We were in the area and came here for dinner. Both starving and looking forward to Chili's since we're 1/2 hour away and don't always go there. We both had triple dippers with a mix of southwestern egg rolls, sliders, fried mozzarella and boneless wings. All of our items were delicious, including the sauces. My daughter had been dreaming of their dessert, which consists of lava cake on top of a cookie pie, and big scoop of vanilla ice cream covered in a chocolate shell. She was in absolute heaven, with a smile from ear to ear. I have to admit it was delicious. She brought half of it home (minus ice cream to avoid a soupy mess). Our waiter was great, attentive and replenishing drinks as needed. After we mentioned being rewards members, he quickly brought out their delicious chips and salsa. We also brought back half of our dinner, as it was generous in size. We were there at a good time, great dinner experience at Chili's. There was a bday gathering with a large group nearby and I could squeeze in a glimpse here and there, as they played the World Cup Argentina game. We love Chili's! read more

Jaden was super nice and very helpful she was super bubbly and made my visit extra special

We came to Chillis because my daughter has been wanting to try the triple dipper. We walked in around 5:15 which was t he perfect time because it started to get busy once we sat down. Our waiter was kinda of new, but was attentive and nice. We ordered drinks and food and got everything rather quickly. I was not a fan of the Chipotle honey mozzarella sticks but the Nashville ones my daughter got were yummy. Id probably stick to chipotle honey for the tenders. The southwestern egg rolls were good, but not the best Ive had, but decent for bar food. The chicken tenders were good, and ny daughter really enjoyed the sliders. Overall, decent spot to go for happy hour or quick American bar food. Its family friendly and pretty spacious, with plenty of seating. Forgot to mention thay they also offer chips and salsa on the house, which were not bad. read more

Everything was very good. My steak was fabulous and the marg of the month for January was one of my personal favorites so far. Service was very kind and speedy. My biggest complaint is that my friend and I did not receive our fries. This made me sad but we also ate right at closing time so I did not want to be a bother. However I did ask about them a couple times. Overall, the restaurant was very clean and I would return! read more

Great food and fast, friendly service. The mozzarella cheese sticks and chicken tenders are a must-try--crispy, hot, and delicious. You can also ask for the sauce on the side, which is a nice touch and keeps things crispy. Everything came out quickly and the staff was very welcoming. Would definitely recommend and will be back! read more

Worst customer service ever. Checked in for a table waited and waited no one ever contacted us and let us know the table was ready not verbally nor by text until we approached the greeter and she never acknowledged it even though she sat countless ppl that came after us. We finally get seated and no waiter for 15 mins and the restaurant was not full. We finally give our order for drinks and they take 10 mins to come out. The waiter never returns to our table to take our order after taking the drink order. After another 20 mins we just left. And our waiter constantly passed by us acting as if we weren't sitting there. read more

We went to Chili's on Veteran's Day due to Chili's offering veteran's a free meal. I ordered the free chips and salsa first, for all awards members. The, I ordered the Chicken Crispers, Fries, and a Tito's Punch to drink. My husband had the Cajun Chicken Alfredo and our son always orders a Triple Dipper. All of our food was brought out promptly and our server, Riley, was amazing!!! She is a great reminder of what server's should be like. We absolutely enjoyed the meals and drinks. Riley made our restaurant experience spectacular. read more

Every time I go to Chili's the service is amazing. One down side is that the place's is pretty packed all the time so the line wait is between 20-30 min. The ribs, sliders, cheese sticks, and the salad is good. read more

I've given this place this exact location Frederick Maryland 4 tries and the service is just horrible. Only ONE server was good and attentive. My final straw was being ignored after being seated and it wasn't busy. Then the chef screws up a simple salmon broccoli and rice dish. I was pushed over the edge at that point and decided to never eat here again. I'm never treated right at this Chilis. Wasted 48 minutes there eating nothing but sprite and chips. Never again! read more

Going downhill. Ordered wings to go and they were so overcooked we threw them away when we got home. Getting rather a regular occurrence. Used to be every week we would go. Now...been long enough that this just seems a pattern now. Quality control is failing. Too far to drive back across town. read more

Went to eat out dinner with my wife tonight. We had a few questions and concerns which we discussed with Sydney. She was great, she explained and answered our questions with a friendly and professional attitude. I also want to compliment a young man with dreads who was also very helpful. Sorry we didn't get his name. We enjoyed our food and will be coming back again soon. read more

Stopped here on the way to Michigan from Central Virginia during a completely unforeseen 13 hour road trip because of flight issues. We were tired and wanted to eat and arrived about 90 min before closing. Rather busy I thought The staff was completely on their game. We sat at the bar. The atmosphere was good. The beer was icy cold. The food was very tasty. Mrs Yelp had a burger and she never gets a burger. I had the crispers and they were as good as I remember. And that burger was gone rather quickly. The fries were rather good. The restaurant was clean and well staffed. I was all hungry and stressed out when I got there. I was full and relaxed when I left.., read more

The second experience was very mid. I am hoping the third will be more like the first. The skillet beef queso was not great. If you are going to charge for chips and salsa, you shouldn't bring it out without asking. The white cheddar macaroni cheese was liquidity and pasta very el dente. Meh sadly. read more

The food was not bad but the service and wait time is crazy. We ordered and waited 35 min for the food to come out and they still got the order wrong. Our server never checked up on us and I repeatedly asked for a refill on my water and never got it. I even asked different servers and they still never gave me water until we finished eating. Took forever to get her attention even though we came in the morning when there was like no one in the restaurant. The people next to us got our food before us and she checked up on them all the time and greeted them with a smile but with us she didn't. Will not be coming back here and I'm really didisappointed in the service here. read more

Came here for lunch on a Wednesday afternoon and we got seated right away. Everyone from the hostess, to our server, and who I think was the manager was very attentive and friendly. The restaurant has plenty of seating and they weren't very busy. We ordered 2 kids meal - cheese quesadilla with mandarin oranges and the crispy crispers with fries. My husband got the chicken fajitas and I ordered the double burger lunch combo with a side house salad. All the food came out quick and hot. I would definitely recommend this location and for anyone looking for restaurant quality meal that's quick and easy. read more

I had a $25 gift card so it was the perfect excuse to finally try the triple dipper! I think all the social media hype is justified the mozzarella sticks are pretty darn good! Couldn't decide which ones I enjoyed better the Nashville or the honey chipotle. I love the slight crunch on em and they are hefty! My sliders were pretty good too. At first I thought it looked like a little bit of food for $20 bucks but I genuinely couldn't finish it lol read more

I want my baby back baby back baby back baby back ribs! Baby back ribs! That is usually my main reason for coming to Chili's! Best ribs in town?? No, definitely not. But they are consistently good. Let's be honest, when you come to Chili's you're not coming for a Michelin star meal. You're coming for a comfortable setting to enjoy some decent food for all tastes. No bells and whistles. That is exactly what we get every time we come here. There will always be a place for Chili's in my chill spots to go to. The last time we were here, the service was better than usual. Let me be clear: it has never been bad. But it appears they're working on making it a better customer service experience, which it was. Our waitress was on it and I believe the manager checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall great experience and we will be back. If you're looking for a fair priced meal, and a good amount of it, with great service on top, Chili's got you covered. read more

They have come a long way from the past couple of years. The burgers have gotten a lot better and the apps are decent. What sets this location apart is the service. It appears to be heavily staffed and they do not sit around. Attentive and check on you frequently. The 3 for $10.99 deal is the way to go. Full app, burger and drink. We decided to try the triple dipper we'd seen on Tiktok. The food was good and fresh. We didn't have to wait a long time and our server Bria was excellent and very attentive. We each got the triple dipper, my girlfriend got the chicken tenders, mini burgers and mozzarella sticks which were huge with epic cheese pull action! She also got a size of Mac and cheese that was very cheesy. I got the mini burgers, the southwest egg rolls and honey Chipotle tenders. We ended our night with a warm and delicious molten lava cake with ice cream and hot fudge drizzled with caramel. They also keep the place tidy as we saw a lady sweeping and cleaning up right after a family left getting ready for more patrons. We'll definitely be back! The atmosphere was not too busy and very chill. There were families here and a few other people but not crowded. read more

My family and I love coming to this chilis. It is our family thing to go to dinner every friday all together to catch up, and 9 times out of 10, This is where we go! But this review isn't about the food, it's about the service. Specifically the service from one person there who has been absolutely CONSISTENT everytime we come for i don't even know how long. The server, Erick (or eric, not sure how to spell it), He's an absolute gem. He's the KINDEST server ever. Not only is he so kind but he's QUICK. Even at his busiest, he has never made us feel forgotten. This chilis has one great employee and i truly wish him the best. We're happy everytime we come in and see him. read more

I was not planning to write about Chili's because it is a common restaurant and I usually write reviews on small and non-chain restaurants. I am writing this review because our server Andrew was such an amazing server. This young man was very attentive and nice. I was surprised how nice this person is and the service was amazing. When the manager asked about the service, I did not get a chance to emphasize to her how amazing this young man is. Andrew has a great work ethic and will excel in life. Thank you, Andrew, and you are an amazing server and asset to this restaurant. Keep the positive energy! read more

Sometimes you just want to get something you know! Chili's is a long-time favorite in the house. 1. The appetizers are always good their skillet queso is a personal favorite. 2. The food overall other than the appetizers, is good. They have changed their menu around a lot, and the new items are quite good. I got the appetizer boneless chicken wings and honestly, it was pretty good. The cheesecake was amazing. Look this is not a place we go to once a month. Chili's is however really good food, consistent and tasty! read more

90% of the time I find it to be awesome. For the few times it has not been management has been responsive. The restaurant has been clean and looks modern unlike other chilli's I have been in. I visited on Friday evening, and seated at the bar. The bartender was not at the bar all the time so it took some time to place an order but I had a fun time overall. $10.99 for 3 deal is great, you can choose one drink, one appetizer, and one entree. Also if you have an account, chip and salsa is free. They took my order wrong but replaced quickly. I enjoyed my visit today, and would like to come back again. read more

Amazing customer service, terrible food, it was me and my girlfriend, we ordered the surf and turf and the ultimate pasta, the shrimp was rubbery and soggy, the steak was overcooked and chewy (I ordered medium well and received well done, not just slightly over, but far well done) the chicken was extremely dry and tasted like sawdust, the broccoli was way too salty, the mashed potatoes were flavorless. We both left feeling disappointed and sick, the food quality was way below our expectations and definitely not worth the price. Safe to say we did not use to go boxes. read more

I went for lunch the other day and was pleasantly satisfied with their service and food. Our waiter was extremely attentive and the food came out hot and delicious. I will definitely be going back for more and hope to enjoy the triple dipper and a burger like my first trip. The triple dipper was hot and delicious. My burger was seared to perfection with a crisp sear that added texture to the bite. I had to slow my consumption rate down to fully enjoy this meal. read more

It's been a while since we've been to this Chili's location and we decided to try it again on a Friday night. The burgers were good. But We won't be back because our server asked us if we wanted chips and salsa. I should've asked if they were free or not because to my surprise when the bill came I was charged $6.59 for chips and salsa. That's a scam and they should be upfront that there's a charge for them. Just a disappointing experience and I felt cheated as a customer. And the people working at the hostess stand have no idea what they're doing. A lot of standing around and looking at each other and not communicating very well with customers. read more

use to love going to this place but the food quality, favorite items, and deals have gone away. It sucks that the 2 for 20 is gone as it was the go to order. The loaded boneless wings were great but they aren't on the menu anymore. The chicken tenders and fries were decent. The Cajun chicken pasta used to be great but now it's just okay. The cookie skillet which used to be good is also okay now as well. read more

I'm all about the Southwest Egg rolls. The sauce that comes with it is probably what I like more but they definitely go hand in hand. It has a little bite to it but cools at the same time. Truth be told it's the salsa that keeps me coming back. I had dinner with a friend about 4 weeks ago and we started off with chips and salsa. It must be the consistency. I'm not sure though. It's just spicy but not too spicy. I never knew the salsa I was buying at the store was so bad until I had Chili's salsa. Sounds crazy but I've been there like 5x just for the chips and salsa, in a month. I live in Olney which is centrally located near nothing. So thank you. read more
