The food quality is absolutely amazing! The service is equally amazing! Oh and the prices beat fast food! This chilis is by far my go to and is a great experience all around. The food is fresh and cooked perfectly and the wait staff is extremely friendly and attentive! When other restaurants charge more have low quality food and give Horrible service chilis is doing the opposite and setting themselves apart from the competition and saying competition is like saying a horse and an F1 car are in the same competition. It's not even close. Keep it up chilis! read more

My friends and I came here in a large group a couple hours before it closed. I felt awful but they were so kind and accommodated us really well. Our server, Camryn, was so amazing and detailed. Even when a friend was being quite pushier than I would have liked, she was patient and reassuring. The food was amazing! I got the classic triple dipper and it was so much for the price! My other friends enjoyed their food! One thing of Mac and Cheese came out cold but they were more than willing to reheat it! Other than that, everything went super well! read more

5 stars for being a Chili's! Our waitress was very nice, and the 3 for me deal is a great meal option! We were seated pretty quickly and it was fairly busy for it being 5pm on a Sunday. Haven't been in a long time but now it's back on my list! read more

When I come somewhere like Chili's, I'm not expecting a gourmet meal, but a classic app or a burger. We came here again tonight, for the first time since last December, after stopping at another Canton establishment (that had high Yelp ratings- whose ratings did not match the experience), and had a great experience here. The staff were friendly and efficient and the restaurant was clean. The only complaint I have was the 30 minute wait to be seated, which seemed to be due to a lack of staff, as there were many tables open. Will definitely come back in the future. read more

Bree was great! Super attentive on a really busy night. After a long travel day, it was nice to chat with her and eat good food! :)

they never get the delivery order correct. I honestly can't remember the last time my order was complete. We order from here once a week because it's supposed to be my day to relax but that's honestly laughable now. please take my advice and don't ever do delivery because they never put all the order in the bag and the food is always cold even though it takes less than 10 minutes to get to my house. I really hope someone can come and turn this location around because they are completely incompetent. I don't know how many more times they can give them the benefit of the doubt and try again. Also as you can see this is my "portion" of Mac and cheese and corn. read more

I had wanted to try the Triple dipper appetizer for a while now and since I had some time this week I thought why not go to Chili's! I got here after 430 pm and it wasn't busy; however, I had a kinda long wait to be seated, receive my drink, and appetizers. I must note that my waitress was really nice and attentive after she was assigned to me. On to the food... I ordered the trio with honey chipotle mozzarella sticks, chicken crispers, and southwest egg rolls. The first thing that caught my attention was that my food was just warm, barely. The egg rolls had the best potential, flavors were there just pretty cold. The tenders were okay better than the sticks. The breading on the sticks and the sauce combined was a very weird texture. I think it would have been better without the sauce on top. Next, I ordered the ultimate Cajun pasta with chicken and shrimp to take home. So the good, it was fresh when I ordered it and aesthetically pleasing. The chicken was chopped beautifully and there was a good amount of food... however the taste was very bland and I'm not sure why it's Cajun because it's not spicy, not even a little. Also I must mention the strawberry daiquiri/ margarita drink was superb. I'd return for that alone the food probably not. read more

I love Chilis! Food is tasty. Service is amazing and ambience is great too. 3 for me more like 3 for peak.

The service wasn't great. Even though the restaurant wasn't busy, we waited at the door for about 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. A server finally seated us but left without bringing menus or saying anything. We waited for almost 20 minutes, and even after asking another server for help, no one came to our table. And we left after so long waiting. read more

Management did a very bad job planning for a Saturday night. 15 tables open, but a 35 minute wait anyway. Don't bother with this place.

Today, My Wify and I decided to go get a bite to eat from Chili's in Canton and it wasn't that crowded so we're very excited because of that we ordered three items out of those three items to them was wrong and the other item was cold. I ordered a steak, medium rare. It came out well done I sent it back to get it refired and didn't even receive my food at all. The staff needs to tighten up. That was unacceptable.. read more

All right, so me, my wife and son go to Chili's located at 41680 Ford Rd, Canton Township, MI 48187 at around 6:15 pm tonight and get turned away along with other customers because they/ the manager said that the kitchen couldn't handle the so called rush. Mind you there were at least 5 empty table right in the left as you entered the door. I should have known when we got out of the car and heard people complaining walking to their cars. We will not be returning to this one ever again. read more

Nick was an amazing server! One of the best I've had. My mom and I stopped in after a stressful day and he boosted our spirits.

Oh Lordt no! Very short staff (bartender was gone at 8pm), food is meh, and drinks are very weak. Highly suggest sticking with their limited selection of beer. Please note I didn't pick this place but the person I was meeting up with wanted here. I knew after the pandemic this type of service at the chain restaurants should be set VERY LOW. Would I be back - unfortunately no. The existing staff was friendly enough but not to the point I want to return. Happy eating!!! read more

Ordered off of Yelp/Grub hub for pickup. I never got the message that said my order was ready, so I went in. They said their iPad was down. He acted as if I was bothering him. When i told him I used Yelp/Grub hub... he told me that I should NOT have used that service. He was UNAPOLOGETIC about my situation! I got the food home , and it was cold and subpar. Buffalo wing sauce was on EVERYTHING! I'm not sure why that sauce didn't come on the said like the rest of the sauces. read more

We visited this location for the first time late Sunday afternoon. They were busy relative to the staff on hand. However, we were seated fairly quickly, especially for a party of seven. Our server Nyle took great care of us. He's very pleasant and made our visit enjoyable. He's very good, and works hard to please. The various dishes were all good. The burgers here are huge and well prepared. Two of us had chicken fajita and those were also good. The salsa and chips here are top-notch. Overall we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of this location and will be back. read more

My husband and I went here for lunch today around 11:30 - We were seated immediately - the waitress that we ended up with was yelling at the other waitress that we were her table, not theirs. Upon sitting, the waitress proceeded to stock and clean the bar rather than coming to our table. 10 minutes later, she finally approached our table and asked what we wanted to drink (we were already ready to order so we did) then proceeded to take orders from three other tables, went back to the bar to stock some beer, then brought our drinks out. We received our appetizers, and an additional table was sat and greeted immediately. Our food took over 45 minutes to come to the table, and as we were waiting for our food, the same table that came in as appetizers came out were served their entrees. Upon waiting for a refill, our waitress was standing at the bar, taking a man's number and flirting it up with him. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with this location, and the service as I have had nothing but great experiences at other Chili's. read more

We don't come here often and will probably keep it that way. After viewing the menu, we ended up ordering the 2 for $25 deal. We each ordered ceasar salads and the chipotle chicken alfredo pasta. Our waitress came back with lettuce tossed in light ceasar dressing on a plate and a few croutons on top. As I stared at my salad, I noticed there was not one piece of parmesan cheese on either of our salads. I notified our waitress and she brought us some grated parmesan cheese in two cups. The pasta was good with the garlic bread. The strawberry cheese cake was also good. The patron margarita was just okay, just more margarita than anything. Our experience here was just okay. read more

Michigan, at least this part, was not ready to open for indoor dining. Stopped at 3 restaurants and told they were no longer seating at 845pm. Closing times 10-11pm. Called and asked about waitlist. Got a quote of 25-30 min. Get there, well she must have been the lady that just got off, it's 45 min. OK. I joined the waitlist on yelp. Restaurant is literally half full. Obviously understaffed. Trust me when I tell u this was the last resort restaurant on july 4. Chilli's is processed crap and bad drinks to me. An hour later we were seated. Manager type comes and asks for drink orders. Out of the first 3 beers I asked for. There's a beer shortage she says. Now I just left a spot with 50 taps, movie theater that had 10 taps and the liquor store. Huh. OK. Request wine..I ask are u sure you have it? Yes After watching the bartender lean on the counter talking for 15 minutes, server comes and apologizes and said she reminded the bartender she put drinks in. Guess what? Out of the wine I asked for. I ll just have a soda. The server kept telling me margaritas are their specialty and and I told her I wasn't asking for anything fancy. Just what's listed on your menu. Food: Sweetie pie got some Angus rib eye deal with loaded baked potato n broccoli. I got the appetizer sample with boneless wings, honey crispers and burger sliders. Decent except the boneless wings. Overcooked and I literally couldn't chew them. Sweetie pie wasn't impressed but ate because this was literally the only spot open in this sleepy town. No drink refills offered or dessert. Just brought the bill. My water had been empty before we even got the food and I really wanted cheesecake. If you are not ready to be open for indoor dining then just stick with to go. read more

Me and my friend came here yesterday around 3:20 and we were told we'll be seated in 25 minutes. We ended up waiting about 40 minutes to an hour. My friend went up and asked about our seats to a different hostess, and she searched for his name and number on the list and it wasn't there. So he had to input his info again. Whoever the lady was in the hostess position around 3:20 never put us on the list. Had us waiting and wasting time for no reason. Other than that, the food was good and waitress was nice and helpful. read more

I went to watch the playoffs. They had a game from week 2 playing and the one game that was actually a playoffs was in a corner. I felt like they were out of everything I wanted, no lemons for the water. No honey chipotle chicken crispers. The server was good, margaritas were good (strong). All the food that we ordered was pretty basic and good. I really liked my chicken crispers. We wanted dessert and asked what the server recommended. She recommended the chocolate volcano cake. It was okay nothing super. I feel like this place has been around for a long time and is due for a remodel. Things are seeming a bit worn down and over used. I haven't been in here in almost ten years. I came in here for a school fundraiser. read more

My favorite meal from chili's!!! 3 for $10 drink, app and entree. I always get the Cajun chicken pasta (no Cajun). This time I added shrimp and Extra garlic toast; delicious. The last 3 times we have gone to this location they never have servers. Tried last night and the lobby was packed with people. They were only sitting people in the bar because they only had two servers. I said will there be more servers at 5:00. She said no, only two servers all night. That is a management issue. So many of us just left. Saturday night and only two servers. The manager just stood with the hostess. She should have been taking orders and waiting tables. We will never try again. 3 times and you're out! read more

My husband Ryan and I went to Chili's after my sisters wedding for a little snack. Our meal ended up costing us around 20$. Our meal consisted of "Fresh" Guacamole and Classic Nachos with chicken. My husband was thirsty, so we decided to get a Dr. Pepper to go. After entering our vehicle, my husband took of the lid on the soda cup because it wasn't on correctly and after removing the lid from the cup he found a glob of spit on the side of the cup. This completely unexpected and unacceptable. We treated the waiter with respect and didn't ask to much of him. Hopefully no one else has experienced this or you have at any other places. - Nancy Portman read more

I haven't been to this location in many years and today we decided to give it another try. We were so glad we did! I ordered the black bean and veggie fajitas and it was perfection. The asparagus was cooked perfectly and while untraditional it was a nice surprise too! It was served with black beans and they were amazing too. The portion size was huge and the service was beyond excellent. It was refreshing to dine out post covid restrictions and have top-notch service Can't wait to go back. read more
