I was not a fan of the Chipotle honey mozzarella sticks but the Nashville ones my daughter got were yummy. Id probably stick to chipotle honey for the tenders. The southwestern egg rolls were good, but not the best Ive had, but decent for bar food. The chicken tenders were good, and ny daughter really enjoyed the sliders. I've given this place this exact location Frederick Maryland 4 tries and the service is just horrible. Only ONE server was good and attentive. My final straw was being ignored after being seated and it wasn't busy. Then the chef screws up a simple salmon broccoli and rice dish. We asked about the chips and salsa and although they're no longer free, they were provided to us since I have the Chili's rewards app. I ordered the triple dipper, which included burger sliders (these were delicious), southwestern eggrolls (very good with avocado ranch aioli) and mozzarella sticks (these were HUGE). Came here for lunch on a Wednesday afternoon and we got seated right away. Everyone from the hostess, to our server, and who I think was the manager was very attentive and friendly. The restaurant has plenty of seating and they weren't very busy. We ordered 2 kids meal - cheese quesadilla with mandarin oranges and the crispy crispers with fries. We decided to try the triple dipper we'd seen on Tiktok. The food was good and fresh. We didn't have to wait a long time and our server Bria was excellent and very attentive. We each got the triple dipper, my girlfriend got the chicken tenders, mini burgers and mozzarella sticks which were huge with epic cheese pull action! But We won't be back because our server asked us if we wanted chips and salsa. I should've asked if they were free or not because to my surprise when the bill came I was charged $6.59 for chips and salsa. That's a scam and they should be upfront that there's a charge for them. Had my son working there as a host. upon interview he notified them he takes the bus to work and home and they said thats all fine and well, he's 16 years old. 2 weeks in manager "Jen" said they don't care about how he gets home they need him to stay past the last busses arrival essentially leaving him stranded having to walk home for an hour and a half. I'm working night shifts and we just moved here, nobody could help us and give him a ride home and several times I had to leave in the middle of my shift to pick him up and bring him home only because Chilis went back on their word and wanted him to stay an extra 30 minutes because they're so "busy" (5 minute wait) Moral of the story is the managers "Jen" or whoever could have hosted for 30 minutes at the end of the night so employees can get home safely, Especially the teenage Employees. The seating service was horrible with alot of open tables and people on the waiting list to fill them. Myself and wife were standing by two chairs for twenty minutes There were additional two parties that were ahead of us. There were four (4) open two seater tables in the bar area that were available.. A couple that came in after us ask the manager if they could sit in the area and he told them that they could only sit at the bar. They sat at an open table and received service. I went to the manager and asked him if we could sit at the open two seated high table that we were on the waiting at until we were called. At that time there was only one other two person party ahead of us. The manager asked if we were on the waiting list and we were but we had to wait. At that time after couple came in and ask if they could sit in the open seats but he told that they can sit at the bar but they were allowed to sit in an open table. The manager acknowledge that we could sit at the open table. The message was passed to the waiter. Upon being seated the manager passed our table and asked the other tables if they were enjoying their dining experience. I was never rude or disrespectful to the hostess or the manager when I asked my question about the seating. There were at least three couples that left without being seated with open tables available. For better service, the staff needs training on how to use the seating chart to ensure more efficient customer service. I understand that it was dinner time rush but how do have open tables with people waiting for over 20 minutes. Ok so Friday i went to chili's for a bite to eat and a few drinks, and it was pretty damn good. I haven't been to a chili's in forever and I really wasn't disappointed, food was great I got the crispy chicken strips with some fries and yes it was very good. I also had the bacon chicken and ranch quesadilla, fabulous. Now for my drink I decided to do a margarita and that was nice and strong. The customer service was good but could've been better, the problem is that when you sit in the bar area you wait a little longer due to the bartenders making drinks for others and waiting on tables.
