Went back again for lunch on New Years Eve as we again recieved and didn't waste any time using a gift card my wife got for Christmas. We actually turned it into a family day out as we took the kids to the movies after we ate here. Again, we had a great experience. The warm tortilla chips and salsa was again tasty. The wife and I ordered burgers. I had the Smoked Bacon burger which was fantastic. Very large, juicy burger topped with lettuce, tomato, red onions, fried shoestring onions and thick, smoked applewood bacon. It was absolutely stellar. My wife had the regular bacon burger of which she loved and couldn't even finish. The kids had there normal cheeseburger and fries with my 5 year old getting mac and cheese again. He didn't like it this time and the waitress immediately asked what he would want instead to which he ordered a corn dog. Only took a few minutes to get it out to us and we weren't charged anything extra. Our waitress was very friendly and great with our kids. She kept our drinks filled and checked on us regularly. Very disappointing. Was a favorite spot to Catcha good meal or drinks and now just a nightmare. Ordered takeout on Saturday and received a terrible meal and even worst service. Called to express our dissatisfaction regarding our 3 for $10. lunch orders. The portion sizes were downsized from previous orders or onsite meals. Side salads served in a little cup and in the cup includes the salad dressing container, so not two forks of lettuce. Drinks are in small cups as well. Was told by the girl who responded to our questions, What do you expect for $10.00 and if you want larger drink you just need to ask for it. Really.... we generally order four to go lunches for the staff and have someone run to get the food. Always have to wait beyond the stated time, but now we have to specify the size of the drink and yet only get at best 1/6 of the salad. The worst service and food prep ever experienced. We were a group of 5 ppl and our waitress was not interested in serving us from the start. Asked for waters, it took 20 minutes to get them. We ordered fried pickles, it took 20 minutes and they could not have been pickles. Saw onion and garlic pieces. WTH? Ordered boneless wings looked reheated. Service was rough going all the way through and the manager Sat there and did nothing. Never walked around, never asked if anyone's food was good.. Nothing. Actually saw him look at us toward end of night like we had done something wrong. What a disappointment. Terrible may be to kind. Still gave a 10% tip because we know the service industry is difficult but we never should have left a penny. Suggestion: Go elsewhere. read more

Typical chain restaurant, not very impressive. Service is so-so, food is mediocre at best and its usually pretty busy. Would not recommend, there are alot of good restaurants in Boardman and this is not one of them. read more

I rarely have a bad experience here! The food always comes out quick and is hot. The servers are always prompt and attentive.

TERRIBLE!!! We have been going to Chili's for years. Last night we went there before our movie that started at 6:45. All we wanted were a couple of appetizers because that is all we had time for. I started with a margarita which was absolutely disgusting!!!! The drink was entirely sour mix with no alcohol. I had to order a shot of tequila to add which didn't even make it taste any better. My boyfriend ordered and then I order nachos with ground beef. It took about 20-25 min to get HIS food. The waitress says mine is coming and something about them having to cook the ground beef. Are you kidding me?? She came back a bit later (6:15) and told us they still were not done as my boyfriend is eating his!!!! I told her we were leaving at 6:30 and we initially told her we were going to a movie. All she did was offer me some soup....LOL!!! What a joke! I never ate and she brought the bill out which by the way, never even had the nachos on it to be credited!!! So who's mistake is that???? WILL NEVER RETURN!!!!! I am sitting here and I see 4 empty tables and i have a 20 minute wait, makes no sense and there is nobody else waiting

Hostess walked past us 3 times, never said a word. Manager walked by 2 times, never said a word. Finally hostess sat us. Floor was sticky, filthy. Table was sticky. Bathrooms were disgusting. The place had a funk smell to it of just filth. Waitress was not attentive, was very forgetful. Salsa was like water. Ranch was like water. Both adults, always get the quesadilla explosion salad. Both very disappointed. Smaller, less ingredients. Less tasteful. Sad when you look forward to a meal and get it and it's gross. Side salads were made with browning shredded lettuce. Very disappointing visit. Chili's is off our go to list for a good meal. Left feeling like we needed showers. read more

Good service but the food wasn't great. Had appetizer "Skillet Queso". Very salty and otherwise flavorless gritty paste. Would never order that again. Fajitas were ok but also too salty. With so many other choices nearby, I think we could have done better for the money. Overpriced. read more

First off I hadn't been inside the restaurant in quite awhile. My biggest complaint is the serious lack of cleanliness!! This place is filthy and I mean ALL of it. The table was sticky, the restrooms are gross. The floor looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months. The staff clearly doesn't take hygiene seriously either. When my waitress went to get to go containers, she picked up a stack of them walked past another customer and let them take some off her stack and that customer sifted through them to get which size she wanted and has now touched all of the containers that the waitress proceeds to hand me!!! Yuck The food was good, but I couldn't stop thinking the entire time about what I was going to catch or come down with after my visit!! I don't care if the food is good, if I have to worry about what I'm going to contract by eating there, it's not worth it. God only knows what the kitchen looks like.‍ read more

We love the service and hearty size meals we get and I have picky kids and they like all like the food which is really saying something. We also love the salsa and chips along with your great deserts. We try to go there when ever we have a birthday in the family or any special occasion. I would go to Chili's at least once a month if my boyfriend liked spicy food. Now I only get to go every once in a while when a friend can go with me. Their food is absolutely amazing. Chips and salsa; to die for. They have great deals like 2 for $20 and it's a nice way to get great food for cheap. All the waiters/waitresses I've ever had were nice and there to get you exactly what you need. Definitely recommend this place. read more

We love chili's but will never attempt this location again. We were told there was a 10-15 min wait. After 45+ minutes there were still many other groups ahead of us waiting of the same size. We opted to try a bar table and gave our pager back to the hostess. There were 2 open but neither bused. There wasn't even enough room between chairs to walk through there. We sat for 10 minutes... All tables still with old food on them and no server in sight. We obviously left and won't return!! read more

Took 15 minutes to get a waiter too wait on us when the place wasn't even busy, I've herd rumors that they hire servers based upon looks which it's clear they do. If I could give lower I would. Inside chilis its great. Service is decent. But as soon as you order to go....it sucks!!! I was hung up on 2x. I had to repeat my order.
