Ordered takeout after a long week at work. Asked for the Alex Burger without the bun, no jalapeño, and no tomato. Requested roasted corn instead of fries. Got a burger patty with a slice of half melted cheese & fries. You guys suck

Maya at the Brighton Chili's had wonderful service. She was kind, friendly and very attentive to what I needed and when I needed it.

This is it not much for a Sunday night

I'm trying to waste time while I am waiting to pick my daughter up from the movie theater. What better way to waste time then drink a few beers And have a order of wings. Can't remember the last time I ate at Chili's, but I think it's going to be exactly the same. Wings are good not breaded

The boyfriend and I decided to come out to Brighton for dinner and we chose Chili's. We were not impressed. The wait was short for a Friday night and the hostesses were nice but once we were seated the issues started. First of all i could barely touch my menu. It was sticky on the outside and once opening it I found a giant glob of who knows what on the inside, after getting a new one myself, we ordered drinks. My boyfriend ordered a $5 margarita which came to the table with no straw and no lime (not a big deal) but then the waitress came back by with her hand completely over the straw & finger over where his mouth would go, set it in his drink almost getting her fingers in the margarita and then walked away. Now for the food.. I ordered shrimp tacos and my boyfriend ordered a medium steak. The tacos arrived with brown avocados on them and the steak arrived rare. The steak was sent back and fixed and we did speak with a manager at the end of the meal who said if we needed anything else to let him know. But at that point we just wanted to cash out and leave. With a broken ziosk at our table and our waitress working with another table, we got up and asked for a new ziosk so that we could leave. Moral of the story, our service was was sub par (after ordering the food the waitress said "do you need anything else, I won't be back for a while"") and the food needs a little more care put into it.

Having said that, if it had come with pickles it definitely would have amped up the flavor profile of this burger and made for a better sandwich in my opinion. Possibly something to keep in min d and ask for if you go the Burger route. Aside form the burger, I ordered an Old Fashioned with Makers Mark Bourbon as the base for my cocktail. The drink was well made and quite tasty and a deal at $11 in my opinion. Aside from the burger there were an assortment of food options that I would classify as Elevated Bar food bordering on a Bistro style Menu that looked very interesting. Nice! The bar itself has a dark vibe to it to go along with the Western accents making for a nice ambiance to enjoy your drink/food. Plenty of tables running along side their massive bar and numerous TV's scattered about to allow you to watch the big game. Staff is quite friendly with good follow up throughout the meal. Overall a nice place to enjoy a well made drink and grab a bite to it. Its central location in the business district is also another huge plus if you want to make an evening of it in downtown Brighton.

Their German-style beers are unique and thoughtfully crafted, offering something different from the typical brewery lineup. You can tell they put a lot of care into brewing historic and traditional beer styles. My only wish is that they offered a few more non-alcoholic beverage options and some food. Having those available would make it easier to stay longer and accommodate a wider variety of guests. Even so, it's a great spot for beer lovers looking for a distinctive brewery experience.

Meal items: Reuben, chick pea in beef stock soup, steak frites, langostino pasta. $161.12 The garlic puffs are okay, mostly fried dough balls, a bit too hard on the outside. Their meh. The cauliflower is okay, kind of bland with the hummus. The chicken tendies is okay with the sriracha BBQ. My piece was gristly for me. :( The truffle fries are good. The Maitake mushrooms are good. The soup was average, not so tasty to my FIL. The Rueben wasn't bad. Steak Frites are good, comes with fries. My FIL wasn't fond of the chimichurri though. He said the steak was perfectly cooked medium rare for him. The langostinos are good. The pasta itself was really overcooked and the lobster sauce isn't enough flavor, rather bland. Service is good.

Drinks are priced about average and they do offer a large variety of craft cocktails. Our server Conor was very "Laid Back" as we had to flag him down on many occasions to get water or to order drinks. We were excited they offer a Whitefish Dip as an appetizer. Unfortunately we were disappointed that its more of an artichoke dip as we didn't taste any whitefish. We also tried their meatballs which were very good but spicey. Again our server only brought out 1 order versus the 2 that we ordered. We were excited that the local Punk/Rock band Rickett was playing on the patio which was a bonus as they are a very popular local band and we thought there was only live music on Friday and Saturday. If you are looking for creative cocktails and elevated comfort food..give Label Kitchen a try..and maybe you can see the Rickett band play live as well!

Solan took such great care of us, A+ customer service!! Starting with a cocktail from the fall menu, I absolutely loved my Reese's Old Fashioned! Every dish we tried was delicious. The center cut blue cheese steak was cooked perfectly, the blue cheese paired so well with the candied bacon. Located just outside of the main downtown area, the Canopy Lounge is hidden in the back of a parking lot. It's a well-kept secret, but one worth sharing. The ambiance is like a cozy sports bar with a rustic twist. There are several options for seating (high top tables, bar in the back, and a lounge-type area up front with a sofa and some easy chairs. We decided to sit in the lounge type area and took advantage of the happy hour specials. We did an order of mussels and fries for the adults, macaroni and cheese for the kiddos (one order split 2 ways, which was more than enough for them). Food was tasty and the happy hour drinks hit the spot all the way around. Our server did a fantastic job of making sure that our waters stayed filled and of bringing our food promptly. There were a number of interesting options on the menu, including venison chili and backstrap, as well as Korean BBQ duck. We bookmarked those to try for next time!
