It's Twin Peaks.... You know what to expect. I tried the Nashville hot chicken sando, was excellent. The chicken was way larger than the bun! I cut off the excess so I could eat it. Ate the cutoffs too! Had them hold the coleslaw, it dominates the flavor otherwise. Fries were great, came out hot, though a lil salty. Service was also good at the bar, zero complaints. There were tons of servers yet no one actually serving anyone. Lots of small huddles or they disappeared into the back. Apparently I hear the food is amazing here but I didn't experience that when we went. They did get 2 stars as the appetizer was good but the birria tacos tasted like over powering cumin seasoning. Service was very poor. Our waitress Andrea was absolutely horrible, bad attitude and argumentative. We asked another employee to speak with the manager and she did try her best and did reduce our bill, but that wasn't our main concern. After the complaint, the waitress returned to the table a couple of times and attitude was worse. Food was decent, but we will never return. read more

Our server Na'veah paid zero attention to us , ran away from our table when 5/7 of us were trying to ask for refills. we watched the bartender make our drinks and set them down to be brought to us. It took 8 minutes for our server to stop screaming and giggling in the back and bring them over to us. Seemed like her coworkers also were irritated.Our food orders were wrong but oh no waitress to be found. not once were we asked if everything was okay. some of us didn't even eat our food because it was not what we asked for. Horrible customer service. Ordered a delivery via Postmates. Half my order was missing. I called, spoke to manager, who offered no help. Said since it was ordered online, nothing she could do. The receipt listed all the items listed, so it's obvious the kitchen made a big mistake. Manager lady was rude & very flippant. I will start by saying I love Twin Peaks. I have been to probably a half dozen of this chain restaurants locations. I was initially excited that one was opening so close to home but alas the Boardman one is hot garbage. Staff seems uninterested and the decor is not very lodge inspiring as it still has Fridays vibes from a poor remodel. Do your self a favor and avoid this dollar tree version of Twin Peaks until time takes its toll and closes this dumpster. read more

It was the third time we tried their food and by then, no improvement. Very small portions with meal. The service was not very good. Every time we would ask for specific services, the waitress would take a long time to come back. Fantastic, fun lunch at Twin Peaks !! Hubby and I shared the double plated nachos with brisket and 6 piece breaded hot honey wings . Also enjoyed their signature beers , redhead, light , and blonde . The nachos were huge serving with tons of fresh toppings like guac , jalapeños, queso. The wings were excellent lots of flavor and a fun new taste I haven't seen on a wing menu yet . An exceedingly average experience at best. The server was kind and did a good job. None of this is her fault. However, the wait was excruciatingly long for the food. The restaurant was at least a 1/3rd of the way empty and we still had to wait 40 minutes for the main course and 15 to 20 minutes for the appetizer. 15 to 20 minutes for some deep fried pickle slices. The burger was average at best. Nothing remotely special about it. It had that backyard grill aftertaste. Will not be back. read more

After waiting a while to get our food, the steak was over cooked, and the wings had a hair in it. After bringing the hair up to the waiter(she did a great job), she took it back and the cooks and manager put blame on us for the the issues and after waiting over an hour and 30 minutes to have it fixed, we asked to just have the food to go. So the waitress was told to tell us they will be having to charge full price. Poor management and cooks not caring about their food quality and the had zero customer service care, what a shame. I came in today, expecting really good food. The restaurant was completely empty The service was extremely slow even though there were a lot of servers. Food took about 40 minutes to come out and our drinks took about 15 minutes which is very unacceptable and ridiculous! The food came out and the pickles were unseasoned, soggy, and just straight up disgusting! I asked for my wings to be crispy and they were soggy, drenched in sauce and I only got one leg and 5 flats like what the hell. Anyways so I ordered takeout at the end of my meal for my mom, I ordered a lobster sandwich or something like that and I brought it home and gave it to her, I left for about 50 minutes after dropping it off to her and I come back home and shes in the bathroom throwing up and having a really upset stomach about 30 minutes after eating the food, the mayo was most likely spoiled or something wasn't cooked properly but she now has food poisoning and is throwing up non stop!!! If I could give a negative star I would ... we checked in at the front table for 8 they said 30 minutes which was fine with us we waited with no issues . The manager took us to a table in the back with 6 chairs and told us to pull 2 more chairs from a different table. Which first off is fire hazard and second we would all be smashed together she said we'll sit at another table... I said no I'm not getting separated from my group when there is multiple tables with 8 chairs .... She then said no I can't move you guys there I said why not ? "Well I just can't move you to a bigger table . I then said that just sounds ridiculous. Then she walked away and came back and put us at a 8 person table where we should have been any way.... Then we ordered our appetizers and drinks . 30 mins for our appetizers to get to us only for them to bring out the wrong items to 3 people. I ordered a bud light and was brought a bush light . Then I was brought wings that weren't mine and the one persons steak wasn't cooked and the food was cold on top of it over all rude managers and horrible service read more

My lady wanted to try Twin Peaks for her birthday. A very pretty lady showed us to a table. Then we sat for 15 mins waiting for someone to take our drink and give us a menu. Meanwhile, 3 of the gorgeous ladies stood behind the bar looking at the menus like they were trying to order for themselves, and another 6-7 were huddled by the door. There were not busy, there were probably more servers than customers. So after 15 mins of waiting, we got thirsty enough to leave and go to Red Lobster. As soon as they seatest us they asked us what we would like to drink. That is how service is done. No customer should have to wait that long to get a drink, especially when it's their birthday. read more
