Everything was very good. My steak was fabulous and the marg of the month for January was one of my personal favorites so far. Service was very kind and speedy. My biggest complaint is that my friend and I did not receive our fries. This made me sad but we also ate right at closing time so I did not want to be a bother. However I did ask about them a couple times. Overall, the restaurant was very clean and I would return!

We went to Chili's on Veteran's Day due to Chili's offering veteran's a free meal. I ordered the free chips and salsa first, for all awards members. The, I ordered the Chicken Crispers, Fries, and a Tito's Punch to drink. My husband had the Cajun Chicken Alfredo and our son always orders a Triple Dipper. All of our food was brought out promptly and our server, Riley, was amazing!!! She is a great reminder of what server's should be like. We absolutely enjoyed the meals and drinks. Riley made our restaurant experience spectacular.

Wasted money. Getting less and less likely to return. Pissed.

Going downhill. Ordered wings to go and they were so overcooked we threw them away when we got home. Getting rather a regular occurrence. Used to be every week we would go. Now...been long enough that this just seems a pattern now. Quality control is failing. Too far to drive back across town.

The second experience was very mid. I am hoping the third will be more like the first. The skillet beef queso was not great. If you are going to charge for chips and salsa, you shouldn't bring it out without asking. The white cheddar macaroni cheese was liquidity and pasta very el dente. Meh sadly.

The food was not bad but the service and wait time is crazy. We ordered and waited 35 min for the food to come out and they still got the order wrong. Our server never checked up on us and I repeatedly asked for a refill on my water and never got it. I even asked different servers and they still never gave me water until we finished eating. Took forever to get her attention even though we came in the morning when there was like no one in the restaurant. The people next to us got our food before us and she checked up on them all the time and greeted them with a smile but with us she didn't. Will not be coming back here and I'm really didisappointed in the service here.

Came here for lunch on a Wednesday afternoon and we got seated right away. Everyone from the hostess, to our server, and who I think was the manager was very attentive and friendly. The restaurant has plenty of seating and they weren't very busy. We ordered 2 kids meal - cheese quesadilla with mandarin oranges and the crispy crispers with fries. My husband got the chicken fajitas and I ordered the double burger lunch combo with a side house salad. All the food came out quick and hot. I would definitely recommend this location and for anyone looking for restaurant quality meal that's quick and easy.

I had a $25 gift card so it was the perfect excuse to finally try the triple dipper! I think all the social media hype is justified the mozzarella sticks are pretty darn good! Couldn't decide which ones I enjoyed better the Nashville or the honey chipotle. I love the slight crunch on em and they are hefty! My sliders were pretty good too. At first I thought it looked like a little bit of food for $20 bucks but I genuinely couldn't finish it lol

Full rack of baby back ribs! With street corn and asparagus subs for sides. Love their dry rub ribs!

I want my baby back baby back baby back baby back ribs! Baby back ribs! That is usually my main reason for coming to Chili's! Best ribs in town?? No, definitely not. But they are consistently good. Let's be honest, when you come to Chili's you're not coming for a Michelin star meal. You're coming for a comfortable setting to enjoy some decent food for all tastes. No bells and whistles. That is exactly what we get every time we come here. There will always be a place for Chili's in my chill spots to go to. The last time we were here, the service was better than usual. Let me be clear: it has never been bad. But it appears they're working on making it a better customer service experience, which it was. Our waitress was on it and I believe the manager checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall great experience and we will be back. If you're looking for a fair priced meal, and a good amount of it, with great service on top, Chili's got you covered.

During our trip in July 2026, we walked in and was immediately greeted by the hostess, Rylan. She seemed a little flustered about not having a supply of fresh silverware for give to us, and we had to wait for them to bring her more. She was apologetic for the wait and seemed genuinely embarrassed, but we assured her that it was ok and it wasn't her fault. Once we were seated we were greeted by our waiter, Jose. This guy was a rock-star! Customer service was top-notch, and he was extremely friendly. I ordered a plate of Loaded Cheese Fries to share with my son, as we weren't very hungry. When the food was brought to our table it was hot and delicious, but the fries cooled down fast and became stale-feeling. But, to be fair, I suppose that's what happens when you load refrigerated dairy producted on top of hot fries! The men's bathroom was very clean and well kept, and the booth seats were very soft and comfortable. Other than the fries cooling down way too quickly, I have zero complaints and would recommend this location to my friends and family!

Made a reservation not like you really need one, but we made one and was seated down pretty quickly. The host was nice and friendly and the wait staff said hello to us within the five minutes of us seating. I appreciated how family-friendly this place was, they give these cute little animal boxes with different things inside and crayons to keep the kids entertained. The decoration is fun with a lot of outdoor vibes and stuffed real animals. They bring out a side of chip and a yogurt dill dip that's interesting, a fun idea. The food, mhm so we ordered a lot! Crab dip: 2.5/5 not too bad but not memorable, okay amount of crab, flavors were too heavy on the cream cheese/fillers but just okay, they need more bread with it but the chips helped. Prob wouldn't order again Crab cake: 3.8/5 pretty good size and good amount of crab and good flavor probably the best dish that we had ordered here! Would get again. Burger: 3/5 granted I did order this medium well for my kid, but the burger was charred a little too much around the burger, giving it a sort of dry crunch on the edges and charcoal burn vibes. Not my favorite texture that I would want on a burger, but perhaps it would've been different if I ordered a medium? Bread itself was a little stale/crunchy which I did not prefer how it was cooked/prepared. Overall, it was just okay. Ribs: 2.5/5 the ribs were half off ribs so I decided to go for it because of the good deal. But it was just okay, being that Blackhog barbecue is right next-door (thier dry rub ribs are amazing), I would hope that they would step up their barbecue rib game. For a " full rack" there were only nine bones and seemed a little smaller than what I'm used to. It's very heavy on the sauce which I didn't think was the best pairing and wasn't the best flavor bbq sauce. Overall, I wouldn't order it again. Steak kabob: 3.2/5 this was actually pretty tender for the cut of meat, I'm surprised that I didn't have to work for it so I was happy about that! The only criticism that we have is that the meat itself did not have that much flavor or seasoning and there's only one skewer of meat and one skewer of veggies. Meaning the total amount of meat that was probably on that dish was no more than 4 -5 ounces of steak. And for that price point, I would want a little bit more meat. Mac and Cheese: 3.5/5 pretty good for a kids Mac! Good cheese and flavor was impressed! Overall, the service and the host in the experience of being there was pretty good, but the food was a little lacking not sure if I would go again, but it was on our right experience in terms of food

We wanted a memorable place to mark the occasion and chose Showroom. I even noted both celebrations when making our reservation a week in advance. The hostess was friendly and kind, although clearer direction on where to wait would have helped. The front entrance was congested, and we felt like we were in everyone's way. Unfortunately, the service never matched the occasion. Our server never introduced themselves or acknowledged either celebration. They began taking orders without any engagement, and throughout the meal we were repeatedly unable to get their attention. I understand Sunday brunch is busy, but I work in a concierge-driven environment and was genuinely disappointed by the lack of hospitality. The food was mixed. The chicken and waffles and the omelet were good. My husband's steak was cold and the portion was very small. He ordered French fries but received unseasoned potatoes that lacked any flavor. My fish and chips were fine but also lacked seasoning, lemon, or any attention to detail. I specifically requested fries without Old Bay but received fries heavily coated in it. We also ordered a steak and eggs meal to go, which took about 30 minutes. When it was opened later, it contained only three small slices of steak. My brother-in-law genuinely thought he had been given someone's leftovers because the portion was so disappointing. My husband quietly paid the $300 bill while I still hoped someone might acknowledge the birthday or retirement with a simple mention, smile, or thank you. It never happened. We were never even offered a desert menu. We left without a goodbye or any acknowledgment from the staff. Disappointed doesn't begin to describe how we felt. We had many options in Frederick but chose Showroom because we expected a special experience. I could tell my family didn't want to complain because I had spoken so highly of the restaurant, but they were equally underwhelmed. Please do better.

When we walked in, it was odd when we approached the counter. No one was there and it was like the person throwing the burgers together had to remind someone to attend to the counter. There was an employee cleaning the tables that I guess was supposed to be manning the counter. If there was a three way race between the tortoise, hare, and this employee, this employee would still be striving to reach the finish line ten years down the road. I have seen flat affects and heard monotoned speech, but this employee was the epitome of robotic. I had to repeat my order several times. With each repetition of the order I would have hoped that it would have been correct when we received it. We basically had to ask for our cups to get our drinks. The drink machines were basically out of everything. Which was surprising since there was no one in the restaurant. The sloth of the employee continuing their stake to clean the tables ended up ignoring someone running in for a pick up order. Our food was finally ready. It was not right. But we rolled with it. Especially since it took forever for us to get this far. My nephew wanted to get something to go and I dissuaded him because of the wait we had already.
