I visited Chili's recently and had a great experience with the classic Southwestern atmosphere and attentive service. The Buffalo chicken wings were perfectly tender and glazed, and the Triple Dipper is always a reliable starter for sharing with the table. The service is always great! I've been going to a lot of Chili's locations on my travels cause of that 3 for me burger deal for $10.99 that's all the rage these days. But I was getting a little tired of just getting burgers all the time, so I decided to give this Crispy chicken sandwich a try that's on the 3 for me menu for the same price as the burgers at $10.99, including a drink and salad, plus I get free chips and salsa as a Chili's club member! I ordered it with a salad and drink and fries with the sandwich. Sometimes I get instead of the fries, the sautéed mushroom that really go well with te burger, but I didn't think they would go too well with a chicken sandwich. I gotta say the service has been a lot better since I started going back to Chili's, it used to be lousy, but now things have really turned around! The chicken sandwich arrives and looks , well , like a chicken sandwich, fried with mayo in the sandwich. After my first bite, I'm thinkin, you know, I really like the burger better! The chicken was more bland and need more flavor or sauce or something. I added some 1000 island dressing and that helped a little. The wait time was alright, 5-10 minutes which was fine. We sat down and put in our order relatively quickly. We ordered two chips, triple dipper, western egg rolls, pasta and the crispers. The food was alright and came pretty quick. They got one of our sauces wrong. Another thing is that they didn't bring us our chips until way after when we had to remind them. They only brought out one and the guacamole was absolutely horrible. It was pure avocado with barely any onions and that was it. We had to ask for lemons and salt to fix it. 05/20/2026 Wednesday night for my wife's birthday we decided to go to Chili's for food and drinks. Upon arriving, we stood at the hostess stand for a couple minutes before we were even acknowledged than once we were acknowledged, the hostess said it would be a minute before she could seat us something I thought was pretty funny because the restaurant was empty. So I was like what are you waiting for? Why can't you seat us, but I said nothing. That's when we decided to go to the bar and sit at the top, The Bartender Miguel greeted us within seconds. You could feel his energy of excitement bringing out our food that was hot and delicious. The ambience was nice, relaxing and peaceful. Was very disappointed when ordering the "3 for me" deal that they charged me $1 to substitute Swiss for American cheese on my burger, adding lettuce or tomato are 40 cents for each. We came in for lunch time with a group of 25 people. We were greeted warmly by the hostess. The restaurant was clean. Our server, Camille, was super awesome!! She was able to quickly get everyone's drink and lunch order. She had a team supporting her to tend to all of our needs as she also served other tables in the restaurant. Our food came out in a reasonable time frame. The food was delicious! They have pay scanners at the tables to pay for individual bills, but they weren't working. Tonight I asked for a few ranches for fries and was told that the manager all of the sudden is charging for this, after I'd already paid online. Never been a problem before. I had no cash on me. The service was excellent, enough attention but not too much. They have the pay system at the table, and I'm glad they have finally perfected that technology. It's such a shame that this place got horrid reviews. We had a great experience! I think people are just experiencing them being short staffed and it's not their fault. When we arrived, the host was so overwhelmed because he was bussing tables and seating ppl. He was so nice and kind! We came for lunch around 1:30 pm on 8/7/22. So he was a superstar! We were sat in about 10 minutes. So not too terrible. When we were sat, we were greeting by the manager, Nichole I believe (I can't remember her name, but she was the manager on shift same day and time) and she did amazing! We overheard her tell another patron that she had multiple people call out and they were really short staffed but she handled it so perfectly you couldn't not tell! Everyone was running around everywhere and I felt so bad. But everyone handled it perfectly and she handled it just like a manager. Kudos! We ordered their august featured drinks, the grand sunset margarita, and they were really good! The purple juice at the bottom was tasty when mixed with your drink, and the sugar on the rim dipped with some of the drink was so good! We started with fried pickles (not pictured since we started eating them and I forgot to take a picture). They were perfectly battered and served with a side of ranch. Shame that they're being removed as they were tasty. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla and my fiancé ordered the margarita grilled chicken. Both entrees were amazing! Filled with flavor and made perfectly! Definitely no complains. Overall we had a 5 star experience and I appreciate everyone who worked their butts off with being short staffed and taking many many tables at the same time.
