We are from Tampa and have been to a lot of Chili's but this one here in Inverness is probably the nicest one we have been to! It was super clean and new! we visited our local chili's tonight as we do regularly. we placed an order for pick up & when we went in to grab it, we were met w confusion bc someone had already picked up our order. instead of realizing & fixing their mistake, staff harassed us demanding receipts and bank statements for proof of order & payment. this order was placed directly w chili's yet they allowed their regular third party delivery driver to pick up our order. how this driver got our order is still a mystery but the service received tonight was unacceptable. read more

I ordered the Big Mouth Bites through Doordash yesterday and the sliders were burnt to a crisp. The burgers were seared so hard they were just burnt crisp on both sides. They were super dry and just tasted burnt. You don't need to wear them with a weight. read more

Terrible fries. Came out cold. Paid for the drinks anyway. Asked the waitress about the cold fries. Apparently the " Food Runner" is responsible for whether or not food is delivered cold. Paid her cash for the two drinks when the bill came. But something should've been free for all the trouble. In a few minutes , The manager came by and said he paid our bill. No I actually did. As a chain restaurant goes it comes down to managers and how they run the place and this one has an outstanding team. Our waiter, and sadly I forget his name was fantastic, worked with our group, there was eight of us and even thou the food was a little slow and the bar even slower kept us in chips and dips and laughs so we didn't mind the slow downs. This is a brand new Chili's to Go in Inverness so they are still figuring it out. Overall, great service by both bar tenders and awesome drink pours. The kitchen did ok, but expect a wait for Smokehouse dinners and some other menu items that don't get the quick and easy fry or grill. We waited about 30 minutes for the 3 item Smokehouse combo, but about 10 for our wings and curly fries. Great taste just like we get from other Chili's so the franchise has awesome quality control. I was a little disappointed with the mango habanero sauce this time it didn't taste or look like the sauce from the last time we ordered it, but it was not terrible. If you have not tried the adult molten cake you need to. It comes with a side shot of Skrewdriver PNut Butter Whisky to pour on it! Finally a good way to use this crazy tasting whisky. read more

i went to chilis and shellie was my server. she was amazing kept my water filled and my kept my food foodie.

Terrible experience and we didn't even eat. Came in Thursday around 4 and the parking lot was empty. went inside and there was 1 table with 3 or 4 people. We waited at the front for a good 5-7 minutes and no one came out. there was 1 employee sitting in the corner near take out on his phone not even an acknowledgement. Funny thing is it was just my adult son and i because my husband was out of town and we said lets go somewhere dad doesn't like lol so we picked Chili's he just does not like it and we do. Well needless to say no one came out and my son said the heck with this place lets go to Sonny's next door lol another place my husband does not like and it was amazing. Just wanted to thank you for not coming up to greet us otherwise we would have not had an AMAZING dinner at Sonny's. read more

Chilis has a 3 for me you can't beat. I get a great burger with fresh veggies and French fries. Before that I get a house salad and it's always freshly made. Your drink is included and the service her is always good. The games are usually playing on the TVs around the place and good music usually. All in all a really nice atmosphere to eat lunch with friends or family. My favorite one is the one in crystal river fl. Just saying. read more

Went to this location today. I have been a Chili's customer for decades. Nothing about today's experience was good. I was ignored upon entry even though several employees saw me standing there. Finally after several minutes I was seated. Waiter asked what I wanted, and I said the 3 for me. He acknowledged my order and when it came out it was missing the fries. That was OK because I really don't need them. Then when I went to pay it was $18.00 instead of $11.65. All this BS with the table mounted payment system. I pay cash and it took forever to get my change. The dude at the table next to me had to return his burger twice because they couldn't get it right. To top it all off there is no phone number that anyone answers to register a complaint with corporate. It will be a long time before I try them again read more

This is by far the best restaurant around!! The staff is amazing...so happy and helpful. The food NEVER disappoints and there is something for every budget!! A staff member actually came out to my car after I picked up a to go order and didn't leave the parking lot to see if I was ok!!! Even proceeded to help me solve the problem I was having that had nothing to do with my food!! I can't speak for all Chili's but the Inverness Chili's gets it right!!! Kudos to staff AND management...other restaurants should take lessons on how customer service should be!! read more

We have been to this Chili's a couple of times recently and the food is good and the service is pleasant and efficient.

Came in 1045 says open till 1100. Told kitchen was closed so couldn't serve us! Will never come back to ur establishment again! Mgr said it was corporate dictating this !! So if ur really not serving customers change ur hrs switch ur hrs to when u really can be served.. witch I'm afraid would be still be earlier then what it is !
