During Covid, they ran their food truck in the parking lot of their business and set up a tent in order to provide the opportunity to serve their delicious meal offerings while complying with state mandated Covid protocols. I opted for a side of their creamy homemade mac-and-cheese which is also a favorite for most to include me.
