Came here for the first time with my family at this location. We ordered the Trio Fajita, 3 choice Rib Combo (half rack ribs, half brisket quesadilla, and jalapeño cheddar sausages), Chicken Bacon Quesadilla, and the Triple Dipper (Nashville Hot Mozzarella, Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers, and the Big Mouth Bites). We also ordered the Shark Attack Margarita. Everything was delicious and flavorful. The fajita was super delicious. The Rib combo was delicious although I wished the ribs were more tender and it was a bit dry. The sausages and quesadillas were all very yummy. My rib combo also came with white cheddar mac-n-cheese and fries. The Big Mouth was basically little burger sliders, but in a dinner roll. The mozzarella sticks were very flavorful, but it was warmish cold so the cheese was still on the solid side instead oozy and stringy. Overall, it's not a 5 star restaurant, but the prices are great for the amount of food you get plus the food tastes pretty great. Staff were fast and friendly. Lots of tables to dine at and lots of parking. Each table comes with a little device where you pay for your tab and play some games while you're waiting for your meal to come out. read more

Believe me, I get this is a college town. Nothing will be absolute top tier or noteworthy, but this was kind of ridiculous and almost ... awkward? Me and my boyfriend got the 3 for Me like normal. None of our appetizers came until 5 minutes (maybe) before our food, which isn't really an appetizer anymore. Server also brought my boyfriend's refill of sweet tea WITHOUT ice. Who loves just a nice hot cup of sweet tea? No one! The manager came out to check on everyone's table except ours, so I flagged him down to ask for an ICED sweet tea. Server overheard that we asked, and he brought 2 cups of just ice. Yea, just ice. No refill. I understand if you saw that we had a huge cup of non-iced sweet tea and thought maybe it was a good idea to just bring ice, but it wasn't. The chilis cups aren't meant to be poured out to share since they are round at the top. We spilt half his sweet tea on the table with little to no napkins to help clean up. Good start! We got our food and my sandwich was all wrong. Got the regular crispy sandwich but just tossed with buffalo sauce. No toppings or anything on my sandwich, just the bread and chicken? Like what? I didn't even ask for anything other than it being tossed in a sauce. Weird. After we started eating, we noticed our server, who was making rounds to his section, completely ignored us the entire rest of the time. No refills, no "is everything ok", nothing! We finished and paid, and as we started to get up, the server comes by. All he says is "I'm sorry for the sunlight in here" as we got sat near a window. Mind you, me or my boyfriend never complained about our seating or the sun, but that was kind of him to apologize I guess. Only for sun though? Not the entire experience itself? Ok! After graduation, we rushed over to Chili's to get a table! As a table of 9, we were actually sat quickly! Within seconds, our server, Rhonda, appeared to take our drink order and answer questions about their new menu items. We also ordered a few appetizers and those along with our beverages came out quickly and accurately. Food at this location has always been great! But we'll keep coming back because of the service! Our drinks and chips were kept full, without asking! Large parties can be overwhelming, but not for Rhonda! She was amazing! The manager even popped over to check on us. Took a while to get your order taken but they were pretty busy. Ordered a bun less burger. It was pretty good and I had asked for a few changes and they were correct. However my waiter never came back to the table once. I ran out of my drink halfway through my meal and he never even glanced my way for me to get his attention. I want to know what happened to the chicken crispers?! They use to be so good- the breading was delicious and they would pull apart so easily. Now they're thin little crispy tenders. Not the same soft breading like I grew up with. Such a disappointment. I also cut myself on a nail that was sticking out under the table in the bar area. The Corporate Rot of America has finally hit Chili's. The Chain has fallen apart. Corporate has decided to treat the chain as a cash cow - and reduce expenses to the bare minimum. This means using the smallest possible number of people. The result - quality has taken multiple lethal hits. The place is now filthy, because there is not enough staff to buss tables or clean up. The bartender is expected to do lots of other things so don't expect anyone to be behind the bar to take your order. Training budgets are down - so screw-ups in the kitchen are now the norm. Beware of anything requiring the deep fat fryer. You now order off of computer screens rather than from people (what a cost saving!) and you can count on getting tons and tons of irritating self-promotional emails in return for the chance to cash in your Chili's points.
