Thick slices of beets dressed with Gorgonzola (or maybe bleu cheese) slivered toasted almonds over fresh greens. I'm glad I made the cohort get his own. My seafood pasta was phenomenal. I could only muster half. It was laden with shrimp, mussels, clams and perfectly seared scallops. Cohort got lamb lollipops--- fall off the bone tender and flavorful. This was the perfect meal for the perfect night

Visited here with a larger group on Christmas Eve…read more Chophouse has a fancy vibe. The staff is quite friendly. They had a nice selection of fun holiday beverages that a few of us tried. They ranged from sweet to boozy. It was a nice variety that offered something for everyone. For dinner I tried the crab crusted salmon. It was a good pairing, but the salmon without the crab left something to be desired. The Chophouse offers a vegan/vegetarian menu, but you do have to ask for it. One of the featured items on that menu was the ratatouille. It was fantastic and I would certainly recommend it. For sides I greatly enjoyed the Caesar salad, which was not too fishy, and the whipped Yukons were a delight. Large parties can be a challenge, but regardless I found the service to be a bit inconsistent. Though always friendly, we had to remind our server of items that we had asked for on more than one occasion. Near the end of the meal it seemed that the bussers were pushing for us to wrap things up and get out, despite not having been there for a terribly long time. We were asked multiple times if certain items could be cleared while we were still eating them. They just didn't seem to have a good feel for this. There certainly were some strong dishes and I wouldn't hesitate to go again, though it would be on a special occasion as they are certainly not cheap.

This is perfect for date night with your spouse or even just a casual night out. Everyone comes in a bunch of different attire. The service is really good as well because they are usually pretty busy (never had to wait for a table) and the staff is constantly on the go between the tables, kitchen and bar. You never are waiting around to get something you need or request a new drink.

I have been going to this restaurant for as long as it has been open. Always happy with my food!…read moreBut yesterday I was so dissapointed with the food. I ordered Eggplant Parm it came with a salad that could have fed 4 people and called it a side salad . When the eggplant came it looked like a plate of sauce and that's all you tasted was sauce. It was smothered in sauce. It came with pasta that was hard to fine with all the sauce on it. My friend got a French Dip sandwich that looked like a big hoagie with French fries on the sandwich that they never did before . It wasn't even cut in half . Presentation was lacking . Service was good that's all I can say good about it. I won't be going back for now . Maybe they will get a new chef and fix things. Sorry but it wasn't good ! Just being honest.

Outback, please get it together!…read more First of all, our waitress was AMAZING! I wish I would have grabbed her name, but she was such a delight, seriously! Decided to try the Boomarita which came with classic margarita, mango, watermelon, and blackberry. The blackberry & classic were hits, the mango & watermelon caused a bit of chest burning LOL My Caesar Side Salad was disappointing. Lettuce bits were brown, limp, & just not appealing to the eyes. I ate the good parts, but the rest of it got taken away. My Chimichurri Filet was good. Such a small amount of food but it was cooked how I liked for once & the flavors were nice. First time having chimichurri and I would definitely try it elsewhere! The onion petals weren't satisfactory, the breading came right off and they were greasy :( Steakhouse Mac & Cheese is my favorite dish here but it just didn't seem to hit the same like it did when I had it in the past. Something was missing but I'm not sure what. My date's meal was brought out & taken back. The Asparagus (which is an up charge for a side) was pale green & white. Definitely was not appetizing and I'm not sure why they even felt it was acceptable to send that out to a table if it's not a fresh, dark green color. They made it right afterwards & did not charge us. Some beautiful broccoli was brought out instead, figured we wouldn't try our luck with a second bad batch of asparagus LOL I want to love you, but I just can't at this time.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a cozy, welcoming ambiance that set the tone for a great evening. The service was top notch--our server Jessica was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. She knows the menu very well. What impressed us was the fact that She anticipated our needs as if she was a mind reader. Without even asking, she brought out leftover boxes for our meal. The food did not disappoint. We started off wedding soup---which was so rich in flavor and amazing. Followed by the bacon wrapped shrimp and scallops and had the Linguini Fra Diavolo and the Veal Florentine. Everything was perfectly cooked with just the right amount of spice and flavor. To top off our meal, we had to have a takeout of the desserts. the tiramisu and the lemon mascarpone cake (recommended by Jessica as the two top desserts) ---both were the perfect sweet ending to a delicious dinner. Highly recommend this spot if you're in the area and craving authentic Italian with warm hospitality!

Beautiful setting and very friendly staff! The bar was entertaining and the wine was delicious…read more Service was prompt and attentive. The food was okay. I ordered the fried zucchini and a flatbread. The zucchini was sliced longways into wide strips, kind of like lasagna noodles. I was expecting the circles, like fritters. It was just a little different. The flatbread, though, left a lot to be desired. I guess I imagine a flatbread to be a kind of long, puffy bread dough with toppings. This was NOT that. Instead it was just a thin crust pizza on what can only be a flour tortilla shell. Tasted pretty good, but, like the zucchini, was just weird. I didn't enjoy it that much because the crust was insufficient for the rest of the meal, plus it wasn't a flatbread. I was in town for business, so the restaurant was fine for a quick bite.
