My daughter told me, "You have to go to the Chili's in Carlisle and ask for Sam's section!" I drove from Chambersburg just to experience "Sam" and my daughter was right! We were a party of 8, celebrating my grandkid's birthdays, and Sam was amazing! THE BEST customer service EVER and the BEST attitude! We felt completely pampered and cared for! So now I'm recommending Chili's in Carlisle, and you have to ask for Sam's section! And tell him, Sara and her mom sent you! You won't be sorry! And you'll have a great time! Oh, and the food is great too! read more

I usually dine in at chilis but I figured why not try out the to go since I'm on the road.Bad idea, food was slapped together so fast I had to ask for corrections to my order. It was done in 4 minutes when the app said it would have been 17 mins, I was 2 miles away. Best just to dine in "To go" is "To gamble" The Lemon drop Margarita was nice shoutout to the nice bartender lady stop letting these kids stand around and put them to work! Have a nice day. read more

Food was good for the most part. Service doesn't always bring your whole order out. You have to remind service your missing some of your food. Restaurant is clean but sometimes the floors are dirty. read more

Went in with my son for dinner around 815pm, restaurant was pretty empty. Our server was not attentive to us compared to her other table and 3 guest at the bar. Highly disappointed. Also my son's food was sitting in a pile of grease. read more

I'm usually not the type of person to really ever leave reviews at places I eat at, but after having probably the best service I've ever had at a restaurant I had to leave one, SAM is an amazing person and so polite and genuinely takes care of your needs and quickly, if your ever in I would definitely recommend getting him as your server! read more

...well judging by the number of Check-ins, I've been here a few times since my original review. Steak (which I usually get) & service has been consistently good.... however, tonight I mixed it up with the Ancho Salmon. As normal, service was fast & the meal came in a reasonable amount of time. Salmon was very tasty & was not overcooked. Seasoning was good on the fish - same with the rice. Broccoli was.... well, broccoli... but with the cheese I had added... even it was good;) As long as they've got good food/service & tabletop trivia - I'll keep showing up! read more

From the minute we walked in the employees were friendly and helpful. The ambiance is very relaxing and attractive. The server gave us great advice about the menu. The dips and the steak were tangy and delicious. My husband said that this has been the best meal at a restaurant we have had in a long time. That's saying a lot because we eat out frequently. read more

Chili's - The Dip Trio with guacamole, salsa, and skillet queso was excellent. The Avocado Sirloin, was delicious! - Tex-Mex Near Me - Carlisle, Pennsylvania

went in this evening for dinner, food was good! however the experience could have been better had the general manager not been sweeping with his underwear with holes showing, maybe money should be invested in appropriate clothing sizes especially for management. probably won't return. read more

We must be picking the right time to come because we've had nothing but excellent service. It can take a while for food when it's super busy, but nothing intolerable. I typically don't like chain restaurants, but this is an exception. I am addicted to their 3 for Me combo. You get a drink, appetizer, and entree (with sides) for a very reasonable price. You can also upgrade your drink and appetizer options. The overall price of your combo is based upon the entree you select and whether or not you choose to upgrade. For about $15 I get a blackberry iced tea, I upgrade to the paper thin corn chips for my appetizer (which comes with three dips), and I switch out the entree. You can get burgers, steaks, fajitas, chicken, chicken tenders, etc. Lots of other good options. Definitely my favorite chain restaurant and one I go to frequently. read more

They have awesome food and great chili. All the food comes out fresh quality, and great proportions enough to fill your belly and leave you happy. The service is outstanding the waitresses go far and above and beyond you will enjoy your meal at chilies. read more

Great guys my dri KS were there before I even asked, food was delichous. Definitely recommend checking it out

Great food love the Margaritas very nice environment everyone is very friendly like that it's not that far from me

1) got in line on yelp and went in to check in after waiting 25 minutes and was told they couldn't find my name 2) went to sit at the bar and seats were being saved AT THE BAR on a FRIDAY night 3) Husbands food was crumbling in his hands. couldn't eat with the corn tortillas, waitress claimed "that's how their corn tortillas are" then why have them on the menu if they're that poor to not even be edible 4) fruit flies on the bar top 6 inches from my face. made for a poor experience. 5) waitress never asked about drinks. we got one round and were never asked if we wanted refills or needed any other drinks. staff seemed as if they could not handle being busying read more

it's so bad i want to give it a 0, but that's not possible, so i give you a 1 went in 35 minutes until they close for an iced tea and was yelled at by waitress saying "we're closed" from across the room and was not even spoken to with respect. i am truly disgraced with this service as i would have left kindly if the situation was handled with grace. i do not take kindly to being yelled at in front of everyone that they were close, when they weren't even closed. i bet the iced tea wouldn't have even been that good. do NOT go to the chilis in carlisle pennsylvania unless you want to be yelled at. i would suggest applebees instead, the waitress complimented my fly outfit instead of yelling at me!!! read more

I'm actually Chili's biggest fan and this is an excellent branch. I got the steakhouse combo this time and my wife got a quesadilla. It was a great date night for us, the server was attentive and the food prices are fair. Eat more Chili's!! read more

We stopped by the Carlisle Chili's for a mid-week after work meal. The entire experience was excellent. The food was very good, the pick 3 for $10.99 is a fantastic value, and a gentleman named SAM was our server and provided a most entertaining dining experience and fantastic service. Whatever you're doing at Chili's at the moment is working because we throughly enjoyed it all. Again the service Sam provided us with was excellent. It's wonderful to see someone doing their job exceptionally well and obviously enjoying it at the same time. After a really nauseating work day for me Chili's, two large Coors drafts and Sams attitude totally made my day !!! Thanks Carlisle Chili's and Sam......CYA again soon read more

DO NOT RECOMMEND. The food was horrible. Our server was very nice and attentive but the food was so bad

This experience was the worst experience I've ever had. The picture looked nothing like the meal and the service was quite delayed to be fair. The chicken wings had a rough texture yet not to mention, it was rubbery. Fries were stale, cold, dry. Ketchup was empty but the color made it look "full". The manager had dipped his finger in my soup, then proceeded to lick his finger. The ribs were slightly sticky and way too slimy. Not to mention my sprite had been watered down. Adding on to the chicken when my cousin had ripped it apart it took all his strength showing how much rubber was really in the chicken. The stake had added up to 30 dollars and was filled with crispy fat that would make me sick to my stomach. ZERO STARS. BE CAREFUL I will never come back here. read more

If I could give this restaurant 0 starts I would. Walked in and waited about 5 minutes to be told they can't serve us. I don't know if it was a racial thing but I am highly disappointed with the staff. If you're planning to stop and eat just keep driving. You're welcome in advance! read more

This experience was one of the worst experiences I have had at a Chili's restaurant, their chicken on the smokehouse meal was so tough and dry it felt like eating rubber, their ribs were unflavored and had some slimey parts to it, their fries were cold and had no flavor either, this restaurant should be ashamed because there were instances the manager stuck his finger in our soup before serving it to us, I will not be coming back to this Chili's again, please be careful coming here. read more

This place is ok. It's a hit-and-miss. The family likes to eat there. Service is slow and the food is pretty good. I don't recommend all-you-can-eat salad and soup. Service is slim and you may have to wait 20 minutes for a refill if you are lucky. The price is good for what you get .. read more

We always liked the food and service,BUT, last two times we were here, there was a shortage of staff and the service was greatly delayed. Food was still good, but getting seated in less than 50% filled restaurant took too long. Today, we were on the 'wait list' to be only 15 minutes, turned into 45 minutes before we said enough already, and left. We will not be returning anytime soon, and if we do, if there is STILL a shortage of staff, we will turn around and leave. Something is wrong at this Chilies and needs fixed. read more

This has been an excellent choice ever since my girlfriend and I have started coming here. Today we were greeted with a smile from our great waitress. She was very attentive and charismatic for the duration of our meal. We started our meal with the chips and salsa appetizer. The chips were lightly salted, very warm and fresh. The perfect cheap appetizer. The salsa is a thin salsa with medium heat, it is personally my favorite salsa. I ordered the Big Mouth Bites which are little cheeseburgers with their housemade ranch, fried onions, american cheese and small pieces of bacon on top. The 4 sliders were cooked to perfection, along with my roasted street corn. My girlfriend ordered the Sirloin steak, rare. The steak came out with a beautiful sear and a butter on top. Once cut into the steak was cooked perfectly and had a very fresh flavor. Her sweet corn was fresh and the french fries were as well. Overall extremely happy with this trip and we will most certainly be back. read more

Chili's on Century and Crenshaw should be shut down. The service is HORRIBLE. I ordered the full slab of ribs loaded mash and broccoli. They bring me my food the mash potatoes we're cold and who ever cooked the food decided to SHAKE the whole bottle of salt on my broccoli I couldn't even eat it. Oh and let's not forget the drink, I specifically say to the host NO SALT but what happened they salt the rim anyway. Finally I get the hosts attention and tell her I asked for no salt. She takes it back and brings me another drink and what did they do they poured the drink into a fresh glass instead of making me another one and all I could taste was a whole load of SALT. I send it back again and this time they get it right. I've tried to patronize this chili's but I just can't do it. So when I want Chili's looks like I'll have to patronize one out of our neighborhood and go to another one. Very Disappointing!! I like Chili's but this one is a no gooooo!!! read more

Stop down this evening to eat with my wife, and our waitress didn't show up for about 40 minutes..Yolonda was nice enough to come up grab our drinks and good order, and as we watch another table get sat our waitress magical appeared to greet that table within 5 minutes! I am really disappointed. Menu would not load on my iPhone 11. Tried 5x. I usually visit Chili's in California where I live. Was visiting my daughter and family in Carlisle PA. I tried Chili's in Carlisle PA and it was WAY below par. It took a REALLY long time from the time we ordered until it finally reached the table. (Est 20 min even with nearly nobody in the restaurant) Our food had obviously been sitting under the heat lamps and was stale. I ordered "No Onions" and my burger was plastered with onions. The Mayo (on the side) was hot, curdled and oily. My son in laws burger was stale. Will NOT be back. Really disappointed. read more

Needed to pick up some things at Home Depot and we were working on the house so my wife called in a couple of orders of chips and salsa. Had to wait 15 min at the to go door and when I got home the chips were soggy, greasy, and not done. And the cup of quest was half empty. Pulling out the driveway my neighbors shared that they were just here and their chips were greasy and soggy and the broccoli with their meals was mushy. No bueno. read more

If your in town and looking for a safe place, I recommend Chilie's. The place is clean and well organized. Food is decent, exactly what you'd expect in a town like this. It's really nothing special, no wow factor but the food is pretty good. I ordered Ribs, Really good. Portions are good as well. The chips and salsa is a must. The. chips are a little salty but Portions are very good and if you sign up for the rewards program, there free! I would recommend! read more

they jipped me on literally everything. I had quarter the amount of pasta that is normally given. They even burnt my garlic bread:(

Food was really good. Especially the corn. Not too spicy just, street corn is the best. It was lunchtime just before it starts to get too busy. I wish their parking lot was flip flop. The store faces the road but the trees and everything are in the way so you can't see if they're open. read more

The service was fantastic, the waitress was very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. I would have given 5 stars but we had an issue with my burger. Me and my husband ordered the 2 for $25 and both got the bacon burgers. Our appetizer was the Texas fries, the fries with cheese bacon jalapeños and such. My husbands burger was great but mine had a bit of a chew when I bit into it only to find that it had a paper liner on the bottom of it. I understand that when they come in they are partied out and separated by liners and that it is easy to forget to take it off. No problem. The waitress was mortified this happened and apologized a hundred times and promised to fix it. The manager came out and she was just as apologetic and when I told her it was fine she informed me that it wasn't and that she would personally take care of it. They ended up comping my burger which was nice, not necessary, but nice of them. The second burger was fantastic and our desert was amazing. Btw we got the skillet cookie. Always my favorite. read more
