Our waiter was kinda of new, but was attentive and nice. We ordered drinks and food and got everything rather quickly. I was not a fan of the Chipotle honey mozzarella sticks but the Nashville ones my daughter got were yummy. Id probably stick to chipotle honey for the tenders. The southwestern egg rolls were good, but not the best Ive had, but decent for bar food. The chicken tenders were good, and ny daughter really enjoyed the sliders. We went to Chili's on Veteran's Day due to Chili's offering veteran's a free meal. I ordered the free chips and salsa first, for all awards members. The, I ordered the Chicken Crispers, Fries, and a Tito's Punch to drink. My husband had the Cajun Chicken Alfredo and our son always orders a Triple Dipper. All of our food was brought out promptly and our server, Riley, was amazing!!! She is a great reminder of what server's should be like. We absolutely enjoyed the meals and drinks. I've given this place this exact location Frederick Maryland 4 tries and the service is just horrible. Only ONE server was good and attentive. My final straw was being ignored after being seated and it wasn't busy. Then the chef screws up a simple salmon broccoli and rice dish. Came here last week for lunch, it's been so long since we ate at a Chili's. We asked about the chips and salsa and although they're no longer free, they were provided to us since I have the Chili's rewards app. I ordered the triple dipper, which included burger sliders (these were delicious), southwestern eggrolls (very good with avocado ranch aioli) and mozzarella sticks (these were HUGE). I ordered this app as my meal and I still couldn't finish it. My daughter got the kid's quesadilla, added chicken for a few bucks more. Zach was our waiter and he was attentive. Came here for lunch on a Wednesday afternoon and we got seated right away. Everyone from the hostess, to our server, and who I think was the manager was very attentive and friendly. The restaurant has plenty of seating and they weren't very busy. We ordered 2 kids meal - cheese quesadilla with mandarin oranges and the crispy crispers with fries. We decided to try the triple dipper we'd seen on Tiktok. The food was good and fresh. We didn't have to wait a long time and our server Bria was excellent and very attentive. We each got the triple dipper, my girlfriend got the chicken tenders, mini burgers and mozzarella sticks which were huge with epic cheese pull action! She also got a size of Mac and cheese that was very cheesy. I got the mini burgers, the southwest egg rolls and honey Chipotle tenders. But We won't be back because our server asked us if we wanted chips and salsa. I should've asked if they were free or not because to my surprise when the bill came I was charged $6.59 for chips and salsa. That's a scam and they should be upfront that there's a charge for them. Just a disappointing experience and I felt cheated as a customer. And the people working at the hostess stand have no idea what they're doing. Had my son working there as a host. upon interview he notified them he takes the bus to work and home and they said thats all fine and well, he's 16 years old. 2 weeks in manager "Jen" said they don't care about how he gets home they need him to stay past the last busses arrival essentially leaving him stranded having to walk home for an hour and a half. I'm working night shifts and we just moved here, nobody could help us and give him a ride home and several times I had to leave in the middle of my shift to pick him up and bring him home only because Chilis went back on their word and wanted him to stay an extra 30 minutes because they're so "busy" (5 minute wait) Moral of the story is the managers "Jen" or whoever could have hosted for 30 minutes at the end of the night so employees can get home safely, Especially the teenage Employees. Ended up coming gettin him there's plenty of other employers who care about their employees this one doesn't. read more

Ok so Friday i went to chili's for a bite to eat and a few drinks, and it was pretty damn good. I haven't been to a chili's in forever and I really wasn't disappointed, food was great I got the crispy chicken strips with some fries and yes it was very good. I also had the bacon chicken and ranch quesadilla, fabulous. Now for my drink I decided to do a margarita and that was nice and strong. The customer service was good but could've been better, the problem is that when you sit in the bar area you wait a little longer due to the bartenders making drinks for others and waiting on tables.
