She did nothing until he woke up and started vomiting across the table, stools, and condiments. Other tables got up and moved; some left. She handed him an empty beer pitcher. He kept vomiting into it in front of other guests, then he spilled the pitcher over the table and floor as he passed out again. Management was nowhere to be seen. Another table told the waitress to call an ambulance. She refused. Eventually someone carried him out and sat him in a chair in front of the building. There was no apparent concern for his safety. It was obvious to people around us that she did not want this reported because she had overserved him. We will not return.

Almost forgot about the pub menu!! But my prior Yelp Pics saved me. Salami and pepperoni sandwich with pickles. Rich but great.

The service was the highlight of the visit--the bartenders were genuinely friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome. That's the main reason I'm giving this place two stars. The food, however, was disappointing. I ordered my burger medium, but it arrived raw in the center. The onion rings were overly greasy with a heavy, unimpressive batter. After reading other reviews, I noticed someone else had a similar experience with the patty melt, so my meal may not have been an isolated issue. The atmosphere wasn't for me either. It feels much more like a neighborhood dive bar than a restaurant, with multiple TVs, loud music, constant chatter, and live entertainment outside all competing at once. If you're looking for a lively sports bar where you can watch a game, have a drink, and socialize, this may be exactly what you're after. I prefer a quieter, more relaxed dining experience, so it simply wasn't a good fit. The restaurant also has a dog-friendly patio, which many people enjoy, though it's not something I personally look for when dining out. Overall, I think Norton's has a loyal local following, and I can understand why some people enjoy the casual bar atmosphere. For me, though, the combination of the underwhelming food and the very loud environment means I won't be returning. The staff deserved better than the meal they were serving, because their friendliness and service were the best part of the visit.

Free chips and salsa I ordered the combination meal. One burrito, 1 enchilada. With a side of fried rice and refried beans. The negatives. When my meal arrived, there was no visible difference between the burrito and the enchilada. The presentation was lacking. No shredded garnish like a commonly see with combination platters. Everything was basically the same color. I got both the enchilada and the burrito with ground beef, even the inside was exactly the same, both tasted extremely bland and reminded me of a frozen microwave meal. I had to add a lot of hot sauce, which I normally don't like, to give the meal some flavor. The refried beans were liquidy and an odd color. At first, I thought it was queso. Not appetizing and they had no taste. The fried rice also was completely lacking in flavor. Overall, incredibly disappointed in this restaurant, especially after its long anticipated opening. I will agree with previous reviews. It is loud inside, and there is a strong smell in the place. I would describe the smell like a perfume type air freshener smell (reminded me of a hotel lobby smell IYKYK). It wasn't offensive to me, but if you are sensitive to smells at all, I could see how this would be an issue.

The fajitas came but not the second dish with the toppings or the tortillas to put them in. The toppings arrived but no tortillas ... which I asked for three times. When they came ... nice and hot my food was already cooling down. Not good. The person across from me got their meal but no silverware.
