...well judging by the number of Check-ins, I've been here a few times since my original review. Steak (which I usually get) & service has been consistently good.... however, tonight I mixed it up with the Ancho Salmon. As normal, service was fast & the meal came in a reasonable amount of time. Salmon was very tasty & was not overcooked. Seasoning was good on the fish - same with the rice. Broccoli was.... well, broccoli... but with the cheese I had added... even it was good;) As long as they've got good food/service & tabletop trivia - I'll keep showing up! read more

From the minute we walked in the employees were friendly and helpful. The ambiance is very relaxing and attractive. The server gave us great advice about the menu. The dips and the steak were tangy and delicious. My husband said that this has been the best meal at a restaurant we have had in a long time. We must be picking the right time to come because we've had nothing but excellent service. It can take a while for food when it's super busy, but nothing intolerable. I typically don't like chain restaurants, but this is an exception. I am addicted to their 3 for Me combo. You get a drink, appetizer, and entree (with sides) for a very reasonable price. You can also upgrade your drink and appetizer options. The overall price of your combo is based upon the entree you select and whether or not you choose to upgrade. For about $15 I get a blackberry iced tea, I upgrade to the paper thin corn chips for my appetizer (which comes with three dips), and I switch out the entree. You can get burgers, steaks, fajitas, chicken, chicken tenders, etc. Lots of other good options. Definitely my favorite chain restaurant and one I go to frequently. read more

We stopped by the Carlisle Chili's for a mid-week after work meal. The entire experience was excellent. The food was very good, the pick 3 for $10.99 is a fantastic value, and a gentleman named SAM was our server and provided a most entertaining dining experience and fantastic service. Whatever you're doing at Chili's at the moment is working because we throughly enjoyed it all. Again the service Sam provided us with was excellent. It's wonderful to see someone doing their job exceptionally well and obviously enjoying it at the same time. This experience was the worst experience I've ever had. The picture looked nothing like the meal and the service was quite delayed to be fair. The chicken wings had a rough texture yet not to mention, it was rubbery. Fries were stale,cold,dry. Ketchup was empty but the color made it look "full". The manager had dipped his finger in my soup, then proceeded to lick his finger. The ribs were slightly sticky and way too slimy. Not to mention my sprite had been watered down. Adding on to the chicken when my cousin had ripped it apart it took all his strength showing how much rubber was really in the chicken. This has been an excellent choice ever since my girlfriend and I have started coming here. Today we were greeted with a smile from our great waitress. She was very attentive and charismatic for the duration of our meal. We started our meal with the chips and salsa appetizer. The chips were lightly salted, very warm and fresh. The perfect cheap appetizer. The salsa is a thin salsa with medium heat, it is personally my favorite salsa. I ordered the Big Mouth Bites which are little cheeseburgers with their housemade ranch, fried onions, american cheese and small pieces of bacon on top. The 4 sliders were cooked to perfection, along with my roasted street corn. My girlfriend ordered the Sirloin steak, rare. The steak came out with a beautiful sear and a butter on top. Once cut into the steak was cooked perfectly and had a very fresh flavor. Her sweet corn was fresh and the french fries were as well. The service was fantastic, the waitress was very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. I would have given 5 stars but we had an issue with my burger. Me and my husband ordered the 2 for $25 and both got the bacon burgers. Our appetizer was the Texas fries, the fries with cheese bacon jalapeños and such. My husbands burger was great but mine had a bit of a chew when I bit into it only to find that it had a paper liner on the bottom of it. I understand that when they come in they are partied out and separated by liners and that it is easy to forget to take it off. No problem. The waitress was mortified this happened and apologized a hundred times and promised to fix it. The manager came out and she was just as apologetic and when I told her it was fine she informed me that it wasn't and that she would personally take care of it. They ended up comping my burger which was nice, not necessary, but nice of them. The second burger was fantastic and our desert was amazing. Btw we got the skillet cookie.
