I don't frequent chain restaurants but I was surprised with a good, filling, and affordable lunch at Chili's! Three of us arrived on a Saturday around 1pm for lunch, easily finding a spot close to the main entrance. We walked in and were immediately seated even though there were plenty of people inside. The hostess was not the friendliest but she wasn't mean or rude by any means. Our waitress was friendly though and came over soon after we were seated. The inside was busy but we were able to talk with ease even with the TVs and music playing near the bar. We each ordered their $10.99 "3 for Me" meal, albeit we each chose a different main course. We didn't think about it but we were all shocked when we each received a basket of fresh tortilla chips and salsa! None of us finished them as we wanted to save room for the main course. For that, I ended up going with their Crispy Chicken Sandwich, which is a hand-breaded crispy chicken patty, mayonnaise, and pickles between a big, toasted brioche bun, which also came with a side of fries. This sandwich was hot and tasted great! I think next time I'd maybe see about adding a side of buffalo sauce to spice it up, but still, it was a good, filling sandwich. I ate most of the fries but I was pretty full after the tortilla chips and sandwich so I did leave a few. But all that food, for $10.99? I am impressed! All-in-all, I'm happy with the experience we had at Chili's! I'm glad that some chains can serve up a tasty, affordable meal and I'd have no problem coming back here again. read more

I am not typically a fan of chains, but I will say I am a sucker for Chili's. More than anything, I like their chips and salsa. That has been enough to keep me coming back occasionally over the years. The service is usually fine, rarely am I amazed, but I am also rarely annoyed by it either. The bar, even at the tables, seems to have a higher success rate over the dining room. As a company, they do a good job keeping the menu a good value over all. I can have much better meal here than any fast food restaurant, and have it be cheaper consistently if I watch what I order. I haven't been to chili's in over 20 years but my husband wanted to try the viral tik tok mozzarella sticks and we had a gift card. We ordered an appetizer sampler with southwest egg rolls, burger sliders and the Nashville hot mozzarella sticks. We sat at the bar since we were only ordering an app and a drink. The bartenders were pleasant and very attentive. The food itself was decent, albeit too greasy. The mozzarella sticks definitely had a great cheese pull and the flavors were good. The sauce was mild compared to a normal Nashville hot sauce. The eggrolls were a bit undercooked but the filling was flavorful. The sliders were tasty but too greasy. In the future I wouldn't choose to go to chili's because there are so many local (non chain) establishments that I'd prefer to go to. read more

Got the triple dipper to split with wife. Went the burgers, Nashville mozz sticks and the chipotle honey crispers. The mozz sticks had a slight spice and were decent. The burgers were bland but hit the spot. The chipotle chicken crispers were inedible. Pretty much all batter and then way over cooked chicken which I could barely eat. Ruined the whole platter. I think you get what you would expect here. Some hot or miss items, a big place with lots of seating open late. Would I come back again within 20 years? Maybe. My server was cool despite the fact she never introduced herself so I can't name her in this review. She seems seasoned in this business. Not overly chatty and under welcoming just more like hey it's my job I'm just here to do it but I'll be polite. Hahahaa anyway the chicken sandwich is a good. Not great but it's good. I love the size of the chicken as well and the crispiness does not disappoint. It comes with mayo and pickles. The Mac and cheese was definitely decent. I'd give it a 7.5 maybe an 8 for restaurant style whit Mac. It was creamy and I could definitely taste the cheddar flavor. The fries were good as well. I go here very often and it's always mid. me and my friend came here around 9 pm and the place was empty. we asked to be seated in a booth near the back and the host responded "i was thinking maybe closer to the bar". we then said is there any way we can sit towards the back and he just sighed and said i guess. man this guy sucks. he needs a complete attitude adjustment. we then were sat at the table directly in front of the kitchen. so we moved, and were told the table was closed and we needed to move back. after contemplating getting up and leaving, we waited about 15 minutes in this empty place for our server to take our drink order. she was very nice but VERY SLOW. our apps got brought out and not even 3 minutes later our entrees. never have i experienced quite lazy service and i don't know if the jerk in the front told everyone else to give us a hard time but if so, shame on you. overall i give the place a 1 star and ill return to see if it was an off night but wow get it together. read more

I have not been to Chilis since before the pandemic. Things in my opinion had gone down hill. Food was always cold by the time it got to the table or the order was completely wrong. I decided to give it a go because I am obsessed with their Southwestern Egg rolls and avocado ranch dipping sauce! I could seriously drink that stuff if I could stay healthy and alive! We ordered delivery. Food was warm. The side salad I would pass on it was so small and cost $7.00 dollars so not worthy it. The southwestern egg rolls never disappoint!! Chili's for a chain restaurant is not bad. You can get a lunch for a decent price. They have a 3 for $10 deal where you can get a soft drink, soup or salad, and a small variety of different meals. This is for any time of day, not just lunch. Costs you more than that to go to a fast food burger joint! With our drinks we got a dish of chips and salsa which was free if you register as a 'regular'. The chips were nice and fresh though the salsa was bland. We both got soup. Mine was the New England clam chowder which was ok. My husband got the chicken enchilada soup and that was really good. Plenty of flavor with nice crunchy tortilla strips and cheese on top. For our main meal I got the bacon ranch chicken quesadillas. I would not recommend this. I really like bacon but it really overpowered everything else. Might have been the type of bacon but it wasn't to my taste. The other meal was the cajun chicken pasta. The chicken was seasoned well and not overcooked but the sauce like the salsa was kinda bland. We had a reservation at another restaurant for 7, but we haven't eaten all day so we decided to change it up a little and try a few appetizers at Chili's. We got the Classic Nachos and the Fried Pickles, both very very delicious. The nachos all had the toppings on it- unlike most places the serve nachos where the bottom chips are dry- and the cheese and beans were the perfect combo (definitely recommend for everybody who comes here). The pickles were good, but I definitely liked them more than my mom, they were a bit small and sour, but still good if you like deep fried pickles. I would definitely go here again next time I'm in the area. Only reason this is 4 instead of 5 stars is our appetizers took about 25 minutes to be made, not bad but it felt like forever for being so hungry. It's been sometime since my family has been here and WOW. The wait for a table was super reasonable and we were seated within the quoted time. Our waitress was friendly and on point. Food was fresh and fast. What ever system they have implemented is working. They were SO efficient. As the waitress was taken our order the drinks were coming before she finished the table. My little ones ordered the kids chicken bites ( cooked chicken breast, it was cooked perfect and juicy) little burger bites and had the honey chipotle chicken crispers, super good. Chili's wasn't our first choice for dinner, but my husband and I had a movie we were going to watch that started in 40-45 minutes at the Regal next door, so we decided to eat close to the theater. The first thing we noticed was how clean the place was! Usually at these chain restaurant/diner places, the cleanliness is average (or below average). This Chili's location though, was REALLY clean. The tables, floors, lights, etc. were all noticeably clean! Also, the service was great. The servers were really nice and friendly and checked up on us frequently. The food was... it's Chili's. It wasn't amazing, but your average Chili's food. I will say though, the chili my husband ordered was SUPER salty. It was chunky and had a lot of meat, but for some reason, too much salt (could be because it was later in the day?). Overall, the food we ordered in general was on the salty side. If you're ordering fries, make sure you ask them NOT to salt it or be light on the salt. The salad dressing is a bit salty too, so dressing on the side might be a good idea too. read more
