Went in this past Wednesday at 8 o'clock for a bacon cheeseburger, very simple order and the order came out in good time. When I open the burger to make sure it was dressed, cheeses was not even melted on the burger, bacon was poor quality and cold, and the burger had no juice. My wife and I brought another couple with us and dined here yesterday evening. We started off with an appetizer of chips and salsa. I love their salsa. Then, we all ordered from the " Three for Me" menu, and we each enjoyed our meals. We each ordered a SmashBurger. It's a delicious burger topped with cheese, lettuce, chopped onions, and Thousand Island sauce. (it comes with fries) and a salad. (Tip: the Honey Mustard salad dressing is very good!). The whole family was pleasantly surprised! Our teen has been dying to try Chilis and their famous mozzarella sticks. We went right at the start of dinner on a Saturday and the place was busy. 20-30 minute wait time was actually only 10. This place is like a well oiled machine. The server was fantastic and completely on her game. We didn't want for nothing with her. The food was the biggest shock! We were not expecting the food to be that good. It's been a few decades since my husband and I visited and were a little skeptical but the food blew us out of the water. Wanted to eat here based off a TikTok food review. Could I sound anymore like a millennial... So we get here and the first thing I notice was the floor was a bit dirty and could have been swept/mopped. We sat at the high tops near the bar. Order a beer which seems to be way over priced. $8.50 for a draft blue-moon. Then we place our order. I like to typically enjoy my drink before my food arrives. That was not the case at all. my family and I stopped in Monday for dinner. We ordered 2 apps... Loaded Nachos and a Chipotle Chicken Flatbread. Both apps were delicious. I ordered the Sante Fe Salad. the salad had chicken, diced avocado, salsa, tortilla strips, ranch and santé fe sauce. the sauce had a great heat and the salad was delicious!! Other members of our party ordered the sunny side up burger, Caribbean salad, fajitas and a smoked burrito. Everyone enjoyed their meal but I heard a few dislikes from the Caribbean salad and smoked burrito (particularly the sauce and dressing on each) For desset, we all shared 2 molten lava cakes.... Salted Caramel and Chocolate. omg they were both FABULOUS!!!! I plan on heading to chili's soon just for dessert! Chelsea was our server and she did a nice job of keeping up with our party. Horrible experience. There are much better places in the area. Once we sat down, we sat there for over ten minutes before a waiter came to greet us and take our drink order. While we were waiting, we noticed napkins and straw wrappers on the floor in every direction we looked. I had to wipe off our table myself with a wet nap I had in my purse because it was sticky and gross. We were about to get up and leave when the waiter finally came to our table. When we did order, we got the white queso and fajitas. When the appetizer arrived, it was the wrong one. When we got the correct one, our dinners came out immediately after, so we didn't have time to eat the queso. We didn't have time to taste the food before the waiter came to ask how everything was. She was immediately followed by the manager, who asked the same thing. We answered that we hadn't had a chance to taste the food yet, and the manager left. We didn't see either until it was time to get the check. When we tasted the food, it was bland, and my shrimp was almost completely raw. I wanted to send it back, but the waiter never came back to our table except to give us the check. She offered us dessert but never mentioned boxes for the food we couldn't eat. Just stopped in for some appetizers, food and service very good and friendly. Prices are reasonable. Our servers name was Tara and she was awesome. Wasn't really hungry but decided to order the skillet queso. My fault, I should have read the menu, thought it was more of a hot cheese dip you get at Mexican Restaurants. This was more of a spicy thick chilli bean dip. Tara noticed I wasn't really diggin' it and when she asked me what was wrong, I just told her it was my fault by the person I was with was eating it just fine. She came by again and told us that she took it off the bill because she wanted us to be happy. Even though I told her it was my own fault she still politely took it off. We will go there again.
