I Love this spot... The food is always loaded with flavor... ( Cajun Chicken Linguine and The Chicken parm sandwich are my go to ) The servers and bartenders are very kind and efficient... The newly done patio also has a large bar, it is just the right place to hang out with family and friends... It's also pet friendly... This has to be the largest patio in the area... They also have 3 fire pits with large comfy seating around them!!! There is always something going on: Bingo, Bands, DJ's, Kareoke, Golf simulators and about 20 billiard tables with arcade games... First and last time there. Food wasn't horrible after I finally got it. Half hour to order Hour before I got my food. It was wrong then remade it still wrong. Came here on a sat night. Empty. Only place in town without a wait. I found out why. The service was absolutely horrible. She came to the table maybe once every 30 minutes. No one got a single refill and the food took an hour. Also the food came out wrong on no less than 2 dishes. Had 5 adults and 2 kids. Got charged a mandatory big party tip. So since she was getting a mandatory tip already, she just decided to not be a good waitress so I'm going to decide to never return here again. Good stuff guys. read more

Don't let the Yelp score scare you off! I visited here with a large party of 16. They had a big space in the back for groups which was nice. The servers did a great job managing the large group, got everyone's orders correctly, split the bills up without issue. The best thing I tried was the Italian egg rolls. Unique and great flavors. I ordered the eggplant parm. The sauce was surprisingly good (I'm Italian and my dad's a chef - I have excessively high standards for red sauce!) and the eggplant was cooked well. I wish there had been some ricotta and maybe topped with extra mozzarella. I think bringing some sides of bread and water pitchers would've made things even better. The food was delicious as always. We have been here more time than I can count. We are always impressed with the food and service. They seem to have plenty of servers to stay attentive to each table. To drink, I had amaretto sour and my sister and I both got the urtan gadget, a berry sour beer. I got the Cajun Alfredo, my husband got the breakfast burger and my sister got the Tortellini Al Olio with an appetizer of honey sriracha bourbon fries. We ALWAYS get the honey sriracha bourbon fries they are to die for. My sister and I both agreed we will stick with the Cajun Alfredo it's a reliable and much more delicious than the Tortellini Al Olio. Here tonight and the bread tastes stale / old even after having waitress bring us a 2nd basket, both were terrible to which is very disappointing with peppers n oil that are great. Coming back to Youngstown from living in Florida we so much look forward to fresh bread with peppers n oil. Hopefully our chicken n greens are as they have always been, excellent. We came here tonight to check out the Y- Town food here to see if about having our youngest wedding rehearsal of 100 people and because bread is horrible, i would be embarrassed. KK,Double Bogey's.. ..Slightly tougher than average review-Reason-Just as I was about to complain about the close to 45 minute wait in the near empty though vast and luxurious bar and grill (a bit to dimly lit) as supergirl of old out of the abyss the waitress comes along with our grub to save the day and turn this frown upside down. The Chicken Parm. Sandwich with a texture different than you average C.P. hinting at homestyle cooked brilliance and Mom's close enough to perfectly breaded beer batter fried fish gives this out diner an awesome reason to shout "CHECK'EM OUT!"..if you haven't people. 4 outta 5 yums! I can't explain how bad service is. No sense of customer service. Employee's need training. Food is marginal.

My friends and I decided to come here for dinner tonight and there was no wait for us to get a seat except for the tables needing to be cleaned which was understandable so it was about 5 minutes no big deal. When my friends and I were seated we were told our waitress would be with us shortly which was fine except for the fact that we waited between 15-20 minutes for our waitress to come and take our drink order and after she did that we waited probably a good 30 minutes for her to bring them out to us which was unexceptional for a water a iced tea and a Pepsi we placed our food order at the same time since it took more than 15-20 minutes to place our order. When we got our food we still did not have any drinks or condiments that we asked for so about another 10-15 minutes went by and she then brought out my friends Pepsi and no iced tea or water so we waited another 10 minutes by the time we got our drinks we were nearly done with our meals which were good except for not having any condiments to go with them and finally after all that was done with when I went to eat the wedding soup that came with my meal it was so salty that I couldn't even eat it and nothing was done about it so with that being said I don't think any of us will be returning to this restaurant after being told how good it was the only good thing about this restaurant was that we found a game room in the back of it and we as adults were playing connect 4 because it gave us something else to do after the bad service that we received. The restaurant was nice and it was clean just not what we were expecting and I was in town for the holidays and shocked to see a nice restaurant have such bad service and this was at the southern park mall location if you want to go somewhere to eat try their other location and hopefully you will have better service then we did this evening read more
