Haven't been to Chilies in quite awhile, husband and I stopped by for dinner, around 7:30, they did not disappoint. A pleasant young woman opened the door for us and welcomed us, I thought that was very nice. We were placed in a booth in the bar area. Our waitress, Haley came right over and greeted us. We were interested in the 3 for me special that they advertise on TV, we both got Cokes to drink. She brought our drinks and we ordered. She told us the soup choices and we got the Tortilla and the Potato cheese soup which was hot and very tasty. We both love Smash-burgers, so that's what we ordered with fry's. It took about 15 min, the restaurant was busy. Our food came to us, made to order and hot off the grill, fry's hot out of the fry basket. We both were very impressed with the size of the burger and large portion of fry's. That Smash - burger was perfectly cooked and delicious, fresh and the sauce was like a thousand island tasting sauce, Excellent I must say. Haley took great care of us and we enjoyed dining at Chili's again. Our bill was $23 and change, that 3 for me special is a real deal , never take it off the menu! We will return again soon. I have come here several times and and each time my waitress was Jessica. She has a great personality and definitely made my time dining in much more enjoyable! The food and service were spectacular along with it not being too crowded in the restaurant. Definitely WILL be coming again read more

Tom Terrific here with another honest review. While north looking at the manatees we stopped into Chili's because I had a Christmas gift card. My friend and I walked in and no one was at the hostess station. After two minutes a young guy came over, no smile and simply said, "How many?" We were seated and I asked him to tell me how much was on the card . He came back and said it showed no balance. I was stunned because I hadn't used the card and I had called their gift card number the night before and was told there was $25 on it. I cannot understand this conflict. Tiffany came over and got us some water. Then came one of my pet peeves. She asked us if we wanted chips and salsa. I asked if they were free. She said no, you had to be a Chili's member. So she tried to pad the bill on me. Some call it upselling. You know, like when they ask if you want grilled onions on your steak? I despise it. So I told her any more suggestions should all be free. She said the water, salt and pepper were free. Her sarcasm didn't bother me, in fact I found it witty. That's why you should ALWAYS question the server when they ask if you want something like this or you may find a charge for it on your bill. I ordered the Secret Sauce burger with fries and slaw. My friend had the chili that comes loaded with chips. Surprisingly, the chips and salsa came to the table. I asked Tiffany if they were free and she said yes, she wanted us to have them. They were very good, thin and crispy with tasty sauce. The food arrived from Brenna who I assume works in tandem with Tiffany. The wait time was within the industry standard of 15 minutes and thankfully my seasoned fries were hot and delicious, the burger as well. Slaw was just OK. I had to go to another table to get ketchup. The chili was reported to be too thick but good. Restaurants are allowed to keep food cooked but not served for three days after. What could have happened is they put the chili into the kitchen warmer tray for a day or two covered but still water evaporated. Maybe this is the thickness they make it originally, I don't know. I asked for the check and the bill came to $19.38. I tipped Tiffany $5. She thanked us. As we exited the female hostess now at the station said good night. Went for lunch. My sister had chicken strips. They were rubbery and she didn't eat them nor did she say anything. Her salad was good my salad was good. My old timers burger was dripping with deliciousness and ice tea was great. Ashley the waitress was attentive and did a good job. The music is nice and the ambience here I love. The waiter was very nice and checked up on us, and then took the steak off our check. My wife and I stopped at this Chile's for dinner. My wife ordered a margarita with dinner, the waitress asked for an ID, my wife is in her seventies and was not carrying her wallet. We went to this location yesterday for a quick lunch...we each ordered a 3 for 10.99 lunch which includes a beverage, appetizer and lunch item..we both got the Strawberry Lemonade, I ordered the Chips and Salsa and he ordered the Cream of Potato Soup and we both ordered Crispy Chicken Sandwiches..the Lemonade was very good, the Chips from the Chips and Salsa were dripping with grease, I have never seen anything like that, they should not have made it to the table the way they looked..they replaced it with Soup which was very good..our Sandwiches were served and requested Mayo at time of order and when served never had any...asked server and she said she would take care of..10 minutes later and no Mayo had to ask again in the meantime my Sandwich sat getting cold..5 minutes later finally got it..was good other than being cold from waiting...a pretty good deal from what you get maybe next time they will get it right.... read more

My wife and i were in town for a classic car show and decided to have a late lunch at chili's. We were quickly greeted by a hostess and seated. The staff were observing social distancing and seating patrons every other booth in the dining area. My wife ordered the grilled chicken salad from the diet menu and i ordered baja chicken tacos. The wait was a little longer then we had hoped for but the food did eventually come out. The grilled chicken salad was good, but was more geared for those on a more strict diet. My wife was left still wanting a little bit more but was good none the less. My chicken tacos were good, but it tasted more like a soft chicken salad then a grilled chicken. The garnishments for the taco were very good. Nice flavorful taste in every bite. It would be a big hit if it had grilled chicken breast imho. The rice and beans were decent as sides as well. We usually do curbside but since Oct we stopped because 3 out of 4 times i have ordered Cilantro-Lime Carne Asad they have either forgotten the pesto sauce or lime/pico de gallo. But tonight my wife really wanted ribs so we gave in and ordered curbside again and surprise surprise this time they forgot the tortillas. The receipt on the bag was highlighted with items that were in the bag and of course the tortillas were NOT highlighted. I didn't call the first times, but when the third time happened i called and the person (back in Oct) was pretty cocky but said he would apply a $25 gift on my account then took my phone number i always use to order but AGAIN surprise surprise...THAT was not done. Went to local Chili's tonight after the wait at Kelly's was too long. Service was good. 3 of us ordered Presidente margaritas. They were extremely watered down. Our server brought the manager over who was also apparently the bartender. She seemed offended that we told her they were the worst margaritas we've had from Chili's. She tried to say there to spec but I've been drinking Chili's margaritas for longer than she's been alive. Definitely not to "spec". Garbage!! read more

I ordered the fajitas and usually comes out sizzling and hot but mine sure wasn't they said "it waited while my other guest food was being prepared" Not cool! Met a friend there for munchies. For starters, no lemonade. Go to the store and buy some. The nacho plate was delivered and it was overdone and not piping hot. Wonder why the kitchen let it get out. The restaurant wasn't really busy, but our server was, I guess. In about an hour she checked on us once then said the bill was ready on the device. Took me 10 minutes to pay it, as it wasn't user friendly. Sad, used to love Chili's, but this wasn't a good experience. Won't be back here. read more

Chili's is still one of the best affordable restaurants for baby back ribs (under $20) and $5 special monthly margaritas. Our meal was served within 15 minutes of the appetizer. We got the full slab of dry rub which were falling off the bone moist hot and flavorful (not salty). It came with the Mexican street corn and fries. The corn was garlic butter and grated cheese with just enough cilantro served on a stick for easy eating. The ribs are TX sized and we took 1/2 slab home. The wing appetizer is worth the price too. They were fairly large and crispy skinned. You get 8 wings for about $10. We got the Mango-habaneros sauce which added enough sweet to keep the heat down. The 3 spicy shrimp soft taco dinner is one of my regular items that helps to put the "Mex" in Chili's Tex-Mex theme. It is full of grilled chili-lime shrimp, avocado, slaw, a hint of cilantro and grated queso fresco. Morgan our server did a fantastic job keeping up with the tables she served and the bar area. She kept my margaritas coming. The $5 monthly margarita is the Grand Sunset 'Rita made with Lunazul tequila, Grand Marnier, orange juice, fresh sour & Monin Desert Pear. Don't miss this awesome drink for $5 until August so hurry up or you'll miss out to get it for $5. There will be another featured $5 'Rita next month though. read more

We requested to add a Jalapeño to give us some kick on the pasta and that was really good! If I could give it a negative rating, it would be negative 5, ribs not cooked well and with tomatoey sauce, fries that have been reheated, salad with soft cheese, strong red onions, croutons from concrete, sirloin steak that looks scary, corn that is slightly more tender than the steak(both tough and chewy), mashed potatoes with everything that you could drink they're so runny. read more

Ally, the manager of chili's, answered my phone call. I was calling because I ordered food on DoorDash. The order was cancelled and I was confused as to why. So I called up and Ashley picked up the phone. When I asked her why it was cancelled I didn't curse, I didn't even behave rudely. Word for word I simply said "hi, my order was cancelled on DoorDash, I wonder why?" And she just hung up on me. No talking, nothing. She hung the phone up. When I called back heather answered and told me that they don't cancel DoorDash orders. I got an answer from a team member, but why did the Manager hang up on me? it truly seems like the staff there doesn't care for the customers at all. The food is good, customer service? My husband decided to take me out for a Birthday lunch I ordered a chicken bacon avocado lunch special and it came with soup or salad I picked a salad the salad was ok but all of there dressings and sauces are very watery I was really looking forward to my sandwich as I love chicken and avocado . I took my first bite and thought the chicken looked a little pink but wasnt sure because of the lighting so i took a bite out of the other end of my sandwich and bit into cold raw chicken. We have enjoyed excellent service at many different restaurants around the country. However, the service we received from Christy at Crystal River #875 has to be one of the very best we have ever had. We were traveling to Clearwater, FL for a wedding party & had a craving for a good burger. On a tight schedule, we called ahead & placed our order with Christy. When we walked through the door I was amazed. Our table was ready with drinks & salads waiting. A few minutes later our burgers were brought to the table. Christy checked on us a couple of times to make sure all was good & the check was delivered just as we finished. It was NASCAR Pitstop precision delivered with a great attitude & wonderful smile. And the icing on the cake - when we finished washing up to get on the road again, Christy had go cups waiting. Almost forgot, the burgers were fantastic too. Just what we expect from Chili's. It was early afternoon, slow time of the day & we were lucky to be able to receive more attention than normal. Christy went above & beyond. Thank you Christy - Bravo Zulu. read more

The service was horrible. Waited way too long just to get a drink order and my waiter/waitress switched twice while there. I ran out of soda three times and waited too long for refills. Then my check was dropped off and it took her 10min to come back and get it. Not sure if it's bad management and not having enough people working or if it's bad staff. Apparently this Chilies has a "No Eating Zone" in the restaurant. Went for lunch a few days ago and the hostess seated us, gave us menus and said the server will be right with us. About 10 minutes later I grabbed a server to get some drinks. She brought them and disappeared. After waiting 20 minutes for someone to notice us I said let's go. I left $5 to cover the drinks and as we were leaving the missing server showed to take out order. Long story short, we ended up across the road at their competing restaurant. It will be a cold day on the equator before we darken Chili's door again. No stars if I could. read more

Horrible ..... I've been there three different times and each time our orders are not right . One time we were refunded our money via gift cards that took close to a month for us to get them I understand the pandemic is going on . Last night we got the two for 25 and as I was looking through our order, I noticed not only did they give the wrong sauce but put the portion cup directly on top of our dessert Who in their right mind puts something that is not sanitary on somebody else's food we didn't even get to eat our dessert last night my steak was overcooked the crispers were burnt not even enjoyable .... We as an office went to chili's for lunch,we waited 50 min. for our lunch that came to us cold. Now I ask why are all of our lunches cold if we are waiting 50 min. The waiter Jacob was very rude and unintrested and short with his answers. When we asked to talk to the manager Ali who was concerned with our service even though she took several mins. to talk to us she did the right thing in comping our meals but the service was aweful. The waitress that served us picked up a quesadilla off the tray and put it on the plate and served it to us. Very unprofessional we won't be back. read more
