine, but we were party of 3 with over 10 drinks. Then we had to wait again after asking for an itemized check. Waiter stated they need to hand write as their "machine" was not working. That took more time than needed. Ahhhhhh.... Ah well.. you can't get it all. Hence the 3.5 stars. I recommend, to sit at the bar and maybe pay cash to avoid hurdles I experienced.

I was pleased to see that happy hour was still being offered despite the holiday. The menu offers a nice selection of bites and discounted drinks at great prices! Although, I will mention that the carne asada had a slightly funny taste that wasn't very pleasing. It was tolerable, but could have been better. Despite that, the food was delicious. We also ordered the white chocolate & raspberry cheesecake. The cheesecake comes from the Cheesecake Factory! So, you know it's going to be good and it was. The presentation was beautiful as well. For drinks, I had the Prickly Pear margarita and Paloma. Both were well made and refreshing to drink. I love the rooftop vibes here! The layout is great and the views are amazing. They had a ton of runners yet we couldn't get them to give us water no matter how much we asked for it. It took forever just to get our drinks. When my friend asked for some hot sauce for her food, bloody Mary mix was brought over in a ramekin. Having bartender a while back, I know clam juice when I taste it. And I was having a bloody Mary and it tasted exactly the same. Not to mention the fact it was very watery and it tasted like straight fire. I love hot sauce, but this had no finesse and it wasn't hot sauce. She asked for it again and she got the same thing. She needed hot sauce because the food really was not seasoned. I got avocado toast and I had to salt and pepper the hell out of that thing. Her hollandaise was bland and my friends clam chowder tasted like nothing. It was just like food out of a retirement community. I want to go back to the fact that the servers were really sweet. I don't discount that and they did hire nice people. But when you have that many runners and servers, the service should be better. And they really need to start using a little salt and pepper on their food. When you have prices like that people expect more.
